Abstract

The high level of internet use, social media, and the online disinhibition effect trigger the emergence of the phenomenon of cyberbullying in students. The impact of cyberbullying is not only felt by the victim, but also the perpetrator of cyberbullying who may experience long-term implications such as decreased self-esteem, increased antisocial attitudes, and violence or criminal behavior in adulthood. This study aims to determine the relationship between online disinhibition effect and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in MA students who use Instagram. This study uses quantitative research methods with research respondents totaling 90 MA students. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The measuring instruments used are the online disinhibition effect scale and the cyberbullying scale. The data from this study were analyzed using the Spearman's rho correlation test with the help of SPSS version 26 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant positive relationship between the online disinhibition effect and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in MA students who use Instagram with a correlation value of 0.519 and a significance value of 0.000. This means that the higher the online disinhibition effect, the higher the tendency of cyberbullying behavior. The implication in this study is to provide information and an overview of the relationship between the online disinhibition effect and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in MA students who use Instagram to become the basis for self-evaluation in social media, so that healthier relationships and communication can be established and cyberbullying does not occur.

Abstract

Siswa harus dituntut untuk memiliki kesadaran, pemahaman, dan kemampuan dalam berperilaku etis. Siswa harus memiliki potensi kecerdasan yaitu kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spritual untuk pengembangan diri dikehidupan sehari-hari. BK Talk’s adalah sebuah program psikoedukasi yang dirancang oleh mahasiswa psikologi dan guru bimbingan konseling (BK) SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. BK Talk’s bertujuan untuk meningkat dan mengambangkan pemahaman siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam program BK Talk’s adalah metode psikoedukasi. Metode psikoedukasi merupakan metode edukatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan pelatihan yang berguna untuk mengubah pemahaman siswa melalui pemberian materi yang dilakukan oleh pemateri. Hasil dan program BK Talk’s dapat disimpukan bahwa siswa SMA Negeri 2 Makassar kelas X dan XI memiliki peningkatan pemahaman dengan baik tentang kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ), serta hubungan sosial.

Abstract

Bullying is a form of negative behavior that is carried out by individuals to show their strength or want to be recognized as powerful by carrying out unfavorable actions such as hitting, mocking, frightening and suppressing other people. To overcome this problem, learning and teaching practices were carried out for fifth grade students at SD Inpres Tamamaung III. The purpose of carrying out learning and learning practice activities is to help (1) students understand what bullying means, (2) know the types or forms of bullying, (3) know the impact of bullying behavior, (4). introducing students to the factors that cause bullying behavior, (5) provide an overview of how to fight if bullying occurs. The method used is the presentation method, and to find out the results of practice are measured by giving a pretest and posttest. Based on the results obtained, it was stated that the provision of material about bullying behavior can increase students' understanding of bullying behavior.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak signifikan terhadap proses pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah penurunan motivasi belajar siswa. Di SMPN 1 Tiworo Selatan, hasil wawancara dengan guru menunjukkan bahwa siswa, khususnya kelas VIII, mengalami penurunan semangat belajar dan lebih fokus pada penggunaan gadget untuk hiburan. Menanggapi kondisi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui psikoedukasi tentang Goal Setting menggunakan teknik SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, dan Time-bound). Kegiatan ini dirancang dalam bentuk pengajaran interaktif dan permainan edukatif yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Siswa diberikan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan skala perilaku motivasi belajar untuk mengukur perubahan yang terjadi. Selama sesi psikoedukasi, siswa dikenalkan dengan konsep SMART, dilatih menyusun tujuan belajar pribadi, serta mengikuti permainan yang bertujuan memperkuat pemahaman mereka tentang perencanaan tujuan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Siswa lebih mampu merumuskan tujuan pendidikan mereka secara jelas dan realistis, serta menunjukkan perubahan sikap yang lebih positif dalam proses pembelajaran.Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan psikoedukatif berbasis teknik SMART efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMP. Intervensi ini dapat dijadikan model untuk diterapkan di sekolah lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa, serta menjadi strategi praktis dalam membentuk budaya belajar yang lebih terarah, reflektif, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Students who are in high school, especially class XII, must be able to understand themselves and know which career is suitable for them. The psychoeducation program about "Who am I" is psychoeducation designed by Psychology students at Makassar State University and Psychology students at Bosowa University with the approval of the counseling guidance (BK) teacher at SMAN 2 Makassar. The aim of this psychoeducation is to ensure that students at SMAN 2 Makassar are able to recognize and be aware of themselves to make it easier for participants to determine their next career. The method used is a psychoeducational method, which aims to provide information and training to change students' understanding through the material presented by the presenters. The results of providing psychoeducation "Who am I" show that students are better able to recognize themselves and recognize their potential.
