Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan biaya pendidikan di SD  Negeri 004 Berau melalui pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan staf sekolah, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumen keuangan dan laporan tahunan sekolah. Data sekunder diperoleh dari publikasi resmi pemerintah dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan utama sekolah, seperti kualitas tenaga pengajar yang tinggi dan fasilitas pendidikan yang memadai, serta kelemahan signifikan berupa biaya operasional yang tinggi dan ketergantungan besar pada dana pemerintah. Peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan termasuk potensi pendanaan tambahan dari sektor swasta dan pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan. Namun, ancaman yang perlu diwaspadai meliputi ketidakstabilan ekonomi dan persaingan dengan sekolah lain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, saran yang diajukan meliputi diversifikasi sumber pendanaan, pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan, perencanaan keuangan yang cermat, dan pengembangan kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss humanistic academic supervision of school principals in fostering teacher professionalism. This paper was written using a literature review by choosing a narrative review model. The narrative review approach compares data from various journals that have been analyzed and summarized based on the author's experience, relevant theories and models. Analytical descriptive methods are used by collecting, identifying, compiling and analyzing various available data. The results of the research show that the use of humanistic academic supervision can improve teacher performance in carrying out tasks at school, and ultimately can improve student learning achievement.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the quality of human resources in a nation. As one of Indonesia’s leading higher education institutions, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta (UAD) is committed to continuously improving the quality of education, particularly within the Master's Program in Educational Management (PSMMP). The PPL Internship Activity Report provides an overview of the development and implementation of policies to enhance educational quality in the Master’s Program in Educational Management at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta. The PPL activities were designed from preparation through execution, evaluation, and reporting stages. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the PPL Internship activities, it was observed that in developing and implementing policies, PSMMP UAD employs several strategies, including: a) conducting an interactive, holistic, integrative, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centered system of learning, based on research and best practices, b) developing and implementing an outcome-based education curriculum that is student-centered, c) fostering students’ professional, innovative, and dedicated character grounded in progressive Islamic values, d) engaging in community service relevant to the field of educational management, aimed at improving educational practice, and f) publishing scholarly works in educational management in both national and international journals.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya merupakan instrumen penting dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengontrolan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Ini mencakup pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, finansial, dan fisik, yang semuanya bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau institusi sangat bergantung pada kemampuan sumber daya di dalamnya dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi primer dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini melibatkan delapan sampel Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan Sekolah Yayasan berbasis keagamaan yang berlokasi di wilayah Inti II dan Inti IV Tanjung Redeb.

Abstract

The transformation of traditional libraries into digital ones has become essential for the learning process. On one hand, libraries are required to provide digital resources, while on the other hand, students are expected to be literate. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 and SMA Negeri 4 Berau, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman and Pattern Matching by Robert K. Yin. The findings indicate that digital-based library planning in both schools begins with identifying the need for digital resources. In terms of organization, both schools have a clear management structure. The implementation stage involves various strategic programs in both schools. During the evaluation phase, both schools apply a continuous monitoring and assessment system. The impact of digital libraries has been positive, enhancing students' achievements by supporting their preparation for competitions. Additionally, the pattern-matching results conclude that the library management in both schools aligns with the theoretical framework. In conclusion, the four main aspects of educational management have been effectively implemented in both schools.
