Abstract

Penelitian dalam ini dilatar belakangi oleh strategi yang dilakukan oleh pengurus diantaranya berkolaborasi/bekerjasama dengan alumni untuk mempromosikan almamater mereka pada calon anak didik baru yang ada di lingkungan tempat tinggal dan tempat kerja mereka dapat meningkatkan daya saing dengan membangun budaya ilmiah unggul mencetak siswa sebagai pembelajar yang bermutu yang tangguh menghadapi tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis datanya adalahreduksi data, penyajian data,dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil Penelitiannya Strategi bersaing MAN 1 Tulungagung dilakukan dengan: 1) Permintaan terhadap MAN 1 Tulungagung; Kondisi permintaan terhadap MAN 1 Tulungagung sebagai berikut: Adanya peningkatan siswa setiap tahunnya yang bertambah, permintaan semakin tahun semakin besar; Komunikasi yang baik antara pimpinan dan bawahan untuk kemajuan madrasah; Menambah tenaga kependidikan dan sarana prasarana; 2) Penawaran yang dilakukan MAN 1 Tulungagung sebagai berikut: Mempersiapkan dan mengelola siswa dengan baik; Tercipta lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat; Menciptakan citra dan image yang bagus dengan program-program yang menarik. 3) Pemasaran yang dilakukan MAN 1 Tulungagung sebagai berikut: a) Strategi Product dengan menyediakan program-program meliputi: kelas digital, TIK dalam bidang pemrograman, robotik, tahfidz, TOEFL, program olimpiade, program KIR, dan olahraga dan seni. b) price yang dilakukan MAN 1 Tulungagung yaitu: biaya yang dialokasikan sesuai dengan anggaran, dihemat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta kesederhanaan. c) Promotion yang dilakukan MAN 1 Tulungagung yaitu: dengan memanfaatkan alumni karena alumni merupakan brosur hidup yang nyata dan melalui website serta perlombaan berbaris. d) Lokasi MAN 1 Tulungagung yaitu: akses menuju madrasah sangat mudah dan mengadakan perluasan lokasi. Lokasi MAN 1 Tulungagung terletak di Jl. Ki Hadjar Dewantara, Desa Beji, Kecamatan Boyolangu, Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of many leaders of educational institutions who have difficulty increasing the competitiveness of their institutions, and this has a big impact on the sustainability of their institutions in the future. Visionary school principals have the opportunity to overcome these competitiveness problems by always developing various vision-based advantages and strengthening them into organizational culture so that their institutions are able to have competitive advantages. The question in this research is what form of implementation of futuristic thinking does the school principal take as a leader in increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions? This research took research locations at MAN 2 Tulungagung and SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang using a qualitative research approach and case study research type. The results of this research show that: 1) the heads of MAN 2 Tulungagung and SMK Mutu Gondanglegi Malang have futuristic thinking skills, demonstrated by their ability to develop visions into strategic policies and programs to position their institutions in the future. Among the strategic policies are: a) Strengthening religious culture; b) strengthening academic culture; and c) strengthening non-academic culture. The conclusion of the results of this research shows that the futuristic thinking skills possessed by visionary school principals based on organizational culture have been able to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan mengakibatkan setiap institusi harus dapat mengelola institusinya secara profesional, seperti layaknya sebuah perusahaan. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi bagian penting bagi proses pengelolaan tersebut. Salah satu keunggulan tersebut berupa peningkatan layanan dengan konsep Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan atau Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan memfokuskan untuk melihat bentuk pelaksanaan CRM di SMP AL-HUDA Kota Kediri. Pada pelaksanaanya SMP AL-HUDA telah menerapkan CRM dengan menggunakan tipe strategic CRM dengan mengacu a.) produk orieted melalui program unggulan yang dimiliki dan pemantauan secara rinci dalam keseharian peserta didik ataupun para guru melalui JIBAS; b.) sales orieted melalui pengadaan olipiade serta adanya transparasi yang dapat dinilai secara mandiri oleh masyarakat; c.) analytical CRM, yang mana memfokuskan pengumpulan data-data, informasi terkait pelanggan yang dituangkan melalui aplikasi JIBAS untuk memudahkan bertransaksi dan mengetahui kebutuhan pelanggan serta membuat perencanaan program yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Organizational culture in educational institutions plays a vital role in creating an environment that supports the learning processes of students and their character development. This research aims to explore how the actualization of ethical values, such as honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect, can shape the effectiveness of organizational culture. The method used is library research, which involves in-depth analysis of various literature sources related to organizational ethics and educational management practices. The research findings indicate that the consistent application of ethical values in daily activities within educational institutions not only strengthens cooperation among staff but also enhances trust and commitment among all members of the organization. Additionally, this study finds that leaders who prioritize ethical values can create a conducive atmosphere for innovation and collaboration. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for educational managers to further integrate ethical values into every operational aspect, aiming to create a more effective and harmonious organizational culture, which in turn can improve the quality of education provided

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of religious character in higher education institutions which has been declining in recent decades, this is influenced by the social and social environment, academic and career pressures, exposure to technology and social media and the lack of adequate religious education. Student Islamic Boarding School (Ponpesma) is a solution related to the decline in morals and ethics of students by instilling character based on Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah, this study will discuss how the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA in forming Religious Character Based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah, the results of this study indicate that: The form of the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA in forming Religious Character Based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah is in the form of formulating objectives as successors to the amaliyah salaf shalih, selecting content with the tricita of Ponpesma UNISLA, organizing synergy policies through UNISLA Chancellor Regulation No. 1 of 2019 Article 95, and evaluation based on graduate competency standards (Ubudiyah, Diniyah, al-Qur'an Practical Exams and Assessment of measurable and systematic religious attitudes. So it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah has been able to form Character Religious students.
