Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of public relations management and public services in improving the quality of education in schools. The research method used is library research or library research. Through this approach, researchers conduct a search and analysis of literature sources that are relevant and related to the research topic. Effective public relations management can strengthen school relationships with stakeholders and increase understanding of education goals, policies, and programs. In addition, this research also studies the role of public services in providing quality services to the school community. The results of this study provide a more comprehensive understanding of the importance of effective management of public relations and public services in improving the quality of education, as well as providing practical recommendations for practitioners and decision makers in the field of education to improve existing policies and practices.

Abstract

Based on research, communication ethics in interactions between teachers and students is very necessary because it greatly influences their behavior. To become teachers who are expected to fulfill the tasks given to us, we must surrender to God Almighty. Apart from that, the communication relationship between teachers and students is also a factor that influences the success of Islamic teaching. Ethics is also a dimension that deserves attention. Ethics gets attention because ethics is the core of educational goals. Ethics are rules, norms, rules or procedures that are often used as guidelines or principles for someone to carry out actions and behavior that are very important for life around us, because they apply to our daily behavior. Ethics guides a person or group in behaving and acting. As educators, teachers must be able to set an example in ethics and communication. To be successful in learning, teachers must provide students with an approach appropriate to their situation, which is important.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) serve as the backbone of Indonesia's economy. However, these enterprises often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, one of which is intense competition. The application of Islamic business ethics can serve as a solution to address these challenges. Islamic business ethics comprises a set of principles and values that regulate business behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings. It emphasizes the importance of justice, honesty, and social responsibility.This research aims to examine the impact of implementing Islamic business ethics on the enhancement of UMKM. The study employs a literature review method, gathering data from various journals and articles. The research findings indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics has a positive influence on the improvement of UMKM.

Abstract

Etika manajemen merupakan standar kesesuaian pengelolaan suatu organisasi yang memenuhi kriteria etika. Etika manajemen sangat diperlukan dan diwajibkan bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen, karena etika manajemen sangat mempengaruhi baik buruknya  organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu kelebihan etika manajemen adalah dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu etika dan tujuannya, serta apa saja konsep dasar etika manajemen dan prinsip-prinsip etika manajemen, selain itu, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi etika manajemen.. Dalam penelitian ini  menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif , Pendekatan ini mencakup metode studi perpustakaan, yang meliputi penjelasan buku  dan artikel yang  menguatkan materi serra data dari penelitian ini, Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika manajemen dan tanggung jawab sosial merupakan aspek penting dalam operasional bisnis untuk menjamin kelangsungan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, perlu diterapkannya etika pengelolaan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penerapan etika manajemen dan tanggung jawab sosial tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab supervisor atau manajer, tetapi juga  karyawan perusahaan. Selain itu, partisipasi masyarakat dan pemerintah juga diperlukan.

Abstract

This abstract discusses the importance of synergy in empowering students to serve for change. Synergy here refers to close collaboration between various parties, such as universities, governments, and communities, to create an environment that supports and facilitates the role of students in community service. This article will examine how these synergies can increase the impact of student service, encourage social innovation, and create positive change in various fields. It is hoped that this abstract can provide an initial overview of the importance of synergy in empowering students to serve for change and encourage further research in this field.

Abstract

Model pelatihan yang dilakukan di gerakan pramuka kurang membawa dampak pada peningkatan soft skills guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) kevalidan produk model manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis CBT yang dikembangkan; (2) kepraktisan produk model manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis CBT yang dikembangkan; dan (3) keefektifan produk model manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis CBT diimplementasikan dalam meningkatkan soft skills Andalan PRAMUK yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Andalan KWARAN Kota Medan, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah produk model manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis CBT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis CBT dinilai valid oleh Ahli Bahasa; Ahli Desain; Ahli Materi; dan Ahli Model; (2) Model manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis CBT sangat praktis digunakan oleh guru; dan (3) Model manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis CBT efektif untuk meningkatkan soft skills guru.

Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan salah satu tantangan yang sering dihadapi oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepala sekolah dalam mengelola stres kerja guru melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memberikan dukungan emosional, serta membangun komunikasi yang terbuka dengan guru. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga berperan dalam mengatur beban kerja secara proporsional dan memberikan motivasi yang berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan semangat kerja guru. Dengan adanya kepemimpinan yang responsif dan solutif, tingkat stres kerja guru dapat ditekan sehingga produktivitas dan kualitas pembelajaran tetap terjaga. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer, motivator, dan fasilitator dalam menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis tenaga pendidik. Penanganan stres kerja guru tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kepemimpinan yang humanis dan adaptif. Upaya sistematis yang dilakukan kepala sekolah menjadi bukti bahwa peran kepemimpinan transformatif sangat menentukan dalam menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang mendukung kesehatan mental guru dan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the role of teachers in guiding students' time management as a strategy to improve academic achievement. Using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, this study was conducted at MTs Swasta IRA Medan, involving teachers and students as the main subjects. The study results indicate that teachers play a strategic role as material conveyors and mentors in character development and learning skills, including time management. The strategies implemented include instilling time discipline in the classroom, using daily planners, creating to-do lists, applying the Pomodoro technique, and maintaining active communication with parents. Implementing these strategies positively impacted fostering students' awareness of the importance of time management, improving learning discipline, and helping them achieve better academic results. However, challenges were still found, such as a lack of awareness among students, procrastination habits, and limited training for teachers in guiding time management systematically. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in creating a disciplined and results-oriented learning culture. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for designing educational policies more responsive to developing time management skills as part of character education.

Abstract

The study of the role of school principals begins with the standards of principals as stated in Permendiknas No. 13 of 2007. There are two aspects, qualifications and competencies as initial capital as school principals. The capital owned by the principal needs to be encouraged with five roles as an effective leader. The five roles are as exciting catalyst, visionary motivator, controlled liaison, determined implementer and wise expert. A leader must be disciplined, the factors that influence discipline include: the existence of goals and abilities, exemplary, justice, supervision, punishment, assertiveness, and human relations.Leadership, Principal, Discipline Character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Adiwiyata school culture in MAN Asahan, (2) Implementation of Adiwiyata school culture in MAN Asahan, (3) the factors that support and hinder the implementation of Adiwiyata school culture in MAN Asahan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The participants of this study came from MAN Asahan, namely the principal, the coordinator of the Adiwiyata team, teachers, janitors, and students. In the process of collecting data, researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research uses data reduction, data presentation, data display, and verification or drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the validity of research data was tested for credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability (objectivity). The results of the study from the research can be concluded that the Adiwiyata culture carried out by MAN Asahan is by developing environmental education, maintaining the cleanliness of classrooms, buildings, gardens, ponds in the MAN Asahan environment, plant cultivation, compost management in an effort to control and overcome the environment. better. While in its implementation, the implementation of the Adiwiyata school culture itself is carried out every month and every day. In an implementation, of course, there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are the supporting Vision and Mission, supporting facilities and infrastructure, each teacher implementing an environment-based curriculum. The inhibiting factors are limited costs, lack of coordination between several related parties such as the government, hawkers, and the surrounding community. And also not yet formed the nature that is aware of the environment and responsibility. This is evidenced by the large piles of garbage in front of the madrasa whose waste comes from inside the madrasa, hawkers, and the surrounding community.Implementation of Adiwiyata School Culture, State Madrasah Aliyah
