Abstract

This research aims to analyze brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Eiger products in the city of Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaire distribution techniques. Data was collected from respondents in the city of Surabaya, obtaining 75 respondents who purchased Eiger products. The results of the analysis carried out using SPSS in the t test show that brand image influences purchasing decisions with a t-value of 3,642 > ttable 1.9929 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05 and product quality influences purchasing decisions with a t-count of 4,762 > ttable 1.9929 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the f test show that brand image and product quality have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions with the calculated F value of 95.935 > F table 3.9739 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the brand image and product quality variables influence purchasing decisions. The findings of this research indicate that brand image and product quality are important factors that Eiger products need to consider in developing their marketing strategy.

Abstract

This research is to find out more about "The Influence of Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategy on Increasing Sales in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Surabaya" in accordance with the problems raised, namely the relationship between social media and digital marketing strategies on increasing sales in MSMEs in South Surabaya. The background to this research is due to the development of digital marketing in the business world, so it is important for MSMEs to follow existing developments. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of social media and digital marketing strategies on increasing MSME sales. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form to MSMEs in South Surabaya. The researcher used purposive sampling, so the researcher chose a sample that matched the characteristics of the respondents from the population obtained. After that, the collected data was processed using the SPSS program and calculated using Multiple Linear Regression. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between social media and digital marketing strategies in increasing MSME sales.

Abstract

This research wants to find out how "The Role of Educator Performance in Learning Quality" corresponds to the main problem raised, namely the Role of Educator Performance in Learning Quality at Taman Widya I Surabaya Kindergarten. The background for this research was that residents around the school said that the school produced many quality graduates. The aim of this research is to find out how the performance of teaching staff in the teaching and learning process can produce perfect learning quality. This research uses qualitative methods, with the subjects being teaching staff and guardians of Taman Widya I Kindergarten Surabaya. Data was obtained using interviews, observation and documentation, which was then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this research are: 1) The importance of the quality of learning in the teaching and learning process, 2) Teaching staff play a crucial role in determining the quality of learning and that an effective teaching and learning process requires qualified teaching staff, 3) Differences in approaches in the way Class A teachers teach and Class B teachers are adjusted to the students' age and educational level

Abstract

Compensation is a method adopted by companies as part of their strategy to encourage increased employee performance and motivation. Incentive systems are used in awards to reward individual work results. It is not only rewards that the company must give to its employees, it is also important to provide motivational encouragement to the company so that each team member in it can achieve optimal performance. The method applied in this research is quantitative research. Data is collected through research instruments and analyzed numerically or statistically. In this quantitative research, there are two types of variables that have been identified, namely independent variables such as compensation (X1) and motivation (X2), as well as dependent variables which include employee performance (Y). The test results show that (1) Variable X1, namely termination, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Prima Sola Indonesia. This can be seen from the significant value which is smaller than 0.05. (2) Variable X2, namely Motivation, has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Prima Sola Indonesia. This can be seen from the significant value which is smaller than 0.05. (3) Variables X1 (Compensation) and X2 (Motivation) have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions among Mie Gacoan Merr buyers in Surabaya this year. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 75 respondents. The tool used for this research uses SPSS Version 25 with research instrument testing using data quality tests and classical assumptions, with the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that (1) product quality has a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) price has a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a percentage of 67%, and the remaining 33% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out more about "The influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty for JNE delivery services in South Surabaya". In accordance with the main issue that raises the influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty at JNE in South Surabaya, the background for this research is that in the midst of intense competition among delivery service companies and the increasing increase in online purchases, of course every delivery service provider must focus on providing the best service and The prices offered are relatively cheap according to the target market to strengthen customer loyalty. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at JNE delivery services in South Surabaya, to find out the effect of price on customer loyalty at JNE delivery services in South Surabaya, and to find out the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty. on JNE delivery services in South Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative which aims to find out how big the influence is between the variables to be studied. To support this research, expand the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this research used the Purposive Sampling Technique, which is a technique for determining samples using certain considerations and criteria. The population in this study were JNE delivery service users in South Surabaya. The number of samples in this research was 60 respondents. After distributing the questionnaire, the results were calculated using SPSS. The conclusion of this research is that Service Quality has no influence on JNE customer loyalty in South Surabaya, Price has a significant influence on JNE Customer Loyalty in South Surabaya, Service Quality and Price simultaneously influence JNE Customer Loyalty in South Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of work culture and imbalance on employee performance at PT. Pulau Nusantara Indonesia. In the era of global competition, human resources play a vital role in determining a company's competitiveness in facing market dynamics. Based on the results of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) survey, most employees fall into category B, indicating that their performance has not yet reached the company's optimal standards. This condition is strongly suspected to be influenced by several factors, including a work culture that does not support innovation, high workloads, and an imbalanced system that does not provide adequate work satisfaction and motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 35 permanent employee respondents at PT. Pulau Nusantara Indonesia, selected using a saturated sampling method. Data were collected through literature studies, direct field observations, and the distribution of Likert-based questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to determine the extent of influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis indicate that both work culture and the imbalance system have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Based on these findings, management is advised to build a collaborative and adaptive work culture and review structural imbalances to align with employee expectations and the company's vision. These efforts are believed to sustainably increase employee productivity and loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions at Caffe Roemah Kreo in Lampung. Product quality, service quality, and price are important factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions in the competitive café industry. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who are customers of Caffe Roemah Kreo. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that the three variables, namely product quality, service quality, and price, significantly influence purchasing decisions. Product quality has the most dominant influence with the largest regression coefficient, followed by service quality and price. These findings indicate that customers prioritize product quality in making purchasing decisions, but service quality and price also play important roles. Based on these findings, the management of Caffe Roemah Kreo is advised to continuously improve product quality by maintaining consistency and the quality of raw materials. Additionally, improving service quality through employee training and facility enhancements is also necessary. Setting competitive prices that match the perceived value received by customers is another crucial factor for attracting and retaining customers. This study has limitations in terms of the sample size and location, which is restricted to one café. Future research is recommended to expand the scope by involving more cafés and a larger sample size, as well as using different research methods to gain deeper insights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of flash sales and consumer trust on purchasing decisions for skincare beauty products at the Guardian Store Surabaya. With increasing public awareness of the importance of skincare, marketing strategies such as flash sales have become one way to attract consumers' attention. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who have purchased skincare products at the Guardian Store. The results of the analysis show that both flash sales and consumer trust have a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. Flash sales create a sense of urgency that encourages consumers to make purchases immediately, while consumer trust in brands and products increases their likelihood of purchasing. These findings provide important insights for retailers in designing more effective marketing strategies, as well as emphasizing the importance of building trust in the beauty industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of salary and loyalty on the performance of Bimbel Setibel teachers in Mojosari, Mojokerto Regency. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to Bimbel Setibel teachers. The results of the study are expected to provide information on how much influence the salary and loyalty of teachers have on their performance. Other studies show that the level of teacher income is positively correlated with teaching performance. Teacher loyalty also has a significant effect on performance. Adequate compensation can increase teacher work loyalty. Job satisfaction is needed to increase teacher loyalty and has a positive impact on improving performance. This study is expected to provide implications for Bimbel Setibel management in improving teacher performance through increasing salary and loyalty.
