Abstract

PAUD At-Taqwa still uses a manual tuition payment (SPP) system, where parents must come directly to the school to make payments, and transaction records are on physical cards. This method is prone to errors, delays in reporting, and lacks accessibility. In response to these issues, this study aims to design and develop a web-based SPP payment system integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway to support both online and offline transactions. This system was developed using Laravel framework, which supports structured development and efficient web application handling. The objective is to provide a more affective and efficient payment process for both parents and administrators. The method used in this research involved analyzing the current system using the SWOT analysis approach to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, which then served as the fondation for system development. The system was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure all functions worked as expected. The final product allows parents to view bills, make payment online or offline, and access digital payment receipts, while administrators can manage student data, generate bills, and view real-time reports. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully improves the efficiency and accuracy of the SPP payment process at PAUD At-Taqwa. Futher development such as mobile support could enchance the system’s accessibility in the future.

Abstract

The payment process for Education Development Contributions (SPP) at PAUD Nurul Ikhsan Ciruas was previously done manually, which posed challenges in terms of timeliness, accuracy, and transparency in financial recording. These limitations often resulted in delays in payment tracking, difficulties in reporting, and lack of real-time access for parents or guardians. Based on these issues, this study designed and implemented a web-based information system to support both direct and installment payments for SPP. The system includes online payment options through integration with a third-party payment gateway service, namely Midtrans. The development approach adopted in this study followed the Waterfall model, starting from the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The resulting application provides several key features such as student data management, automatic invoice generation, installment payment tracking, payment history display, transaction receipt printing, and online payment processing connected to the Midtrans gateway. The results show that the system successfully addresses the problems identified in the manual process by improving the regularity and efficiency of payment administration. Moreover, the system offers better transparency and convenience for users, especially parents or guardians, who can now monitor and complete payments remotely and securely. This innovation contributes to digital transformation in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology that affects everything from various life activites is used as a guide to solving existing problems. The above technological developments facilitate daily activities in various fields such as education, potics, social, and others. Competition in the world of education has created intense competition between schools with one another. The problem in this study is that the web-based registration of prospective new students at maulana siddiq Islamic kindergarten is still done manually which results in inefficient use of time, place, cost and manpower. There needs to be a system that can manage registration more effectively by using a website-based information system. With the school website playing an important role in the process of inputting data. This study uses the waterfall method in designing a new student registration system, where the design begins with analysis, design, coding and testing. The web-based developed system uses the CodeIgniter Framework with the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL as the database. The stages of website testing using black box testing before the system is used show that the website is running according to its functionality. The results of the developed website are able to assist in managing new student registration data and can make reports directly so that becomes effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi tabungan siswa berbasis web di SDN Damping Kabupaten Serang. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data tabungan siswa, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, dan menyediakan akses informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat bagi siswa, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan sistem Waterfall, yang melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi tabungan berbasis web ini mampu mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan manual, mempercepat proses transaksi, dan meningkatkan transparansi serta akurasi data tabungan siswa. Selain itu, sistem ini juga menyediakan fitur pelaporan yang dapat diakses oleh pihak sekolah dan orang tua secara real-time, sehingga mempermudah pengawasan dan monitoring perkembangan tabungan siswa. Dengan adanya sistem informasi tabungan berbasis web ini, diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan di SDN Damping Kabupaten Serang, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi semua pihak terkait dalam mengelola dan mengakses informasi tabungan siswa.

Abstract

Basic Education Data Application (Dapodik) is an integrated national scale data collection system, and is the main national data source, which is part of the National Education planning program in creating intelligent and competitive Indonesian people. This research aims to find out how the information system created by the Department of National Education is right on target and easy to access. The object of this research is the Dapodik Application at SDN Juhut 1 Pandeglang Regency, the sample used in this research is the School Operator as the system user. Based on the survey results, the problems that occurred were still incomplete in the application and network menus at the school. So this problem can result in delays in the input process in the application used by the operator. The implementation of the Dapodik Application Information System at SDN Juhut 1 has followed the stages in the Dapodik Application guidebook.

Abstract

Website-based information systems can be utilized as a means to provide quick and accurate information. One of the madrasas that has utilized a website-based information system is MIN 7 Tangerang, which has achieved numerous accolades. On the school's website, users can obtain information about the madrasa. Due to the abundance of information provided on the website, the madrasa administration must ensure data accuracy by conducting an information system audit. The objective of the information system audit is to assess the audit findings on the website for application refinement and to evaluate the implementation of the information system audit for website maintenance at the madrasa. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is conducted through observation and interviews. The interviewees in this study are the auditees, specifically the administrators of the MIN 7 Tangerang website. The research findings reveal eleven audit findings on the madrasa's website, indicating existing deficiencies that require follow-up audits for further refinement and maintenance of the website. In conclusion, the research aims to ascertain audit findings for website application refinement and to evaluate the implementation of information system audit results for the maintenance of the madrasa's website.
