Abstract

The rise of technology and ever-increasing business competition, digital marketing strategies play a vital role in shaping entrepreneurial success in the dynamic landscape of the digital era. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategies carried out by MSMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this research uses qualitative methods and literature study. Literature study means collecting data by studying theories from different literature that are relevant to the research being conducted. The results of the research show that for the culinary, fashion, and tour and travel industries, they provide added value and differentiation in the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive and competitive prices. In contrast to the trading industry, they mostly use competitive pricing strategies, apart from that they also have a target market that tends to focus on niche markets so that their products can be accepted by the market. In the trading industry, on the other hand, they are more likely to use pricing strategies to compete in the market and choose market niches to develop their target market.

Abstract

The skills-based learning approach is a learning approach that is directed so that students can develop the life skills needed to maintain survival and develop themselves. This research aims to examine and describe Indonesian language education innovations using a technology approach and skills-based learning, by identifying the benefits, impacts and challenges faced in its implementation. The research method in this writing uses a type of research in the form of literature study. Results and discussion of this research There are several benefits, impacts and challenges in its implementation, which require support and cooperation from all parties involved in Indonesian language education, as well as improving facilities, literacy, readiness, discipline, responsibility, ethics, skills, competence, and professionalism of teachers and students.

Abstract

This research uses a library research method with a library research approach. This research was designed to identify the strategies implemented by Go-Jek, the impact of implementing CRM, obstacles in implementing CRM, and solutions to overcome these obstacles. Gojek CRM is a company that has many enthusiasts and customers. This land transportation company operating in the service sector utilizes developments in information technology to market the service products it produces. CRM allows businesses to better understand what their customers need and want, preventing them from switching to other companies in today's digital era.
