Abstract

The Independent Curriculum can be interpreted through the implementation of independent learning-based learning in elementary schools as a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila (P5) students. This curriculum adjustment is a form of the government's seriousness in dealing with problems that occur in the world of education. One of the problems currently occurring is the fading of cultural values based on local wisdom in students' identities. Students tend to be interested in gadgets and foreign culture that is gained from using these gadgets. In this way, the author wants to discuss the implementation of strengthening the cultural values listed in lesson P5 with the P5 theme discussed being local wisdom in phase C of elementary school. This research was carried out in class 5b at SDN 1 Kondangsari. The aim of this research is to determine the application of P5 learning and its impacts. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected using interview and documentation techniques. The samples taken were 30 grade 5 elementary school students. The result of this research is that the implementation of p5 with the theme of local wisdom at SDN 1 Kondangsari has been running quite uniquely and creatively. This can be seen from the outdoor- based learning process which is fun and blends with nature.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilaksanaan oleh mahasiswa Instutut Pendidikan Soe (IPS) pada SD GMIT Tobu memiliki tujuan agar dapat meningkatkan minat siswa SD GMIT Tobu untuk hadir di sekolah, meningkatkan frekuensi belajar peserta didik SD GMIT Tobu, memberikan inspirasi kepada guru SD GMIT Tobu dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Pelaksanaan PKM ini, metode yang digunakan adalah  tahapan persiapan dan tahapan pelaksanaan.  Penerapan model pembelajaran V-A-K yang dilakukan pada kegiatan PKM kali ini  terlaksana dengan baik di lokasi mitra dilihat dari antusiasme para peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang diterapkan sangat juga sangat tinggi, program PKM ini juga dapat memberi masukan yang postif bagi kepala sekolah dan para guru yang berada di SD GMIT Tobu sehingga memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran terutama dalam pengimplementasian berbagai model pembelajaran yang akan di gunakan oleh guru. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini, mahasiswa Institut Pendidikan Soe (IPS) dilatih menjadi guru yang baik dan benar  serta siswa dapat mengembangkan keterampilan, wawasan dan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya.

Abstract

Teacher performance, professional competence, social competence of teacher penjasorkes elementary school in sub-district Tobu very low. This study aims to (1) describe the performance (2) describe professional competence (3) describe the social competence of teacher penjasorkes. This study uses qualitative methods of naturalistic results of principal interviews, teacher penjasorkes, learners, and the community. Source of data taken from school documents related to learning of penjasorkes (1) Performance of teacher penjasorkes at elementary school as sub-district Tobu still low because not mastering teaching materials, managing teaching program, not yet able to process class, using learning media (2) Professional competence in teacher The elementary school supervisor of Tobu sub-district is low this is seen from the educational background of low-ranking teacher of pemasorkes, has not understood the mastery of technology, has a good personality, be a good example, has not mastered the curriculum, and teachers who teach penjasorkes there are derived from different bikes. (3) The social competence of the elementary school teacher in Tobu sub-district is also low, the penjasorkes teacher has established cooperative relationship with various parties but it is necessary to keep the action and speech so that it is not considered by the public, the teacher of Penjasorkes in Tobu sub-district is considered less educational because Often consume alcoholic beverages. Conclusions of performance, professional competence, social competence of teacher penjasorkes not yet implemented maximally need to be renewed so that teacher penjasorkes itself can achieve performance and competence.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan lompatan smash tim voli putra Institut Pendidikan Soe melalui penerapan latihan plyometrik menggunakan media hurdle yang dimodifikasi. Program dilaksanakan selama 10 kali pertemuan dengan melibatkan 10 mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam tim voli putra, menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan tahapan pelaksanaan yang terdiri atas persiapan, pelaksanaan program, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, peserta mengikuti pelatihan teknik dasar dan delapan sesi latihan plyometrik berbasis media modifikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan lompatan yang signifikan, ditunjukkan dengan kenaikan rata-rata tinggi lompatan dari kurang dari 70 cm pada tes awal menjadi 82,7 cm pada akhir kegiatan. Selain peningkatan performa fisik, kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi berlatih, kepercayaan diri, dan disiplin peserta dalam memperbaiki teknik smash. Dengan demikian, latihan plyometrik berbasis media hurdle modifikasi terbukti efektif dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif model latihan dalam pembinaan keterampilan olahraga khususnya bola voli di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
