Abstract

This research aims to understand the role and function of interpersonal communication in various contexts, both organizations and everyday life, using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation to explore participants' perspectives regarding the importance of interpersonal communication. The research results show that interpersonal communication plays a significant role in building relationships between individuals, increasing collaboration, resolving conflicts, and providing motivation and constructive feedback. In organizational life, interpersonal communication functions to create a harmonious work environment and increase team productivity. Meanwhile, in a personal context, this communication strengthens relationships, builds trust, and reduces misunderstandings. These findings confirm that interpersonal communication is a strategic element for creating meaningful connections in various aspects of life, including in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of classroom management based on gender on student learning motivation at Ad-Dhurroh IT Middle School. Using descriptive quantitative methods, this research involved 46 students taken as samples from a total population of 460 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation studies, with data analysis using simple correlation. The research results show that classroom management based on gender has a positive contribution to student learning motivation, with a t value of 4.530 (greater than t table 2.907) and a significance of 0.083 (greater than 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.067 indicates that classroom management contributes 6.7% to student learning motivation. Most students were in the medium motivation category (61%), followed by the low category (26%), and the high category (13%). This research concludes that classroom management based on gender influences students' learning motivation and provides recommendations for developing more innovative classroom management methods.

Abstract

In archive management, a system implemented to manage letter archives is a very good thing. In the 5.0 era, the use of electronics is commonplace, even a necessity. The use of electronics in records management increases the efficiency of correspondence. In this research, which uses the research method, the author intends to explain the application of a system that can be used in archive management and matters related to it. An example that can be adopted is the use of an application that makes the process of preparing letters from start to finish easier, this shows efficiency in archiving letters.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan adalah wadah bagi seluruh masyarakat untuk mengolah cara berfikir dan mendapatkan ilmu-ilmu baru. Kompetensi pengajar di dalamnya, menjadi suatu tolak ukur terhadap pencapaian suatu lembaga pendidikan islam, begitu pula terhadap peran kepemimpinan di suatu lembaga pendidikan islam tersebut. Dalam hal ini, peran kepemimpinan menjadi komponen yang sangat penting. Bagaimana cara seorang pemimpin mengambil keputusan, cara mempengaruhi orang lain untuk melakukan satu visi, misi dan juga mengkoordinir untuk melakukan kerjasama dan kolaborasi untuk tujuan pendidikan. Untuk itu kami melakukan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di MIS Nurul Fadhilah. Peran kepemimpinan lah yang menjadi komponen utama dalam menggerakkan seluruh unsur di dalam lembaga pendidikan, maka dari itu para ahali mengatakan kategori untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin yang bisa memecahkan masalah, pandai berkomunikasi serta tanggap dalam mengambil keputusan yang diperlukan sesuai keadaan.

Abstract

The quality of education in an educational institution is currently one of the important elements in the sustainability of the educational institution itself, both in terms of the quality of infrastructure, the quality of teaching and education staff or the quality of learning, all of this is one unit that must be maintained and updated in order to make education quality. An educational evaluation model, where matters related to evaluation data are collected is the main step in conducting educational evaluations, especially the quality of learning. Through research using this qualitative method, the author intends to provide readers with views regarding educational evaluation models, especially evaluations that lead to improving the quality of learning with appropriate steps. Evaluation models may appear to vary from one another, but the aims and objectives are the same, namely carrying out data or information collection activities relating to the object being evaluated.
