Abstract

The increasing use of digital media as a means of preaching is the impact of technological developments that encourage preachers to utilize various digital platforms to facilitate preaching activities. One of the popular platforms used is YouTube, which provides various preaching content. One of the preaching contents on this platform is the "Login" podcast which is presented in video format. This study aims to identify and describe the Islamic values ​​represented by Habib Ja'far through the "Login" podcast. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques developed by Philipp Mayring. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and literature studies. The results of this study found various preaching messages conveyed by Habib Ja'far in the 18th episode of the "Login" podcast. The researcher found 12 Islamic values, consisting of 2 values ​​in the Akidah category, 5 values ​​in the Sharia category, and 5 values ​​in the Morals category. Based on content analysis using the Philipp Mayring Model, this podcast successfully presents Islamic teachings that are very relevant to the modern social context, especially related to gender equality, tolerance, and justice. One of the new findings is the raising of the issue of equality in marriage, where husbands and wives are invited to make decisions together and emphasize the importance of respecting the rights and dignity of women in Islam, which is often neglected in patriarchal interpretations.

Abstract

Fungsi manajemen yang meliputi; (1) Perencanaan, (2) Organisasi, (3) Pergerakan, dan (4) Pengawasan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan fungsi pengelolaan di masyarakat Paskas khususnya dalam program Gerakan Infaq Padi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dimana metode ini menggambarkan perilaku objek yang diteliti. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara koordinator pascasarjana dan observasi alam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan: (1) Gerakan Infaq Beras bertujuan untuk membantu siswa, kaum miskin, anak yatim piatu dan penghafal Al-Qur'an untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan mereka, khususnya nasi. Gerakan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat, mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih gemar bersedekah dan memperkuat peran masjid sebagai pusat pemberdayaan. (2) Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi, masyarakat Paskas telah menerapkan keempat fungsi tersebut dalam menjalankan program Gerakan Infaq Padi di Kota Medan. Program ini menunjukkan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif antara semua divisi untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan Gerakan Infaq Beras.

Abstract

The Congregational Fajr Prayer Movement program implemented by the Indonesian Mosque Council of Binjai City is a religious initiative that aims to revive the spirit of the community in performing the Fajr worship in congregation This research is carried out to find out how the management functions are applied to the Congregational Fajr Prayer Movement program by the Indonesian Mosque Council of Binjai City. This research uses qualitative methods and case study approaches. The data sources in this study consist of two data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are carried out by interviews and observations of related parties in the Congregational Fajr Prayer Movement program and secondary data sources used from relevant documents. The results of the study show that the Congregational Dawn Prayer Movement Program implements management functions, such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, as well as supervision and evaluation. Even so, there are several problems, such as weak coordination in planning, mismatch of tasks and expertise in organization, the absence of a reward system that lowers motivation in mobilization, and lack of clarity at the supervision stage. The success of the program is highly dependent on strengthening coordination, adjusting tasks to competencies, implementing clear performance indicators, and developing a structured evaluation and sanction system. With this solution, it is hoped that the program will be more effective and the participation of pilgrims can increase sustainably

Abstract

Faith is a firm and definite belief or faith, without the slightest doubt, which includes faith in Allah, angels, books, apostles, the Day of Judgment, and qada and qada. This study aims to analyze the management of the Southeast Aceh Islamic Sharia Office in strengthening the faith of Muslims in the border area, Southeast Aceh Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative which describes and analyzes findings in the field, The type of data used is primary data from interview results and secondary data is in the form of previous books or journals related to the title of this research. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study show that the da'wah management of the Southeast Aceh Islamic Sharia Office has carried out planning, organizing, movement and supervision in strengthening the faith. The da'wah programs carried out include routine recitation, da'i placement in border areas, da'wah safaris, wirid yasin, commemoration of Islamic holidays, appeals to wear Islamic clothing and training da'i and da'iyah cadres. In addition, the Islamic Sharia Office also fosters ustadz and border da'i to provide Islamic religious education to the local community so that their faith is maintained

Abstract

Melihat keadaan Desa Manik Maraja yang plural dan dinamis dan dengan adanya sedikit kesenjangan sosial lintas agama di Desa Manik Maraja kami merasa perlu untuk lebih memperkenalkan dan menerapkan kehidupan yang moderat, sebab jika ini dibiarkan maka berkemungkinan timbulnya konflik sosial yang berkepanjangan. Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk lebih mewujudkan integrasi dan keharmonisan sosial di Manik Maraja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Manik Maraja membutuhkan sikap moderasi beragama karena dengan diimplementasikan-Nya moderasi beragama tentu akan membawa masyarakat Manik Maraja semakin terintegrasi dan harmonis dalam hidup kebermasyarakatan. Upaya dalam implementasi moderasi beragama telah terlaksana dan kini masyarakat Manik Maraja lebih mengenal tentang moderasi beragama, dan daripada itu telah memudahkan dalam penyebaran dan penerapan moderasi beragama secara menyeluruh di kehidupan masyarakat Manik Maraja.
