Abstract

Education is considered as the main investment for the future of the nation, with motivation to learn as the key to success inthe educational process. In the context of learning in SMP Negeri 35 Medan, the main challenges faced are lack of motivationand gaps in student learning interests. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. A monotonous and lessinteractive learning process, it often involves learning methods that tend to memorize and are less attractive to students. Inaddition, inadequate facilities and network access are also an obstacle. The results showed that students tend to be bored andless motivated when studying. Teachers at SMP Negeri 35 still often use traditional methods that emphasize memorizationrather than active student interaction. To overcome this problem, a more inspiring and interactive learning approach is needed,as well as the use of more interesting learning media. Teachers also need to be more proactive in communicating with students and creating an environment that supports students ' motivation and interest in learning. These efforts are expected to improve the quality of learning and learning outcomes of students in SMP Negeri 35 Medan.

Abstract

Education is an effort carried out by the government to educate society and advance the nation. Without professional teaching resources, the quality of education will not improve. The aim of this research is to determine the level of professionalism of teachers through professional organizations in achieving quality education, and obstacles to community development. A professional teacher/instructor cannot only be responsible for teaching materials in his field of knowledge, a professional teacher must have a broad understanding /in depth about human nature and society. The teaching profession has various professional attributes, one of which is the professional teacher organization, which was created to ensure the teaching profession can play a maximum role in the educational process and the quality of education. This research uses qualitative methods with a library study approach (Library Research)

Abstract

Essays or essays and students, whether at elementary, intermediate, or higher levels, often produce poor results. Many mistakes are made regarding spelling, word choice, and sentence structure. Many students do not understand scientific texts and their rules. This misunderstanding These misconceptions are very seriously researched considering the efforts of the government, educational institutions, including universities, to improve the culture of research in the academics. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of approach in the form of a library study. The results of the research It was found that the factors that cause difficulties in writing scientific papers are, for example, the low motivation of students in writing, lack of confidence and in writing, lack of confidence and lack of mood, low interest in reading, low student curiosity, and students' understanding of scientific papers that are not good scientific writing as well as low mastery of the writing the rules of writing.

Abstract

In a teaching and learning process, the level of understanding of a student is very important to the learning material delivered by the teacher in order to achieve the success of the teaching and learning process. If students are unable to understand or find it difficult to understand the material delivered by the teacher, the teaching and learning process will be slightly hampered. Therefore, the student's ability to catch is very important in the teaching and learning process in order to achieve good learning objectives. In this research, the method used is qualitative method. Qualitative methods involve data collection through observation interviews, and document analysis. As for the results of research that has been conducted at SMP Negeri 35 Medan in class VIII-3, there are inhibiting factors that result in low catchability in students such as physical factors, school environment factors and family environment factors.
