Abstract

Multicultural education plays a fundamental role in building an inclusive society that values diversity. In the digital era, multicultural education is undergoing a significant transformation due to technological advances and the process of globalization. This research examines the future prospects of multicultural education in the digital context, focusing on the opportunities and challenges. The results show that digital technology offers great opportunities to expand access and improve the quality of multicultural education through online learning platforms, social media and interactive digital tools that encourage intercultural interaction. However, a number of challenges need to be addressed, including the digital divide, protection of privacy and data security, and quality control of educational content. With the right strategies, the digital age can catalyze multicultural education, strengthen cross-cultural understanding, and promote tolerance and global cooperation. This research provides recommendations for inclusive and adaptive educational policies and practices to maximize the benefits of the digital age in supporting more effective and holistic multicultural education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of using digital media on students' Social Sciences (IPS) learning achievement at SD Swakarya. The method used in this research was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of an experimental group that used digital media in social studies learning and a control group that used conventional methods. Learning achievement data is collected through validated and reliable learning outcome tests. Data analysis was carried out using the t test to see significant differences between the two groups. The research results show that there is a significant increase in the social studies learning achievement of students who use digital media compared to students who use conventional methods. These findings indicate that the use of digital media can be an effective alternative in improving students' social studies learning achievement. The implication of this research is the need to integrate digital media in the learning curriculum in elementary schools to maximize student learning potential

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to analyze the strengthening of social values through peer group dynamics in social studies learning in elementary schools. Using a qualitative approach with case study methods, the research was conducted in a public elementary school involving fifth-grade students as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation during one semester of learning. The results showed that interactions within peer groups significantly influence the formation of students' social values, including cooperation, empathy, responsibility, and tolerance. Group dynamics formed in social studies learning facilitate students to develop social skills through discussion, group work, and collective problem-solving. This study found that the teacher's role as a facilitator is crucial in directing group dynamics towards positive social value development. The implementation of peer group-based learning proved effective in strengthening elementary school students' social values. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan nilai-nilai sosial melalui dinamika kelompok sebaya dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian dilakukan di sebuah sekolah dasar negeri dengan melibatkan siswa kelas V sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi selama satu semester pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dalam kelompok sebaya secara signifikan mempengaruhi pembentukan nilai-nilai sosial siswa, termasuk kerjasama, empati, tanggung jawab, dan toleransi. Dinamika kelompok yang terbentuk dalam pembelajaran IPS memfasilitasi siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial melalui diskusi, kerja kelompok, dan pemecahan masalah bersama. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam mengarahkan dinamika kelompok ke arah pengembangan nilai sosial yang positif. Implementasi pembelajaran berbasis kelompok sebaya terbukti efektif dalam menguatkan nilai-nilai sosial siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan sekolah dasar di UPT SD Negeri 060973 medan selayang Kurikulum merupakan rancangan pendidikan yang merangkum semua pengalaman belajar yang disediakan bagi siswa di sekolah. Dalam kurikulum terintregasi filsafat, nila-nilai, pengetahuan, dan perbuatan pendidikan. Kurikulum disusun oleh para ahli pendidikan/ahli kurikulum, ahli bidang ilmu, pendidik, penjabat pendidikan, pengusaha serta unsur-unsur masyarakat lainnya. Peneltian ini menggunakan kualitatif, yaitu mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan mendatangi sumber informasidan melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian Perkembangan kurikulum tersebut telah dirasakan oleh UPT SD Negeri 060973, yang mana sekolah tersebut telah melalui berbagai macam perubahan kurikulum dari awal sekolah itu terbentuk sampai sekarang. Dan sekarang UPT SD Negeri 060973 sedang menggunakan kurikulu merdeka sejak pertengahan tahun 2023 tepatnya bulan Mei. Dan banyak juga kelemahan dan kelebihan dalam menjalankan berbagai kurikulum yang ada di Indonesia, karena segala sesuatu tentu memiliki kelemahan dan kekurangan.

Abstract

The purpose ofthisstudyis to determine work motivation affects employee performance at PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) UPT. Balai Yasa Pulubrayan Medan.     To    find     out     the work environment and employee performance affect employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) UPT. Balai Yasa Pulubrayan Medan. The population in this study were 91 people, the sample was 91 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire using validity     and     reliability     measuring instruments to measure validity and reliability, then using data analysis methods using     multiple     regression analysis which is used to determine the effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable simultaneously and individually, using hypothesis testing in the form of t-test which is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables used individually are able to explain the dependent variable and the F-test is used to determine the extent to which the independent            variables used simultaneously are able to explain the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination which measures how far the model's ability to explain the variation inthe dependent variable. Data analysis in this study used the help of IBM SPSS version 25. Personally (t-test) Work Motivation hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) UPT. Balai Yasa Pulubrayan Medan. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan analisis tumbuh kembang anak selama periode kritis 0-2 tahun, yang dikenal sebagai "periode emas" dalam perkembangan manusia. kami menggunakan pendekatan multidisiplin yang mencakup psikologi perkembangan, nutrisi, lingkungan, dan faktor genetik untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. metode observasional dan analisis data longitudinal digunakan untuk melacak kemajuan fisik, kognitif, bahasa, dan sosial anak selama periode tersebut. temuan menunjukkan bahwa stimulasi yang kaya dan nutrisi yang memadai berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan optimal pada anak usia ini. implikasi praktis dan saran untuk intervensi diberikan untuk membantu orang tua dan penjaga dalam mendukung perkembangan anak mereka selama periode emas ini.

Abstract
