Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada September 2021 melalui survei terhadap 140 kayawan di PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk, yang semuanya adalah karyawan tetap. Pengumpulan data survei menggunakan metode sampel jenuh untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan sisanya digunakan untuk perhitungan regresi berganda sebanyak 140 responden. Uji F dilakukan untuk menampilkan pengaruh variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat. Uji secara parsial masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen menggunakan uji-t. Studi tersebut menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan: 3 variabel yaitu, motivasi,kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi variable terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan, dan secara parsial hanya variable motivasi dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variable disiplin kerja tidak pengaruh terhadap variable kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This analysis aims to identify the Influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions jointly or partially at Warung Sate Madura cak Kodir. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample determination technique, namely non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling and involving as many as 100 respondents. The technique used is in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that partially of price perception and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has no effect and are significant on purchasing decisions. So it is better for the Madura cak kodir satay stalls to improve the quality of their products and maintain aspects of perception of their prices and location

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menuraikan pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pellayanan, dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan pembelian di Restoran Mang Kabayan harapan indah Bekasi. Sampel diambil sebanyak 120 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisa data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah regresi linear berganda, uji validitasm uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan menganalisa data menggunakan IBM Statistict version 26. yang akan terjadi penelitian ini membuktikan kualitas produk berpengaruh teteapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sementara kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan presentasi sebanyak 28,1%. oleh karena itu, menaikkan kualitas produk dapat menghasilkan Restoran Mang Kabayan harapan indah Bekasi sesuai menggunakan apa yang diperlukan pelanggan berasal produk yang tersedia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price perceptions, product quality and service quality of JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta on customer satisfaction, by applying quantitative methods and Accidental Sampling at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. The research results show a value of 0.874 with a significance of 0.384. With a significance of more than 0.05, HO is accepted, indicating that price perception has no partial effect on customer satisfaction at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. Product quality with a calculated t value of 3.108 and a significance of 0.002. This states that product quality also partially influences customer satisfaction at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. The t-count service quality results produce a value of 6.704 with a significance of 0.000. With a significance of less than 0.05, HO is rejected, which means that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pyrolysis, which converts plastic waste into energy through a heating process without oxygen, has been proven to reduce waste volume by up to 90% while becoming an alternative fuel with high economic value. The optimal pyrolysis temperature of 380°C produces the most significant amount of pyrolysis oil, with a potential thermal efficiency of up to 80%. The main challenges in optimizing pyrolysis include energy efficiency, operational costs, and production scale. This study aims to improve the efficiency of the pyrolysis process by enhancing the reactor, condenser tube, and control system. With this approach, it is hoped that a more cost-effective, environmentally friendly plastic waste management solution can be created that supports the concept of a circular economy in Cirebon City. The result is that with a plastic waste composition of 30% PP and 70% LDPE and the addition of a kaolin catalyst to the pyrolysis reactor, it can produce oil equivalent to gasoline with an octane rating of 88. This optimization can reduce the use of fossil fuels, create new jobs, and significantly contribute to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Plastic waste in the Seribu Islands has become a significant issue threatening marine and coastal ecosystems. This study analyzes the conversion of plastic waste into diesel fuel through pyrolysis, employing three scenarios of plastic mixture ratios: LDPE and PP, PET, PS, and HDPE. With operating temperatures of 400 °C, 480 °C, and 550 °C, the research evaluates energy efficiency, diesel output, and return on investment (ROI). Results indicate that a mixture of 50% LDPE and PP, 15% PET, 10% PS, and 25% HDPE at 550 °C produces the highest diesel yield of 0.805 tons per 1,000 kg of plastic. The annual ROI is recorded at 0.26%, highlighting the project's potential to support environmental conservation while providing economic benefits
