Abstract

Pada zaman globalisasi sekarang ini semakin banyak bermunculan minuman berbahan kimia yang tidak menyehatkan untuk tubuh. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, masyarakat Indonesia kini menjalani kehidupan di era new normal. Kehidupan di era new normal mengharuskan manusia untuk melakukan gaya hidup baru di tengah pandemi covid-19 agar tetap sehat dan bertahan hidup. Menanggapi hal tersebut, kami menginovasikan suatu produk berbahan dasar daun kelor yaitu teh Gokel (Godong Kelor) Banyak Manfaat di Era New Normal. Inovasi ini bertujuan agar masyarakat di kelurahan Kalimango mampu memanfaatkan daun kelor untuk dijadikan sebagai minuman selain bahan sayuran. Daun kelor mempunyai banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan. Selain dijadikan teh, inovasi ini bertujuan untuk membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat sehingga berdampak pada meningkatknya ekonomi kreatif di desa Kalimango. Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode presentasi dan demonstrasi. Proses pembuatan teh Gokel diawali dengan mengering anginkan daun kelor selama 3 hari. Setelah itu, disangrai sebentar kemudian dihaluskan sedikit menggunakan blender. Setelah itu dimasukkan ke dalam kantung teh untuk dikemas. Teh Gokel siap untuk dipasarkan dan dihidangkan. Masyarakat yang terlibat pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat berkolaborasi dengan baik, dan menghasilkan the Gokel yang siap konsumsi atau disimpan untuk dimanfaatkan pada waktu yang lain. Melalui inovasi teh Gokel ini dapat memberikan ide kreatif kepada masyarakat desa Kalimango untuk menjadikan produk teh sebagai peluang usaha yang diharapkan dapat membuka peluang usaha dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of Profitability on Firm Value and Dividend Policy on Firm Value in manufacturing companies in the general food and beverage consumption sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sample determined by the purposive sampling method was 14 companies for 5 years (2017 - 2021). The analytical method used is multiple analysis. Data collection techniques use the reporting method through the official financial website www.finance.yahoo.com, www.idx.co.id, and the RTI Business application or www.rti.co.id. The data processing tool uses SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and f test. Based on the results of the research, it shows that: 1) Profitability has a positive effect on firm value. 2) Dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This journal discusses the challenges faced by teachers in teaching Social Sciences (IPS) at the elementary school level, focusing on SDN 112/I PERUMNAS. The study aims to identify various obstacles that affect the effectiveness of IPS learning, which is a crucial subject in shaping students' understanding of social, cultural, economic, and political environments. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations. The results reveal six interrelated main challenges: low student interest in IPS material, limited media and supporting facilities, restricted learning time, inadequate textbooks and difficult language comprehension, lack of active participation from students, and high administrative burdens faced by teachers. These challenges significantly impact the achievement of IPS educational objectives. However, the study also finds that by implementing creative and innovative solutions, such as using simple media, contextual learning approaches, and developing independent teaching materials, these obstacles can be addressed. Therefore, ongoing support from various parties, including schools and educational policymakers, is essential to enhance the effectiveness of IPS learning in elementary schools.
