Abstract

Developments in science and technology have made the most of the human beings who forgot his nature. This not only applies to developed countries in the world, Indonesia as a developing country begins to feel the impact of this update. Science and Technology which was then known as the sci- ence and technology have changed the course of human earthly needs. The role of the school as one of the vehicles of educational development and characteristics of learners become the main focus for integrating science and technology capabilities of learners by side with IMTAQ. However, not all schools have the integrity to reconcile the two components, it is be- lieved that only faith-based formal education institutions that can meet the needs mentioned above. Imagine, a school-based religious or commonly known as madrassas is presenting religious superiority through subjects in the classroom and other learning activities by modifying the existing curriculum without changing the substance of the curriculum set by the government.

Abstract

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

Abstract

Quality services certainly require relevant costs and are managed through targeted financing management which has implications for providing quality services. Costs are allocated to priority programs within a certain time in a targeted manner. This service is carried out using a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action by participants in the field related to cultivation management which can have implications for improving quality services for students. The service program is carried out by implementing field surveys with participants regarding conditions developing in the partner institution environment, then reinforced with FGD (Focus Group Discussion) related to service program priorities that need to be prioritized according to the partner's quality. Then the third step is to strengthen it with the activity of preparing basic financing management workshop materials for santri organizations in order to provide quality services for all santri who live in Islamic boarding schools, and ending with a basic financing management workshop for santri organizations by presenting all the sections involved in a student organization that directly provides services to all students according to their respective work focus

Abstract

The decision to shop or choose a store to shop is very important for minimarket business managers to know. It is not as easy as imagined and not all if done well to increase sales profit. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. The source of research data was obtained from consumers, namely the Paiton District community who shopped actively, data collection techniques with technical interviews were strengthened by observation and documentation techniques. While the technical analysis of the data by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data by using triangulation. The results of this study that the things that make consumers shop at Indomaret as follows, namely complete goods, quality security, quality and safe products, clean shops, customer cards, air-conditioned shops, neatly arranged goods determination, promotion of goods/prices, available my point shopping, prices are clear, stores are competitive and there are often new products. The other supporting factors that have implications for purchasing decisions made by consumers include cultural factors, social factors, and personal factors.
