Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of strategic management in non-profit organizations, focusing on the independence of organizational financing, while the object of research at the fathul 'ulum kwagean islamic boarding school. With research questions on how to implement strategic management of financing and sources of financing in fathul 'ulum huts, the research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with the following results: At the beginning of the fiscal year all operational institutions under BUMP and pesantren must make RAP (Revenue Plan Plan) and RAB (Budget Plan), the supervision system is carried out by the administrative and financial districts. the sources of financing for pesantren come from BUMP (Pesantren-Owned Enterprises) with its subsidiaries; Ats-Tsuroyya Cooperative and Mini Market, TAS ( Savings for Santri Children) Kwagean, Kwagean Printing, Kwagean Screen Printing, Barokah Business, Hasbuna Rental, FC Shop. Shahara, Aquagean refillable gallons.

Abstract

The article is to raise parents’ awareness on the importance of early childhood education. It is not solely about sending their children to school to get knowledge. But the children are given space to grow and develop properly. If the children get a complete and comprehensive education, they will be an important human who becomes useful for society, nation, and religion. Education should make child healthy physically, mentalyl, emotionally.  Education must include three aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor which is not only to accompany a sensitivity and intelligence of student but also to know God almighty.

Abstract

Pesantren is Indonesia's oldest Islamic educational institution. However, public interest in studying in Islamic boarding schools remains low. It is necessary for Pesantren curriculum management to change the public's perception of Pesantren to a positive one during its implementation. The community's opinions will influence a Pesantren's image, which will influence students' interest in choosing a Pesantren. Internal and external factors influence students' interest in selecting a person. The goal of this study is to examine how Pesantren curriculum management is implemented in order to pique the interest of prospective new students. The method used is literature research by collecting previous articles and analyzing them according to the topic of discussion. The study's findings include the implementation of a good Pesantren curriculum management system that adheres to the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) method. Pesantren curriculum management will create student curriculum programs as well as other factors such as promotional materials for Pesantren that can pique students' interest in terms of external factors that will stimulate internal factors for prospective students. The greater a Pesantren's reputation in the community, the greater students' interest in enrolling in the Pesantren. Keywords: Curriculum Management, Interest, Pesantren, Students, POAC.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of religious character in higher education institutions which has been declining in recent decades, this is influenced by the social and social environment, academic and career pressures, exposure to technology and social media and the lack of adequate religious education. Student Islamic Boarding School (Ponpesma) is a solution related to the decline in morals and ethics of students by instilling character based on Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah, this study will discuss how the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA in forming Religious Character Based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah, the results of this study indicate that: The form of the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA in forming Religious Character Based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah is in the form of formulating objectives as successors to the amaliyah salaf shalih, selecting content with the tricita of Ponpesma UNISLA, organizing synergy policies through UNISLA Chancellor Regulation No. 1 of 2019 Article 95, and evaluation based on graduate competency standards (Ubudiyah, Diniyah, al-Qur'an Practical Exams and Assessment of measurable and systematic religious attitudes. So it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah has been able to form Character Religious students.
