Abstract

This study aimed to see if there are service quality affects customer satisfaction in using the services of Pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali. Subjects in this study is that consumers Pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali aged 18-60 years; purchase drugs at private expense; able to read, write, and communicate well; and willing to fill out a questionnaire. This study uses quantitative research methods, to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction using the services of the pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali. The samples used in this study was 116 subjects. Measurements in this study was performed using a questionnaire based on the variables used. Data were analysed using classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion of the quality of service showed that the appearance of Pharmacy, Hospitality Officer, Drug Information Service at the pharmacy, Availability of Medicines in Pharmacies, Pharmacy Services and Speed affects customer satisfaction in using Pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali. Abstract

Indonesia has significant potential in sheep and goat farming, but it is still dominated by small businesses with limited technology. Limited livestock ownership hinders its development as a primary source of income. Key challenges include feed shortages during the dry season and suboptimal waste utilization. Furthermore, feed production capacity remains low and inefficient. To address these challenges, this community service program was designed to provide and implement grass choppers and ribbon mixers for the Manunggal 2 Farmers Group in Jurug Village, Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency. The development process involved several stages, including design, fabrication, testing, and training the local community in machine operation and maintenance. Results showed that farmers were able to operate and maintain the machines effectively, thereby increasing efficiency in feed preparation and processing livestock waste into organic fertilizer. The developed machines demonstrated several advantages, including high production capacity (up to 45 kg/hour), uniform cutting results, and reduced labor requirements. Furthermore, the program not only provided a technical solution to address food shortages but also increased youth participation and strengthened local economic capacity through the application of appropriate technology. The success of this program provides a strong foundation for further replication and development in other regions facing similar challenges.

Abstract

Sektor peternakan kambing di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar sebagai sumber protein hewani sekaligus penopang ekonomi pedesaan. Namun, keterbatasan akses teknologi, biaya pakan yang tinggi, serta rendahnya homogenitas pencampuran pakan secara manual masih menjadi kendala utama dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi mesin pencampur pakan tipe ribbon mixer dalam program pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya pada Kelompok Ternak Manunggal 2, Desa Jurug, Kecamatan Jumapolo, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi desain, pembuatan, uji kinerja, serta pelatihan pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin kepada peternak melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mesin ribbon mixer mampu menghasilkan homogenitas campuran 90–95%, kapasitas produksi hingga 50–500 kg/siklus, serta efisiensi waktu pencampuran yang meningkat 40–50% dibandingkan metode manual. Dampak ekonomi yang terukur adalah penurunan biaya pakan sebesar 15–20% dan peningkatan pendapatan peternak 20–30% per siklus produksi. Selain itu, program pemberdayaan berbasis teknologi ini memperkuat kelembagaan kelompok ternak, meningkatkan keterlibatan pemuda, dan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi lokal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan teknologi tepat guna tidak hanya memberikan solusi teknis pada masalah penyediaan pakan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan terkait pengentasan kemiskinan, ketahanan pangan, serta pertumbuhan ekonomi pedesaan.
