Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of agrarian law policies regarding the distribution of rights to cultivated land in Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of policies, the level of community participation, and the factors that influence the implementation of these policies. The research method is descriptive qualitative which involves literature study, field study and interviews. The research results show that the implementation of agrarian law policies has had positive impacts such as changes in land ownership status, but also has negative impacts such as conflict and legal uncertainty. The level of community participation is proven to have a crucial role in the success of policy implementation. Factors such as unequal distribution of land, legal uncertainty, and lack of community involvement are obstacles to policy implementation in Sampali Village. It is recommended to revise agrarian law policies by considering input from the community and increasing their participation in the decision-making process. Strengthening institutions at the local level, participatory conflict resolution, and developing educational programs were also identified as important steps to improve sustainability and fairness in policy implementation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics of agrarian law policy implementation at the local level and become a basis for improving policies that are more effective and inclusive.

Abstract

Inheritance law is a provision that regulates matters of property. If it is not regulated in detail, this will result in disputes within the family, even disputes will have very fatal consequences, even bloodshed between the family itself, sometimes because the influence of custom or law is still very strong. custom, namely by postponing the distribution of the heir's inheritance. To avoid this, rights are required that are recognized or granted by law and must also be attached to the person's responsibilities, if they are protected. Benefits or rights recognized or granted by law must also attach to the person's responsibilities. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach where this writing examines statutory regulations and examines legal concepts contained in the articles contained in legal regulations, especially regarding the role of notaries in determining rights and responsibilities. the heir's responsibility from the perspective of Islamic law. In this case, the Notary has an important role in a will because they ensure its legality, validity and execution in accordance with the law. They help prevent inheritance from becoming available and ensure that the will's wishes are legally fulfilled.

Abstract

Tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia dalam mengelola kebhinekaan adalah menemukan model terbaik untuk mengkonstruksi identitas nasional dengan implikasi  psikis yang menyenangkan. Bagimanapun, identitas nasional tetap diperlukan oleh suatu komunitas politik, seperti bangsa Indonesia. Tidak sekedar untuk membangun kebanggaan berbangsa, tetapi lebih penting dari itu adalah membangun rasa kasih sayang, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab bersama terhadap kepentingan nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kajian pustaka yang dimana Penelitian kajian pustaka ini merupakan hasil analisa berbagai informasi konseptual serta data-data kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dari berbagai artikel ilmiah yang terpublikasi sebelumnya. Untuk membentuk bangsa Indonesia secara keseluruhan, pendidikan kewarganegaraan adalah tujuan utama Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Tujuannya adalah untuk membentuk masyarakat Indonesia yang beragama, berkemanusiaan, dan beradab, yang berkerakyatan dan adil. Dalam era globalisasi saat ini, Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang mempengaruhi moralitas bangsa, khususnya generasi milenial, yang jika dibiarkan dapat melemahkan nasionalisme generasi milenial.
