Abstract

Perceraian merupakan salah satu bentuk masalah sosial yang ada di masyarakat yang dipandang tidak sejalan dengan tujuan perkawinan. Perceraian akan membawa dampak kepada pelakunya dan juga orang lain, utamanya adalah keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak perceraian terhadap sosial ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Bentuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam yaitu dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwasannya dampak sosial dari perceraian  Perceraian membawa dampak beragam pada kehidupan para pelakunya. Dari segi sosial, perceraian dapat menyebabkan stigma sosial, kehilangan jaringan sosial, isolasi sosial, permasalahan perilaku emosional dan masalah akademik pada anak, serta gangguan emosional. Namun, perceraian juga membawa dampak yang sebaliknya terhadap sosial. Dari segi ekonomi, perceraian membawa dampak berupa penurunan pendapatan, pembagian aset, tunjangan anak, penurunan kesejahteraan ekonomi pada anak, dan dampak pada karier. Beberapa individu juga menemukan kestabilan ekonomi yang lebih baik melalui pembagian aset yang adil atau dukungan dari lingkungan baru.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an essential role in Indonesia’s economy, yet technological limitations often constrain productivity and competitiveness. D’Lor Bakery, located in Banyuwangi, previously relied on a conventional oven with limited capacity and uneven heat distribution, resulting in inconsistent product quality, high defect rates, and restricted production. To address these challenges, the Community Partnership Program (PKM) introduced a Gas Rotary Oven with automatic thermo control and gas leak detection. This innovation features a rotary rack system ensuring even heat distribution, a digital temperature control mechanism to stabilize baking conditions, and an MQ-5 sensor integrated with an automatic shut-off valve to enhance workplace safety. The implementation included design, training, and operational trials with a capacity of 56 trays per cycle. Results showed significant improvements: production capacity increased from 24 trays per cycle to 56 trays, with total output rising from 120 trays to 280 trays within five hours. Raw material processing also improved, from 10–15 kg of flour per cycle to 25–50 kg, while defective products decreased from 15–20% to 5–7%. Thermo control reduced temperature deviations by 15%, directly improving energy efficiency and lowering unit production costs. Economically, monthly revenue increased from IDR 4–5 million to IDR 8–12 million, with profit margins rising from 20% to 30%. Overall, the Gas Rotary Oven technology not only enhances productivity and consistency but also strengthens energy efficiency, product quality, and operational safety, making it a replicable solution for MSMEs in the bakery industry.

Abstract

Traditional markets play a strategic role in supporting the economic and social activities of the community, one of which is Cungking Market, located in Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to analyze the impact of Cungking Market on the social and economic life of the surrounding community. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included traders, market managers, and the surrounding community. The results show that socially, Cungking Market has made a significant contribution in forming a strong social network, increasing interaction and tolerance between residents, and becoming a public space that facilitates harmonious social relations. Meanwhile, from an economic aspect, this market plays a role in increasing community income, opening business opportunities, and encouraging local economic growth. Cleanliness, orderliness, and active participation of residents in managing the market also make Cungking Market an example of a traditional market that is developing positively.
