Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, price, and product quality on students' decisions in choosing STIE GICI. The research sample consisted of 80 students. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing of all variables consisting of promotion, price and product quality had a significant influence on the student's decision to choose STIE GICI. In addition, partial hypothesis testing also shows that all variables, namely promotion, price, and product quality, have a significant effect on the decision to choose STIE GICI. The findings of this study can assist STIE GICI in planning a more effective marketing strategy to increase the number of new student applicants. By paying attention to the aspects of promotion, price, and product quality, STIE GICI can attract more prospective students and increase their decision to choose the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, price, and product quality on students' decisions in choosing STIE GICI. The research sample consisted of 80 students. Abstract

Perubahan lanskap ketenagakerjaan akibat Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut tenaga kerja Indonesia untuk memiliki kompetensi yang tidak hanya berbasis ijazah, tetapi juga diakui secara profesional melalui sertifikasi. Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) menjadi lembaga otoritatif dalam penyelenggaraan uji kompetensi nasional. Sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan tersebut, PUSTAMA INDONESIA menyelenggarakan program Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) sebagai strategi persiapan sertifikasi dengan pendekatan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi. Kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan metode blended learning—kombinasi antara pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka—serta pendekatan experiential learning dan penyusunan portofolio berbasis unit kompetensi sesuai standar SKKNI. Peserta berasal dari berbagai latar belakang, seperti pelajar, pencari kerja, profesional, pelaku UMKM, hingga masyarakat umum, sehingga pendekatan modular dan andragogis diterapkan. Evaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan penilaian portofolio menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi secara signifikan di ranah kognitif (31%), afektif (30%), dan psikomotorik (28%). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pelatihan yang dirancang secara holistik dan adaptif efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan peserta menghadapi uji sertifikasi. Program ini tidak hanya menjembatani kesenjangan antara pendidikan dan kebutuhan dunia kerja, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi konkret dalam penguatan kompetensi nasional. Dengan demikian, model bimtek ini layak dijadikan praktik baik dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang kompeten, profesional, dan siap bersaing secara global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promositerhadap keputusan pembelian jasa pendidikan di STIE GICI Business School CabangBekasi. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada masih adanya calon mahasiswa yangragu dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian akibat pelayanan yang belum optimal danpromosi yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatifdengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden sebagai sumber data utama. Analisisdilakukan melalui uji t dan uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial maupun simultanantar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitungsebesar 7,806 > 1,984 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakinbaik pelayanan yang diterima calon mahasiswa, semakin tinggi kecenderungan merekauntuk memilih jasa pendidikan tersebut. Variabel promosi juga berpengaruh signifikan,dengan t hitung 4,708 > 1,984 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga strategi promosi yang efektifmampu meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan danpromosi memberikan pengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan melalui F hitung sebesar54,660 > 2,700. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan danpenguatan strategi promosi agar institusi mampu menarik lebih banyak calon mahasiswadan meningkatkan daya saing dalam industri pendidikan.

Abstract

Study this aim for know influence training work and environment Work to performance employees at PT. Suri Motor Indonesia. The research method used is approach quantitative with technique analysis multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing done through a number of stages, namely the F test, t test, coefficient determination (R²), as well as identification the most dominant variable. The results of the analysis show that equality regression obtained is: Y = 1.378 + 0.280X₁ + 0.605X₂. Based on the F test, it is obtained mark F count of 62,527 > Ftable 3,080 with mark significance of 0.000, which means training work and environment Work in a way simultaneous influential significant to performance employees. Furthermore, the value coefficient Adjusted R² determination of 0.524 shows that 52.4% of the variation performance employee can explained by both variables independent, whereas the remaining 47.6% is explained by other factors outside the research model. Based on the t-test, training Work influential significant in a way partial to performance employees (t hitung = 3.975 > ttabel = 1.98209; sig. = 0.000), as well as the environment work (thitung = 7.521 > ttabel = 1.98209; sig. = 0.000). From the results of the standardized beta coefficients, it is known that that environment Work is the most dominant variable influence performance employee with beta value of 0.550. With thus, it can concluded that improvement training work and creation environment good work plays a big role in increase performance employee.
