Abstract

In today's digital era, technology profoundly influences various societal domains, notably education. Rumah Quran Al-Inayah Pamulang, a non-formal educational center in Tangerang Selatan, fosters Quran memorization and practice among Muslim children. However, its manual system requires enhancement for better accuracy and timeliness in managing information. A web-based academic information system is proposed, utilizing the waterfall model methodology to address this. This system aims to streamline data collection, monitor memorization progress efficiently, and ensure organized data storage. The Academic Information System of Rumah Quran Al-Inayah Pamulang is a digital platform facilitating student information management, activity scheduling, academic progress tracking, and parent communication.

Abstract

Home business is one of the driving forces of the economy in Indonesia, but its existence is always faced with various problems, including production, equipment, management, and marketing. One of the home businesses in the class of onion crackers owned by Yuyun's mother is located in RT 03 RW 05 Krajan Hamlet, Randuagung Village, Singosari District. This business is an income field for the surrounding community because the production process is simple, so, in the drying process, onion crackers only use a makeshift base with bamboo as a support for cracker bases. The cracker dryer mat is the most crucial means to obtain a completely dry and hygienic cracker result. The purpose of community service is to solve the problem of cracker drying racks. Solutions designing and manufacturing cracker dryers with rack models. The implementation method is by collaborating with partners and students to make a more modern and innovative onion cracker drying rack from elbow iron and Kalimantan wood, making cracker mats from filter nets and hygienic as many as 25 units. The results obtained dry crackers are evenly distributed and cleaner, the shelves are more efficient to accommodate the crackers to be dried in the sun, the production capacity tool increases by 46% of the increased production amount and the revenue rise to 70%.

Abstract

Smart farming has become a major focus in the development of modern agricultural technology. In this context, the Internet of Things (IoT) offers innovative solutions to increase productivity and efficiency in crop management. This research introduces an IoT-based plant watering monitoring system that uses a fuzzy algorithm and an ESP32 microcontroller. This system is designed to automatically regulate plant watering based on environmental conditions and plant needs. The ESP32 microcontroller acts as the brain of the system, collecting environmental data such as soil moisture, air temperature, and relative humidity. This data is analyzed using a fuzzy algorithm to determine plant watering needs in real-time. Based on the output of the fuzzy algorithm, the system automatically controls the water pump to water the plants according to the specified needs. The application of fuzzy algorithms allows the system to overcome uncertainty in plant watering decisions, especially in the face of complex variations in environmental conditions. With the adoption of IoT technology, farmers can monitor and control crop watering efficiently through web interfaces or mobile applications, even remotely. This research shows that the integration of IoT with fuzzy algorithms and ESP32 microcontrollers can be an effective solution in managing crop watering, increasing overall agricultural productivity, while reducing water and energy consumption.

Abstract

Mitra pengabdian Sumber Rejeki Dairy Farm adalah peternak sapi perah di Desa Slamparejo Kabupaten Malang. Usaha ternak merupakan pekerjaan turun-temurun, sehingga pola usahanya juga relatif sederhana. Pemerahan susu sapi dilakukan secara tradisional yaitu dengan menggunakan tangan. Usaha ternak sapi perah belum memanfaatkan teknologi, oleh karena itu jika ada sapi yang sakit mastitis maka akan menular pada sapi lain, sehingga susu yang diperoleh akan tertular penyakit tersebut, disamping itu berdampak pula pada perolehan susu, dan kualitas susu menjadi turun. Tujuan pengabdian sebagai pemberdayaan peternak untuk mengenalkan teknologi proses pemerahan susu sapi. Teknologi memberikan kemudahan peternak dari segi kesehatan sapi, efisiensi waktu dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas susu dan peningkatan penghasilan. Metode pelaksanaan dengan pelatihan dan penyuluhan kepada para peternak sapi perah dalam pengenalan teknologi vacum. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan antusia bagi peserta, dari 10 orang yang diundang yang datang 13 orang atau 130%. Hasil pre test dari pengenalan usaha menunjukkan nilai sedangkan pemahaman tentang teknologi sebesar 67%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of work-life balance and transformational leadership style on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment.This study was quantitative and employed the SEM-PLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 60 village employees in the Bugul Kidul District, Pasuruan City.Five of the seven hypotheses tested showed significant effects. However, hypotheses three and six did not. Work-life balance did not improve employee performance, either directly or through the mediation of organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style, on the other hand, significantly influenced the performance of village employees in the Bugul Kidul District, Pasuruan City, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically test the influence of organizational culture and leadership style through competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Gadingrejo District, Pasuruan City, totaling 55 employees. This study used a census to determine the sample. The data analysis technique used in this study was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS software version 4. The results showed that organizational culture did not directly affect employee performance. Organizational culture directly affected employee competence. Leadership style did not directly affect employee performance. Leadership style directly affected employee competence. Competence directly affected employee performance. Organizational culture affected employee performance through perfect mediation of competence. Leadership style affected employee performance through perfect mediation of competence

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), capital structure, and inflation on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019–2023. Firm value is a key indicator of investor perception regarding a company's prospects. The three variables were chosen to represent internal and external factors affecting firm value. The research method employed multiple linear regression using SPSS software, along with classical assumption tests. The results show that partially, CSR and inflation do not significantly affect firm value, while capital structure has a significant influence. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect firm value according to the F-test. The findings imply that investors prioritize optimal capital structure over CSR practices and inflation impacts. Thus, a combination of internal and external factors should be considered when assessing firm value, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the use of digital accounting applications by micro-entrepreneurs in Kendari City and its impact on their financial management and business improvement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving business owners who hold Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and utilize digital applications such as Si Apik, BukuWarung, Beecloud, and Jurnal by Mekari. The findings reveal that digital accounting facilitates transaction recording, financial reporting, and raises awareness of the importance of financial management. Despite challenges such as internet connectivity, limited device capacity, and low digital literacy, most business owners showed improvements in cash flow recording and decision-making. The use of digital accounting supports the transition from manual bookkeeping to a more efficient and transparent digital system.

Abstract

Fast fashion in Indonesia faces increasing scrutiny over sustainability and ethics, yet purchasing remains driven by emotional and social influences. Understanding how brand attitude, social cause affinity, message strength, and corporate social advocacy perception influence purchase intention is crucial for aligning marketing strategies with evolving consumer values. This study investigates the direct and indirect effects of affective response and altruistic attribution in these relationships, identifying whether mediation is complete or partial within purpose-led marketing contexts. A quantitative survey of 1600 Indonesian fast fashion consumers from 30 cities, selected through purposive sampling, was analyzed using PLS-SEM to test the proposed mediation model. Findings reveal that brand attitude and message strength influence purchase intention only through complete mediation by affective response and altruistic attribution. At the same time, social cause affinity and corporate social advocacy perception show both direct and mediated effects. Theoretically, this clarifies the emotional and ethical mechanisms in purpose-led marketing. Practically, it guides marketers and policymakers to integrate emotional engagement with visible social responsibility, fostering ethical consumption and brand loyalty in Indonesia’s fast fashion sector.
