Abstract

Kepercayaan merupakan salah satu hal mendasar yang harus bisa diberikan oleh seorang penjual kepada para konsumennya, terlebih jika transaksi jual belinya dilakukan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen milenial terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk fashion melalui online. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada produk fashion. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah konsumen cenderung tertarik dengan gencarnya promosi yang dilakukan melalui media online, sehingga meskipun konsumen percaya pada suatu penyedia jasa online namun konsumen ingin membeli ditempat lain yang juga menawarkan berbagai macam model fashion.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk penerapan Excellent Service pada PT Berkah Sinar Kusuma Surabaya untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan prima (Excellent Service) pada customer di perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan disini akan diperkenalkan bagaimana langkah penerapan Excellent Service dalam melayani konsumen di perusahaan. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui pelatihan dan penerapan enam unsur Service Excellent yaitu: Attitude, Attention, Action, Ability, Appearance dan Accountability. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan masih banyak pengamatan terhadap 6 unsur diatas yang harus dibenahi perusahaan ini dan untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas pegawai dalam melayani customer

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect effects of perceived organizational support on work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A sample of 60 employees from a clinical laboratory in East Java was examined using a quantitative approach with probability sampling. Data was collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings reveal that 1) perceived organizational support significantly influences work engagement, 2) work engagement has a significant positive impact on OCB, and 3) perceived organizational support directly affects OCB. Additionally, work engagement mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and OCB. These results highlight the importance of fostering organizational support to enhance work engagement and citizenship behavior, providing practical insights for improving employee commitment and performance.

Abstract

st Indonesian people, especially mothers, still have low awareness of efforts to deal with the problem of plastic waste and limited knowledge to use it into handicrafts that are worth selling. For this reason, Community Service activities are carried out by offline (during training) and by online (when mentoring through whatsapp groups and video calls). This activity aims to: a) Provide training and assistance on the dangers of plastic waste and the importance of environmental conservation efforts. b. Provide training and assistance on the use of plastic waste into handicraft products with high selling value. The implementation method is by: a. Preliminary survey on plans for community service activities to the Chair and Secretary of PKK RT 08 RW 05, Airlangga Village, Gubeng District, Surabaya. b. Identify the problems faced by the PKK Management by online. c. Conduct training according to the problems faced by PKK Management by offline about ecopreneurship. d. Provide online assistance through whatsapp group media and video calls as a follow-up to the training activities that have been provided. Community service activities for PKK Management have gone well and according to plan. This activity is beneficial for the participants. That is getting knowledge about the dangers of plastic waste for the environment and the importance of environmental conservation efforts. Also acquire skills to use plastic waste into handicraft products that are worth selling.Keywords: Ecopreneurship, plastic waste, handicrafts, PKK

Abstract

The partner’s problems are: not all of students have the awareness to handle plastic waste well, and most students do not know how to utilize plastic waste into useful products. The solutions are: ecopreneurship training and assistance by making handicrafts from plastic waste. The output targets achieved are 1.) Partners understand the negative impacts of plastic waste on environment. 2.) Partners have the skills to utilize plastic waste into useful and marketable items. The method of implementing as follows: a. Conducting training at partner schools. Partners are given counseling on the negative impacts of plastic waste on environment and  trained on how to make handycrafts from plastic waste. b.) Conducting online assistance via video call, to find out the application of training materials and the obstacles faced by participants. Partners are enthusiastic, it increases their knowledge about economic potential of plastic waste.

Abstract

Lingkungan kampung yang aman, nyaman, ramah dan layak sangat penting dalam menjamin pemenuhan hak anak dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Salah satu program pemerintah kota Surabaya untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah KAS-RPA (Kampunge Arek Surabaya-Ramah Perempuan dan Anak). Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan pola Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) & tahapan kegiatan melalui dua pendekatan, yakni sosialisasi dan pendampingan guna mengidentifikasi permasalahan di RW 02 kelurahan Keputih kecamatan Sukolilo, Surabaya sesuai indikator program yang selanjutnya dituangkan dalam bentuk portofolio. Hasil pendampingan yang telah dilakukan adalah mitra mampu mengeksplorasi potensi dan keunggulan-keunggulan yang dimiliki kampungnya, mampu menyusun portofolio dan mengumpulkan portofolio sesuai ketentuan. Kegiatan ini juga telah memahamkan mitra bahwa wilayah yang ramah untuk tempat tinggal perempuan dan anak perlu diwujudkan melalui kolaborasi maksimal semua warga kampung. Kondisi sosial-ekonomi dan strata pendidikan warga di lingkungan mitra sangat mendukung tujuan dari program KAS-RPA, yakni menjamin pemenuhan hak anak dan mengupayakan pemberdayaan perempuan secara optimal. Kesimpulannya adalah seluruh indikator program yang terdapat dalam KAS-RPA hampir semua telah diimplementasikan warga dengan baik. Selanjutnya perlu cakupan wilayah yang lebih luas supaya kontribusi warga lebih maksimal sehingga percepatan pengembangan dalam indikator program KAS-RPA dapat terpacu lebih cepat dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

The world of telecommunications in Indonesia cannot be separated from the role of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, as the largest and long-established telecommunications company and has even become a determinant of the development of telecommunications technology in the country. In the past, conventional telephones installed in homes to communicate long distances were the forerunner of a new civilization for the advancement of telecommunications. However, in the middle of 2023, Telkom will release Indihome, aka spin off, Indihome is identical to conventional telephones owned by Telkom. This decision will make the company more effective and efficient and what will be the impact on the capital market, especialy the response of local and foreign investors. This research uses two statistical analysis test methods, namely Mann Whitney and Spearman. Data analysis using SPSS, comparative tests, namely before and after the spinoff. The data object is stock price movements. The results shows that not all management decisions have a positive impact, as can be seen from the response of local and foreign stock investors to the existing sentiment. Referring to the assumption that Indihome joining Telkomsel does not necessarily mean that Singtel's ownership in Telkomsel will disappear even if dilution occurs. Apart from that, Indihome has a large contribution to Telkom, thereby affecting Telkom's revenue in the near future. Although the long-term target of reducing opex and capex can be realized.
