Abstract

The rapid development of information technology can be seen from the massive use of the Internet network, which has also boosted the public's need to always carry out trade transactions using the Internet network. This is a challenge for Muslims to always be careful in transactions because Islam gives freedom to its followers in transactions but still places restrictions according to the Shari'a. Therefore, this study aims to find out the form of transactions in the go-food application and what the Islamic economic perspective is on these go-food transactions. The research method uses a qualitative interpretive approach. Sources of data come from primary data and secondary data and data collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were PT. Go-Jek, Go-Jek drivers, merchants, and consumers. This research focuses on the multiple contracts contained in Go-food services and the views of Islamic Economics on the transaction model. The results of this research show that it is true that there are multiple contracts in Go-food transactions because many parties are involved in them, including service leasing transactions between PT. Go-Jek and merchants, partners between PT. Go-Jek and drivers, as well as representative transactions between consumers and PT. Go-Jek and consumers with Go-Jek drivers. Islamic Economics views this transaction model resembles the forms of contracts in Islam, namely ijarah contracts, syirkah, wakalah bil ujrah, and their application does not conflict with Islamic Economics.

Abstract

Peran lembaga perbankan syariah dalam memulihkan perekonomian Masyarakat akibat dampak covid-19 itu sangatlah penting, karenanya bank pada hakikatnya bukan hanya menghimpun dan menyalurkan tetapi juga bertugas sebagai intermediasi. Hadirnya Bank Syariah menjadi solusi dan jalan keluar bagi permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat untuk memulihkan aktivitas perekonomian. Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia sungguh sangat signifikan, namun kehadiran covid-19 tersebut membawa perubahan yang sangat luar biasa bagi kehidupan perekonomian Masyarakat. Artiikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak covid-19 di perbankan syariah terhadap perekonomian ditinjau dari perspektif maslahah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dampak covid-19 di perbankan syariah terhadap perekonomian ditinjau dari perspektif maslahah ialah yaitu mengeluarkan kebijakan khusus bagi para nasabah misalnya penurunan suku bunga, perpanjangan waktu, pengurangan tunggakan pokok, penggurangan tunggakan bunga

Abstract

Sistem demokrasi di masyarakat adat Ammatoa bukanlah demokrasi dalam pengertian modern seperti yang kita kenal, tetapi lebih kepada sistem pemerintahan yang mengutamakan musyawarah, kesepakatan, dan kesetaraan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai adat mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana realitas demokrasi di masyarakat adat ammatoa: kajian hak asasi manusia (HAM) dan konstitusi dalam proses pemilihan Kepala Desa (analisis peran ata dan puang). Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan deskriptif-kualitatif menggunakan sumber studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan realitas demokrasi di masyarakat adat ammatoa: kajian hak asasi manusia (HAM) dan konstitusi dalam proses pemilihan Kepala Desa (analisis peran ata dan puang), mengungkap bahwa pemberlakuan hukum adat pada pemilihan Kepala Desa (PILKADES), seorang budak (ata) perannya tidak boleh menjadi pemimpin untuk masyarakat adat dan Kepala Desa (Galla). Sedangkan kaum bangsawan (Puang) inilah sebagai pemimpin tertinggi dalam struktur politik atau kekuasaan. Disamping itu, fakta hukum yang diberlakukan dalam sistem demokrasi di masyarakat ammatoa tersebut menjalankan sebuah aturan adat bahwa batasan bagi masyarakat yang berstatus budak (ata) untuk tidak diberikan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan haknya untuk dipilih dalam kontekstasi politik. Tetapi, jika ditelaah dalam kajian Hak Asasi Manusia dan Hak Konstitusional, maka hukum adat dianggap kontradiksi dengan hukum yang berlaku dalam perundang-undangan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe, explain about how the principle of honesty in business, and to explain what is the importance of the principle of honesty in business. This research is qualitative, the type of research is library research and uses historical and normative approaches. The data collection method used was a literature study. The results showed that; 1) Honesty Principle: there are three spheres of business activity which can be clearly demonstrated that a business will not last long and be successful if it is not based on honesty. First: honesty in fulfilling the terms of agreements and contracts. Second: honesty in offering goods or services of equal quality and price. Third: honesty in internal work relations within a company. The Prophet Muhammad used honesty as a basic ethic. Before he became a business or business actor. He is honest in everything, including selling his merchandise. The scope of this honesty is very broad, such as not committing fraud, not hiding defects in merchandise, weighing goods with appropriate scales, and so on. 2) In some naqli arguments in the form of orders to be honest and prohibition of cheating, it can be concluded that in terms of sharia, there is an urgency for the principle of honesty for a trader or businessman in his business. Logically or as aqli argument, it can be understood that how a business can survive if there is no trust between buyers and sellers or between producers and consumers. So starting from the description above, it can be understood that the urgency of the principle of honesty in business is really real, both from the perspective of naqli and aqli. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan, memaparkan tentang bagaimana Prinsip Kejujuran dalam Usaha, dan untuk menjelaskan apa Urgensi Prinsip Kejujuran dalam Usaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian adalah library research dan menggunakan metode pendekatan historis dan normatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; 1) Prinsip Kejujuran: terdapat tiga lingkup kegiatan usaha yang bisa ditunjukkan secara jelas bahwa usaha tidak akan bisa bertahan lama dan sukses kalau tidak dilandasi atas kejujuran. Pertama: jujur dalam memenuhi syarat-syarat perjanjian dan kontrak. Kedua: kejujuran dalam menawarkan barang atau jasa dengan mutu dan harga yang setara. Ketiga: jujur dalam relasi kerja intern dalam suatu perusahaan. Nabi Muhammad menggunakan kejujuran sebagai etika dasar. Sebelum beliau menjadi pelaku bisnis atau usaha. Beliau berbuat jujur dalam setiap hal, termasuk menjual barang dagangannya. Cakupan jujur ini sangat luas, seperti tidak melakukan penipuan, tidak menyembunyikan kecacatan pada barang dagangan, menimbang barang dengan timbangan yang tepat, dan lain-lain. 2) Pada beberapa dalil naqli berupa perintah berbuat jujur dan larangan berbuat curang, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam sisi syariat, terdapat urgensi prinsip kejujuran bagi seorang pedagang atau pebisnis dalam usahanya. Secara logika atau sebagai dalil aqli, dapat dipahami bahwa bagaimana sebuah usaha bisa bertahan jika tidak ada kepercayaan antara pembeli dan penjual atau antara produsen dan konsumen. Maka berangkat dari uraian diatas, dapat dipahami bahwa urgensi prinsip kejujuran dalam usaha benar-benar nyata adanya, baik dari sisi dalil naqli dan aqli. Kata Kunci: Prinsip, Kejujuran, dan Usaha

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe, explain about consumer behavior assolo’ the wedding event in Suku Kajang in perspective maslahah. This research is qualitative research, the type of research is field research and using an ethnographic approach method. The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. The research results show that consumer behavior assolo' the wedding event in the Kajang Tribe in perspective maslahah namely: 1) pregnant maslahah in the form of maintaining honor and self-respect/say',2) pregnant Maslahah in the form of taawwun values ​​and the embodiment of friendship, and 3) containsThe Value of Maslahah as a Means of Transaction, Distribution of Wealth and Welfare of Property Ownership.So starting from the description above, it can be understood that consumer behavior assolo' the wedding event in the Kajang Tribe in perspective maslahah directly maintain the objectives of Sharia'. Because considering the benefit dimension, besides that assolo' People hold wedding ceremonies to make it easier for them to live their lives, and to keep them away from the negative stigma of society's views.

Abstract

This article is related to the relationship between the concept of ownership and acquiring property by maximizing profits in an Islamic perspective, both of which are a unity related to economics where when talking about profits it will clearly be linked to profits and losses which in the concept are included in the economic realm but profits are in the discussion This is the acquisition of profits based on Islamic principles, and the concept of ownership in Islam is also related to economics where ownership is actually divided into 3, namely private, public and government ownership. If we talk about ownership, it is clear that one of the things we get from the efforts we make in economic terms is related to how we obtain property in a good way, for example doing business, trading, working in a company and there are many things we can do to obtain property. In this article, the concept of ownership will be related to profit or gain, how we carry out economic activities to make a profit in order to obtain property that is the property of an individual or group. The results of the discussion can be concluded that the concept of ownership obtained from maximization is permissible as long as it follows all the provisions of Islamic law while adhering to economic principles based on the Al-Quran and Hadith which are transparent, honest and fair.

Abstract

This research aims to describe je'ne ta'luka sumbayang tang tappu Kajang tribe community in terms of the value of multicultural Islamic education. The research method used is field study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and several documents that support this research which were then analyzed to obtain a comprehensive picture. Research findings show that je'ne ta'luka sumbayang tang tappu The Kajang tribe community, in terms of the value of multicultural Islamic education, contains spiritual values, moral and social values, respect for the environment, as well as the value of learning history and culture.  Through the integration of these values, teachings je'ne ta'luka sumbayang tang tappu is a reflection of how Islamic values ??are implemented in the daily lives of the Kajang people, strengthening their religious and cultural identity. The implications of this research for Traditional Leaders are that they are expected to continue to care for and preserve the teachings that have long been guarded in spirit and continue to develop customs and traditions that are full of local wisdom values. Meanwhile, the community is expected to appreciate and appreciate the importance of preserving, protecting and caring for cultural heritage. The aim is to instill values ??in order to grow and preserve the nation's cultural heritage and improve the cultural quality of society as an effort to strengthen the nation's cultural resilience.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan je’ne ta’luka sumbayang tang tappu masyarakat Suku Kajang ditinjau dari nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural. Métode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data di kumpulkan melalui melalui observasi, wawancara, dan beberapa dokumen yang mendukung penelitian ini yang selanjutnya dianalisis untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa je’ne ta’luka sumbayang tang tappu masyarakat Suku Kajang ditinjau dari nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural mengandung nilai spiritual, nilai-nilai moral dan sosial, penghormatan terhadap lingkungan, serta menjadi nilai pembelajaran terhadap sejarah dan budaya. Melalui integrasi nilai-nilai tersebut, ajaran je’ne ta’luka sumbayang tang tappu menjadi cerminan dari bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat Suku Kajang, memperkuat identitas keagamaan dan budaya mereka. Implikasi penelitian ini bagi Tokoh Adat, diharapkan tetap merawat dan melestarikan ajaran yang telah lama dijaga marwahnya serta tetap mengembangkan adat dan tradisi yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Sedangkan bagi masyarakat diharapkan dapat menghargai serta pentingnya menjaga, melindungi serta merawat peninggalan budaya. Tujuannya adalah untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai dalam rangka menumbuhkan dan melestarikan warisan budaya bangsa dan meningkatkan kualitas berbudaya masyarakat sebagai upaya memperkokoh ketahanan budaya bangsa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on customer financing and to determine the impact of Covid-19 on banks, in this case BTN Syariah KCPS Pannakukang. This research is a qualitativeresearch conducted descriptively. The results of this study indicate that first, From the customer's perspective, namely the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected the customer's business merchandise sales, reduced and decreased income makes customers object to paying installments of financing, income during this pandemic is only to cover installment costs. the impact of this pandemic has made customers look for other income to meet their needs. Used to pay installments and basic daily needs. customers in terms of covering installments are half dead in looking for income to cover installment deposits.Second,From the perspective of the bank itself, namely BTN Syariah KCPS Panakukang, it has experienced a decrease in the level of community participation as an intermediary institution, the presence of Covid 19 has had an effect on turmoil in terms of views for leaders and employees regarding the best solution or solution that can be given to BTN KCPS Panakukang customers, the impact the Covid-19 pandemic for BTN Syariah KCPS Panakukang itself, namely issuing a special policy for BTN Syariah KCPS Panakukang customers.

Abstract

Di era disrupsi, perkembangan teknologi secara signifikan telah mempengaruhi lapisan masyarakat, baik aspek kehidupan sosial maupun dalam aspek keagamaan. Dalam proses transformasi digital, selain membawa paradigma baru bagi masyarakat juga mempengaruhi sikap keberagamaan seseorang, baik itu praktek keagamaan, pemahaman terhadap kitab suci serta penyebaran ayat-ayat al-Qur’an sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap individu dalam menjalani hidup. Pengaruh revolusi digital mencakup dua aspek, yaitu negatif dan positif. Artikel ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan dua domain yang terlihat berbeda yaitu revolusi digital dan kajian al-Qur’an dalam mewujudkan peradaban yang irfani (kemajuan umat). Sementara metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni studi pustaka, atau dikenal dengan riset berdasarkan kaidah ilmiah. Proses tranformasi digital di era modern sangat besar pengaruh dan kebermanfaatannya, dalam kajian al-Qur’an seperti revolusi digital mempunyai cara pandang tersendiri, yaitu salah satunya membaca dengan falsafah iqra yang selalu menyentuh pada dimensi spiritualitas. Selain sinergi antara dua domain yang berbeda, juga diperlukan integrasi antar sesama umat Islam dalam memahami perkembangan zaman sehingga bisa mewujudkan kemajuan umat sebagai misi dalam mencapai masa keemasan Islam

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of religiosity, social media engagement, and product knowledge on consumer participation in boycotts against products affiliated with Israel. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) for data analysis, the research surveyed Muslim consumers to assess how religious values, digital exposure, and awareness drive ethical consumption decisions. The findings demonstrate that religiosity, social media, and product knowledge each have a positive and statistically significant impact on boycott behaviour. These results underscore the increasing significance of faith-driven economic actions, particularly in an era where social media amplifies collective consciousness and mobilization across borders. The implications of this study extend beyond consumer behaviour, reflecting a broader trend in the global Islamic economy, where purchasing choices are increasingly guided by ethical, spiritual, and political considerations. This behaviour fosters a sense of economic solidarity among Muslim communities and reinforces the importance of aligning market actions with Islamic values. For businesses and policymakers, the findings underscore the importance of understanding and responding to the ethical expectations of Muslim consumers. Furthermore, the research encourages consumers to critically evaluate information on social media before making economic decisions, promoting informed activism and reinforcing accountability in global supply chains.
