Abstract

Computers have become an inseparable part of society's activities, especially in the need to support business processes, so the need for computerized systems has a very essential role in carrying out business processes. However, quite a few still use manual systems in carrying out business activities. As a result, obstacles arise as the business continues to grow due to increasingly large and complex needs. One of them is also experienced in the shoe laundry business which requires complex handling considering the large number of services as the number of consumers increases. In order to meet the needs of existing business processes, a computer-based transactional system is needed to support existing business processes, so that business efficiency and effectiveness can be realized. Further training is also needed due to the transition from manual systems to computer-based systems so that workers can adapt to using computerized systems. precisely on target.

Abstract

Customer feedback in the modern era like today is mostly presented in the form of digital reviews, including customer feedback at an inn or hotel, customer feedback is very valuable data where from this data the management can find out, identify and analyze the customer experience and what they need. With customer feedback in the form of digital reviews, it will allow a lot of data that can be obtained by hotel management and will provide many benefits if the data is processed correctly. To take advantage of large text review data, a combination of data mining and natural language processing techniques was chosen to process text in depth and efficiently. Text mining in the form of creating an opinion mining model using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm is applied to find information and measure the main sentiments expressed in the reviewed text dataset, then the application of K-Means text grouping aims to group texts and get information about the main topics discussed from the content of the review dataset text in each group . By applying the constructed sentiment analysis model, approximately 90.90% accuracy results were obtained in reading texts and measuring sentiments related to hotel customer feedback data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy performance of the K-Means and DBScan algorithms in clustering product reviews. This comparison evaluated to determine which algorithm is better in terms of accuracy. The two algorithms were chosen because they have different methods of clustering, K-Means uses centroid-based while DBScan uses density-based. Text clustering results can be implemented on e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or product review platforms. This can help customers in deciding what product they will buy. One of the factors that customers have difficulty in determining what product they will buy is the number of reviews that each product has, and the difficulty in concluding the advantages of each product that will be matched their needs or desires. With text clustering, it can be easier and faster for customer to determine whether the product is worth buying or not based on the product reviews they read. The data set used in this study is a review of the Cetaphil Facial Wash product from the Female Daily website. Firstly, data set goes through the Text Pre-Processing stage; then it will be clustered using two algorithms, K-Means and DBScan. After that, the results of the clustering of the two algorithms calculated for their accuracy performance and the performance results obtained. From the results of this study, it concluded that, in the review clustering of Cetaphil Facial Wash products, DBScan has 99.80% accuracy, which higher to compare with K-Means with only has 99.50% accuracy.

Abstract

The primary purpose of vocational education in the Vocational School (SMK) is to prepare students for work. In this respect, the Career Center plays crusial part in providing students with career guidance and job information. A web-based Career Center application is a relevant solution for improving the accessibility and effectiveness of career services in the modern era. In this study, the Career Center with the Macthing Profile method will help students in finding the right job vacancies according to the skills they have. This career center application is built by collecting data, performing computational analysis, and performing system needs analysis. The application uses the Major, Skill and Domisili as criteria, user profiles with ID P01 and P02 as standard values, as well as vacancy codes V01, V02, V03 and V04 as job vacancies used in the Profile Matching process. From the results of the research obtained jobs with vacancial code V01 which has the highest value for User ID P01, and vacant code V04 that has the most value for user ID P02

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, there is a growing need to develop an IT infrastructure model that can effectively support web-based learning environments to enhance digital literacy. The proposed model offers a comprehensive framework for educational institutions to integrate digital technologies into their curricula seamlessly. Key elements of the model include essential hardware, user-friendly software, and advanced security measures, each playing a vital role in creating a seamless, secure, and efficient digital learning experience. This study explores the dynamic interactions among these components and their collective influence on fostering a conducive and productive web-based learning environment. By addressing the need for reliable infrastructure, scalable solutions, and robust security protocols, the model provides a holistic approach to improving digital literacy in educational contexts. The research underscores the critical role of a well-structured IT infrastructure in supporting digital education, offering actionable insights and recommendations for implementation. Moreover, it emphasizes that a well-developed IT infrastructure is foundational for the long-term success of web-based learning programs, enabling institutions to meet diverse learner needs, adapt to technological advances, and ensure sustainability in the digital education landscape.

Abstract

Laundry information system design using Kanban method is a strategic step to improve operational efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs in the laundry business. The study aims to design an information system that is integrated with the Kanban method to optimize the transaction process from receiving orders to returning to customers. The study outlines the process of designing a laundry information system using Kanban principles, including workflow mapping, suitable Kanban board design and integration with existing information systems. The results of this information system design show that the application of Kanban can provide a clear visualization of the workflow in the process, improve operational efficiency by speeding up the order cycle time, reducing waiting times, and minimizing errors in the transactions process. Good integration between the information system and the Kanban board allows managers to monitor order status in real time and respond quickly to changing customer requests. In conclusion, designing a laundry information system using the Kanban method can improve business performance, strengthen customer relationships, and create significant added value.

Abstract

Data merupakan hal yang berharga dan bersifat pribadi bagi perseorangan maupun perusahaan. Akan tetapi, pencurian data seringkali dilakukan terhadap sistem keamanan data yang memiliki celah. Hacking ini sudah marak dilakukan oleh kalangan muda. Jika tidak diarahkan dengan baik, besar kemungkinan banyak generasi muda yang menjadi pelaku cyber crime. Selain itu, untuk melakukan investigasi terhadap cyber crime, diperlukan juga digital forensic terhadap perangkat. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini, akan memberikan edukasi kepada para anak SMA sebagai generasi muda dengan harapan agar para generasi muda tidak menjadi korban atau pelaku. Abstract

Kriminalitas dan kejahatan merupakan fenomena sosial yang melanggar norma hukum dan berdampak serius pada stabilitas negara serta struktur sosial dan ekonomi. Dalam era digital, portal berita online mempermudah akses informasi terkait kejahatan. Namun, tingginya volume dan keberagaman data sering menyulitkan masyarakat memahami tren kejahatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pola atau tema utama dan mengelompokkan data kejahatan yang terjadi di Indonesia dari situs berita detik.com dan cnnindonesia.com pada lima tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) untuk mengelompokkan berita kriminal ke dalam beberapa kategori. Pengumpulan data menggunakan web scraping dari portal berita online untuk mendapatkan dataset yang representatif. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan diolah melalui tahap text preprocessing dan topic modelling menggunakan metode LDA. Dari 20 topik yang dilakukan pengujian, model terbaik ditemukan pada 9 topik dengan coherence score sebesar 0,538163893830327 dan perplexity sebesar -7,85722881473597, menunjukkan topik yang interpretatif dan distribusi data yang baik. Topik utama meliputi isu sosial, kekerasan, investigasi polisi, kasus hukum, peradilan, penipuan, hingga pencurian. Tema dominan adalah kekerasan terhadap anak dan perempuan (21,59%) dengan jumlah sebanyak 5.060 dokumen serta pencurian (23,26%) dengan jumlah sebanyak 5.241 dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai tren kriminalitas di Indonesia dalam konteks sosial dan hukum.

Abstract

Pengolahan data merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi institusi pencari laba maupun non laba. Melalui data, institusi mendapatkan pengetahuan yang akan mendukung pihak eksekutif dalam mengambil keputusan untuk strategi bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu, pengolahan data yang baik dapat memberikan dampak yang baik bagi institusi. Institusi bisa mendapatkan berbagai pengetahuan seperti segmentasi pelanggan dan pola pembelian pelanggan untuk kebutuhan marketing, bahkan prediksi kerusakan alat untuk keperluan maintenance dengan memanfaatkan pengolahan data. PT Delima Jaya Katiga membutuhkan pengolahan data untuk melakukan segmentasi dan pola penggunaan jasa pelanggan untuk menemukan potensi pelanggan baru guna menaikkan laba usaha. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini akan memberikan informasi mengenai data science dan memberikan pelatihan pengolahan data sebagai solusinya.

Abstract

Pada era digital, sekolah dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sekaligus memperkuat visibilitas daring sebagai media komunikasi, informasi, dan sarana belajar. Namun, SDN 162 Warung Jambu, Kota Bandung, masih menghadapi kendala karena pembelajaran didominasi metode konvensional dan informasi sekolah belum terintegrasi secara online. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini mengembangkan platform Learning Management System berbasis Moodle versi 4.3 dengan metode Research and Development menggunakan model Waterfall. Proses pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box, serta pemeliharaan. Hasil pengembangan menghasilkan website e-learning dengan domain https://elearning.sdn162bandung.sch.id/ yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran daring, mulai dari akses materi, pengumpulan tugas, kuis, forum diskusi, hingga pemantauan nilai secara transparan. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur pada peran admin, guru, dan siswa berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan tanpa kendala signifikan. Implementasi platform ini meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran, memperluas akses informasi akademik, serta memperkuat citra digital sekolah. Dengan demikian, pengembangan e-learning berbasis Moodle terbukti menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung transformasi digital sekolah dasar sekaligus mendorong terciptanya ekosistem pendidikan yang modern, adaptif, dan transparan.
