Abstract

This study examines the impact of changes in company financial perfor-mance on company financial reports, Financial performance plays a crucial role in deter-mining a company's financial health, stability, and investment potential. Key financial indicators such as liquidity, profitability, solvency, and efficiency are essential for evaluat-ing corporate success and sustainability. The research employs a quantitative approach, analysing financial ratios derived from company financial reports. Indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Cur-rent Ratio (CR) are used to measure the relationship between financial performance and changes in financial reports. Multiple regression analysis is applied to assess the signifi-cance of these factors. The findings indicate that fluctuations in profitability and solvency have the most significant impact on company financial reports, influencing investor con-fidence and corporate decision-making. Companies with higher profitability ratios tend to report improved financial stability, while excessive debt levels negatively affect finan-cial statements. Liquidity, although essential for short-term obligations, shows a varied effect depending on asset utilization and operational efficiency. This study provides val-uable insights for corporate management, investors, and policymakers in understanding how financial performance changes reflect in financial reports. Effective financial man-agement and strategic decision-making are crucial in ensuring business sustainability and long-term value creation.

Abstract

Dunia digital berkembang begitu pesat yang dampaknya sangat terasa pada para pelaku usaha. Pada saat ini banyak pelaku usaha yang beralih dari konvensional (offline) menjadi digital (online) Dengan semakin banyaknya E-Commerce yang tersedia membuka kesempatan untuk para pelaku usahanya untuk meningkatkan usahanya lagi agar terus berkembang. Salah satu pelaku usaha yang dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital adalah para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Selain penggunaan E- Commerce pelaku UMKM juga dapat memanfaatkan dompet digital / E-Wallet untuk memudahkan kegiatan transaksi. Peningkatan volume transaksi dari pengguna uang elektronik juga disebabkan oleh munculnya komunitas baru dimasyarakat yaitu cashless society. Cashless society adalah fenomena dimana masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan pembayaran non-tunai sebagai instrumen kegiatan ekonominya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana dampak dari hadirnya E- Commerce dan E-Wallet terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Untuk menguji hal tersebut, Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumplkan data berupa angka yang diolah dan dianalisis untuk mendaptakn suatu informasi dari angka angka tersebut .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pemanfaatan E-Commerce dan penggunaan E-Wallet berpengaruh psitif da signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Daerah Khusus Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the ethical aspects of Le Minerale's advertising promotion and its impact on brand image. The case highlighted is the Le Minerale billboard showing two unaccompanied babies, which has sparked controversy in society. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting literature studies, observing advertising content, and narrative analysis. The research findings indicate that the advertisement violates the Indonesian Advertising Ethics (EPI) guidelines, especially regarding child exploitation and honesty in delivering messages. This violation causes negative reactions from the public, reduces consumer trust levels, and has the potential to damage brand reputation in the long term. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating ethics in business and consumer protection regulations in marketing strategies, as well as the need for companies to formulate reputation recovery steps through clear and responsible crisis communication. In this context, companies must consider the social and ethical impacts of every marketing decision taken. Therefore, this study can be a reference for companies to increase ethical awareness in product promotion and build a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers. Thus, companies can avoid the same mistakes and increase consumer trust in the brand. In addition, this study can also contribute to the development of marketing ethics and consumer protection theories in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh profesionalisme front office terhadap peningkatan tingkat hunian di Beverly Hotel Batam, sebuah destinasi wisata yang populer di kalangan wisatawan lokal dan internasional. Dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan akomodasi, hotel-hotel di Batam perlu memastikan bahwa sumber daya manusia yang mereka miliki kompeten dan profesional untuk bersaing di industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran profesionalisme dalam departemen front office sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan okupansi kamar. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme dalam aspek pelayanan yang ramah, komunikasi yang efektif, serta kemampuan dalam menangani keluhan tamu dengan cepat dan tepat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan tingkat hunian hotel. Etika kerja yang kuat dari staf front office menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi tamu, meningkatkan loyalitas dan mendorong mereka untuk merekomendasikan hotel kepada orang lain. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa profesionalisme di front office memiliki peran krusial dalam keberhasilan hotel, dan manajemen Beverly Hotel disarankan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna tetap kompetitif di pasar yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang hubungan antara profesionalisme dan keberhasilan bisnis di industri perhotelan.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of ISO 31000:2018–based operational risk management at the Minisoccer Perbi field in Bandung. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using observation, interviews, and documentation to identify, analyze, evaluate, and treat operational risks. The findings indicate that major risks include player injuries, slippery field conditions during rain, inadequate drainage, and disruption due to extreme weather. These risks significantly affect user safety, temporary operational shutdowns, and financial losses. Recommended mitigation measures include improving safety facilities, renovating drainage systems, implementing match-postponement procedures, and providing player insurance. Overall, Perbi’s risk management system aligns with ISO 31000 principles, yet lacks optimal documentation and digital monitoring. This study offers practical contributions for community sports facilities to enhance safety, operational effectiveness, and business sustainability.

Abstract

The growth of digital business requires companies to be able to manage risks systematically to maintain stability and brand reputation. The development of the digital market also brings both opportunities and challenges for fashion UMKM, including the Vixzy89 brand. The competitive digital business environment requires companies to have the ability to identify, analyze, and control risks that could potentially disrupt operational stability and brand reputation based on ISO 31000 principles. This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in the Vixzy brand, an UMKM engaged in the production and sale of women's sandals and flat shoes. The research method uses a qualitative approach through direct interviews with the business owner and observation of business processes. The results of the study indicate that the main risks faced by Vixzy come from the production process, suppliers, demand fluctuations, digital competition, negative reviews, and distribution risks. Through risk management such as quality control, supplier diversification, price adjustments, and customer service strategies, Vixzy is able to maintain operational stability and brand image in the digital market. SWOT analysis and risk matrix show that the company is in a growing position and has great opportunities to expand its market through digitalization and product quality enhancement.
