Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan penggunaan pendekatan Strategi Belajar Studi Kasus Kreasi Siswa (student-Created Case Studes) secara efektif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep Aljabar kelas 8 MTs Negeri Termas Baron Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Classroom Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas),yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif, dimana Teman sejawat sebagai kolaborator sedangkan peneliti sekaligus sebagai guru Matematika yang dikenai perlakukan penggunaan metode mengajar, sebagai obyek penelitian, sedangkan peneliti sebagai pengamat, obsever namun seluruh rancangan penelitian didesain oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikelas 8 MTS Negeri Termas Baron Nganjuk, Semester II Tahun pelajaran 2015/2016, dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan 30 maret 2016. Dengan jumlah siswa sebagai populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Strategi Belajar Studi Kasus Kreasi Siswa (student-centered case studes) siswa lebih menguasai dan memahami tentang konsep operasi aljabar. (2) Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Strategi Belajar Studi Kasus Kreasi Siswa (student-centered case studes)siswa lebih bergairah dan termotivasi dalam pembelajaran konsep operasi aljabar

Abstract

Observation results showed that 42% of language teachers were satisfactory and 52% were unsatisfactory. Student achievement and exam results in Indonesian language lessons dropped drastically in 2016. Another fact is that of the 31,464 teachers, 83.89% were at the expected, satisfactory, weak, and very weak levels. This condition is urgent to research. The aim is to analyze the impact of competency management training on the knowledge and understanding of Indonesians, personally, professionally, and socially. Research method use in this study is descriptive survey. The population was selected using purposive sampling involving 210 out of 380 teachers from education throughout Indonesia. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires as the instrument. Statements in the questionnaire are constructed based on 2 standards, namely Knowledge and Understanding. Questions are asked to be rated on a 1-5 point Likert Scale. Instruments were distributed to human resources, namely teachers via Google. Analysis techniques with data statistics show percentages, standard deviations, and average scores, as well as describe relationships based on Pearson correlation statistics. The results show that the average knowledge and understanding score is (M = 4.51, SD = 0.39) among language teachers quite high. There is a relationship between the three domains (r = 0.178). The data also proves that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management training and understanding Indonesian with competence in three domains, namely personal, professional, and social domains.

Abstract

The representation of the meaning of the expression of hijrah in the space of urban society is not only present in natural daily social life spaces but also in virtual spaces. The meaning of the expression hijrah in this study was traced through the hashtag hijrah (#hijrah). Hijrah is an interesting socio-religious phenomenon observed in urban Muslim communities. Hijrah between them is not just a spiritual phenomenon but has developed into a lifestyle trend. Hijrah has also developed into a social movement that forms a strong group identity. Through the virtual ethnographic method and the social representation theory approach, it was found that the expression of hijrah displayed on Instagram contains many meanings. First, hijrah is a persuasive tool in a business context, building account popularity and spreading religious values. Second, hijrah is a representation of self-existence. Urban communities express their physical and mental religious identity through content with #hijrah. Third, the expression through #hijrah also represents the values ​​of self-change in terms of style of dress, changes in pious behaviour with a high sense of spirituality, positive changes in social behaviour, the realization of a harmonious family, and sensitivity to religious education and religious history. Fourth, #hijrah represents the movement of an Islamic group, especially the Salafi community. Representasi makna ekspresi hijrah dalam ruang masyarakat urban tidak hanya hadir dalam ruang kehidupan sosial nyata sehari-hari, tetapi juga melalui ruang virtual. Makna ekspresi hijrah dalam penelitian ini ditelusuri melalui melalui hashtag hijrah (#hijrah). Hijrah merupakan fenomena sosial keagamaan yang menarik diamati pada masyarakat muslim urban. Hijrah di antara mereka tidak hanya sekedar fenomena spiritual, tetapi telah berkembang menjadi tren gaya hidup. Hijrah pun telah berkembang menjadi gerakan sosial yang membentuk identitas kelompok yang kuat. Melalui metode etnografi virtual dan pendekatan teori representasi sosial, didapatkan bahwa ekspresi hijrah yang ditampilkan melalui instagram mengandung banyak makna. Pertama, hijrah merupakan alat persuasif dalam konteks bisnis, membangun popularitas akun, hingga menyebarkan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Kedua, hijrah merupakan representasi eksistensi diri. Masyarakat urban perkotaan menuangkan identitas diri yang religius, baik secara fisik maupun batin, melalui konten-konten dengan #hijrah. Ketiga, ekspresi melalui #hijrah juga merepresentasikan nilai-nilai perubahan diri dalam hal gaya berpakaian, perubahan perilaku shaleh dengan rasa spiritualitas yang tinggi, perubahan perilaku sosial yang positif, perwujudan keluarga harmonis, serta kepekaan terhadap pendidikan agama dan sejarah agama. Keempat, #hijrah merepresentasikan gerakan suatu kelompok Islam, utamanya komunitas salafi.

Abstract

Menghafalkan Al-Qur’an adalah salah satu kegiatan yang mulia. Seseorang yang menghafalkan Al-Qur’an selalu berusaha agar dapat menghafalkannya dengan lancar walaupun disibukkan dengan beberapa kegiatan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang bisa menjadi pengaruh bagi semangat mahasantri dalam menghafal dibarengi dengan aktifitas perkuliahan, salah satunya yakni dengan adanya motivasi. Motivasi adalah suatu kondisi/keadaan yang terjadi dalam diri individu seseorang, kemudian dapat menggerakkan orang tersebut untuk mengerjakan suatu aktifitas untuk mencapai tujuannya.Penelitian bertujuan guna memahami bagaimana gambaran motivasi mahasantri dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dan yang menjadi objek penelitiannya adalah mahasantri penghafal Al- Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Al-Masthuriyah Ngaliyan Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mencari data lapangan, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menjadikan motivasi mahasantri untuk menghafalkan Al- Qur’an adalah dengan adanya: a) Motivasi instrinsik, yakni keinginan menjadi salah satu orang yang dapat menjaga Al-Qur’an, ingin lebih mendalami keilmuan Al-Qur’an, mendapatkan berkah dari Al-Qur’an dan menjadi seorang tahfidz. b) Motivasi ekstrinsik, yakni dengan adanya dorongan dari orang tua, lingkungan, teman/sahabat, guru dan keinginan agar dapat mengajarkan ilmu Al-Qur’an di masyarakat.

Abstract

The application of qona'ah values is one of the efforts that can be carried out by the Ya Fatimah Tayu Pati Orphanage so that foster children can properly socialize, adapt to the environment in which they live, carry out routines well, and enjoy life, they must be able to apply these values qona'ah value in order to have a good attitude of self-acceptance from within oneself. This study aims to understand how to describe the application of qona'ah values and the self-acceptance of adolescents living in the Ya Fatimah Orphanage. This research is a type of field research. The subjects of this qualitative research were teenagers living in the Ya Fatimah Tayu Pati Orphanage. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Observations, interviews, and documentation were used to obtain field data by researchers.The results of the study show that the application of qona'ah values to build selfacceptance among adolescents living in the Ya Fatimah Tayu Pati Orphanage includes, namely, accepting what is available willingly, asking God for additional additions that are appropriate and trying, accepting patiently on God's provisions, relying on God, not attracted by human deception. Teenagers who live in the Ya Fatimah Orphanage have good self-acceptance, namely, willingness to open up or express our various thoughts, feelings and reactions to others, psychological health, acceptance of others.

Abstract

This research identifies the problem of low interest in reading among elementary school students, where only 30% of students in Indonesia have achieved an adequate level of reading ability. The urgency of this research lies in the urgent need to increase interest in reading to support students' literacy and critical thinking skills. The aim of the research is to describe the level of students' reading interest in picture story books and the role of the school library in providing appropriate reading materials. The research method used is a quantitative survey. The total research sample was 345 students from 10 elementary schools in Jayapura, Papua. Data collection techniques were used through distributing questionnaires and interviews to obtain more in-depth information. The research results showed that 80% of students had a high interest in reading picture books, 76% showed seriousness in reading and 74% were able to understand the content of the reading. These findings indicate that although interest in reading is high, access to picture story books still needs to be improved. This research concludes that school libraries play an important role in increasing students' interest in reading. The implication of this research is the need for reading literacy policies in schools and providing attractive book collections for students to build positive reading habits from an early age, in order to improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The problem of bullying is a phenomenon that often occurs in the school environment. Facts show that students who often commit bullying acts have a less harmonious family background. The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between family conflict and the stages of bullying in male students in secondary school. This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects were students whose population was 450 people and only 76 students had bullying tendencies. These 76 students were selected as a sample in the study. Data collection techniques with instruments. Question instrument to investigate the Stage of Bullying Behavior. Family Conflict Violence Investigation is used to measure the stages of student family conflict. Measurement with Likert scale 1-5. Descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inference statistics (Pearson correlation test). Results and findings show that bullying rates among male students tend to be at low levels (2.52). It was found that the frequency of conflict was minimal for the type of sibling conflict within the scope of students at school and the most frequent conflict between parents and students. The findings suggest that family conflict factors need serious attention and are taken into account in designing intervention programs to prevent the phenomenon of bullying from becoming more serious in schools. The implications of this study point to the need for serious attention to family conflict factors in designing intervention programs to prevent the phenomenon of bullying from becoming more serious in schools.

Abstract

Islamic Education Management offers about the important study of Madrasah's leadership in Indonesia related to the application of Islamic education principles in managerial practice. Through the analysis of a holistic leadership role that covers professional, ethical, and spiritual aspects applied in Madrasah so that Islamic values can reflect and influence educational management strategies. The research method used is the study of literature by looking for literature in accordance with the context of the research discussed. The results show that the dynamics of Islamic education leadership, including the interaction between traditional and modern values, the application of democratic strategies in decision-making, as well as the implications of these practices for the formation of institutional identities and integrative learning experiences. The research also contributes to the education management literature by identifying key factors that can improve the effectiveness of Madrasah's leadership and suggest practical implications for the development of education policy.
