Abstract

Pelayanan Desa menggambarkan identitas Desa itu sendiri. Selama ini pelayanan pembuatan surat di kantor Desa Menturus menggunakan pelayanan dalam bentuk sistem informasi manual, pelayanan dilakukan oleh sorang petugas. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi dari sistem pelayanan seperti ini seperti sulit dan lambat dalam proses pengajuan usulan surat baru, surat ijin dan surat keterangan. Sementara masyarakat menginginkan pelayanan yang ramah, cepat dan efektif. Sistem layanan E-SuratDesa dapat dijadikan solusi untuk memberikan layanan prima kepada masyarakat. Sistem yang dibangun ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengakses layanan seperti mengurus surat keterangan dan surat pengantar untuk berbagai keperluan dengan cara memsukkan atau mengetik Nomor Induk kependudukan (NIK) ke web layanan mandiri desa. Jika data ditemukan, masyarakat bisa langsung melakukan layanan yang diinginkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi administrasi desa berbasis web.

Abstract

The study was to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer on plant growth green amaranth (Amaranthus tricolor) Research conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture Experimental garden University Merdeka Surabaya. Research is a factorial experiment were prepared using the method of randomized block design (RAK), consisting of 1 factorial and 3 repetitions. each treatment in the first repeat consists of 2 samples or plant samples. One factor that green spinach plants: P0 green spinach without NPK / polybag, green Spinach P1 at a dose of NPK fertilizer 0.9 gram/polybag, P2 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 1.8 gram/polybag, P3 green Spinach at a dose of fertilizer NPK 2.7 gram/polybag, P4 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 3.6 gram/polybag, P5 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 4.5 gram/polybag, P6 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 5.4 gram/polybag. The results showed that treatment of NPK fertilizer on plant growth green spinach shows the real effect on plant height, leaf number, fresh weight per polybag, per plant fresh weight, dry weight per plant. The best results are obtained wet weight per polybag on NPK fertilizer treatment P3 (green spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 2.7 gram/polybag) which is 223.41 grams.

Abstract

Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) adalah Kecerdasan Buatan sering digunakan agar diperoleh optimasi suatu sistem. Ant Colony Optimization, berasal dari kata ant: semut, colony: kompulan atau koloni, opimization: optimasi semut merupakan tergolong salah satu hewan yang pintar, mereka mampu mencapai makannanya dengan jalur yang terpendek dan tercepat. Perilaku semut adalah inspirasi untuk Algoritma Ant Colony Optimization ini. Salah satu penggunaan metide ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kontrol pergerakan panel surya yaitu dengan menambahkan sistem kendali single axis tracking matahari. Sistem kendali tracking matahari adalah sistem kendali yang selalu mengikuti posisi matahari. Tujuan dari sistem tracking matahari ini adalah untuk menempatkan penampang agar selalu dalam posisi menghadap ke arah posisi sinar matahari. Tracking matahari jenis azimuth- elevation terdiri dari sumbu putar horisontal dan sumbu putar vertikal. Sistem kontrol perlu sekali untuk dioptimasi agar posisi tepat sesuai yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini nanti bisa dipakai sebagai acuan dan digunakan kontroler lain atau metode kecerdasan buatan lainnya agar diperoleh kontroler yang optimal.

Abstract

The restoration of mangrove planting in the coastal area of ​​Gunung Anyar Village was carried out as a mitigation measure. The mangroves here function as a barrier when high tide occurs. With the mangroves, the tidal waves that occur can be muffled by the mangroves so that the impact of damage that occurs on land can be minimized. This is reinforced by the existence of government regulations with the aim of minimizing disaster damage, namely Law no. 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management. The action of planting mangrove plants in one area of ​​Surabaya City, especially the Gunung Anyar sub-district, Rungkut District is a series of community service activities for lecturers and students at Merdeka University Surabaya in 2022. This area has the potential for beaches to be used as new land for the development of mangrove plants because it is a coastal area that Of course, it is very vulnerable to seawater abrasion. The purpose of this service activity is to mitigate disasters, especially the risk of seawater abrasion, flash floods as well as to increase the potential of local areas in developing mangrove tourism, as well as improving brackish water ecosystems, especially fisheries development.

Abstract

Agricultural education at an early age is very important because considering that today's children tend to be minimal, therefore learning about agriculture starts from around the world in order to produce capable farmers and become professional experts in the field of agriculture. The introduction of agricultural education must be implemented from an early age in children, so that it creates a love for the surrounding environment. One of them is using the school yard to always look beautiful, beautiful and attractive by cultivating various kinds of horticultural and other commodities. One of them is the introduction of vegetable plants, which aims to increase students' awareness of the environment by providing illustrations of the impact of planting on the environment. The results of this service have had a positive impact on PAUD Mutiara Hati Palm Spring students, providing additional knowledge on how to cultivate vegetables.

Abstract

Pasaran island is well known as a center of anchovy producer in the province of Lampung, Indonesia. The total of catched fish is to 57.6 tons per month so Pasaran island was classified as fisheries cluster producing anchovies in the province of Lampung. The processing units from fishing, curing, drying, processing to marketing steps was conducted by small and medium enterprises (SME’s) from local community. They producedvarious products such as dried anchovies, packaged vacum anchovies, snack, and raw material for feed of nila and catfish from anchovies waste. Theseintegrated processing system not only increasing the added values of anchovies in Pasaran islandbut also applying zero waste concept in the processing anchovies. Thus impacted on increasing SME’s and local community incomes.

Abstract

Red chili peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) is a type of vegetable that has economic value high and contains various compounds that are useful for human health. The aim is to determine the extent of the effect of Nitrogen and phosphore on the vegetative growth of red chili plants. This study used a two- factor factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) method. The first factor is the dose of Nitrogen Fertilizer consisting of three levels, namely N1 (5 gr/plant), N2 (10 gr/plant), and N3 (15 gr/plant), the second factor is the dose of Phosphore fertilizer with two levels, namely P1 (10 gr/plant) and P2 (15 gr/plant). Observation variables include plant height, number of leaves, and number of branches. The results showed that there was a real interaction between nitrogen and phosphore fertilizers. Nitrogen Fertilizer treatment was significantly different from plant height, number of leaves and number of branches. The best Nitrogen Fertilizer treatment was at the N3 dose level (15 gr/plant). Furthermore, in the Phosphore fertilizer treatment, the best results were obtained at the P2 level (15 gr/plant) which affected plant height, number of leaves, and number of branches.

Abstract

Hilirisasi produk hasil penelitian untuk kepentingan peningkatan perekonomian di suatu daerah adalah mutlak di lakukan, tak terkecuali kabupaten jombang, jawa timur. Dalam perkembanganya kabupaten jombang telah banyak memiliki produk-produk UMKM yang sedang bertumbuh secara perekonomian,  diantaranya umkm yang menyediakan produk – produk bumbu makanan dan bahan herbal yang berbahan asli komoditas kabupaten Jombang (local pride product). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fishbone diagram dan AHP, inovasi produk mesin ini di bangun dalam skala laboratorium sebagai dasar kajian penelitian dan pengembangan produk industri daerah. Dalam penjelasanya metode fishbone diagram di gunakan untuk melakukan pertimbangan kriteria yang akan di usung. Sedangkan integrasi dengan metode AHP digunakan untuk memutuskan prototype mesin tepat guna dengan kriteria yang sangat di butuhkan oleh pelaku usaha komoditas herbal kabupaten Jombang, hasil yang di dapatkan terciptalah mesin yang sesuai kebutuhan UMKM komoditas herbal.

Abstract

This research entitled "The execution of additional sanctions in the form of repair due to criminal acts as an effort to restore the environment due to environmental crimes by corporations" contains 2 (two) problem formulations, namely (1) What considerations does the public prosecutor make when filing additional sanctions in the form of repair due to criminal acts in a demand letter? (2) How is the implementation of the execution of additional sanctions in the form of repair due to criminal acts ? This research uses empirical legal research methods with normative juridical aspects. The data used is primary data using direct interviews and secondary data through literature studies which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively with research subjects, namely a Prosecutor at the Prosecutors Office of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the research show that prosecutors consider additional sanction in the form of repair due to criminal acts important to overcome environmental crimes and support sustainable development, because it directly addresses environmental damage. In contrast, corporate fines are not effective for environmental restoration. The execution of additional punishment in the form of repair due to criminal acts is often not optimal due to the lack of guideline regulation, the absence of time limits and coercive nature as well as the conversion of additional sanctions in the form of repair due to criminal acts into a sum of money.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze policy innovations in reducing education costs at MTsN 9 Banyuwangi and their impact on increasing accessibility and quality of education. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis as data collection techniques. The research results reveal five main findings: (1) implementation of a need-based scholarship program that provides financial assistance to underprivileged students, (2) digitalization of learning to reduce the cost of books and teaching materials, (3) collaboration with school committees and local donors in fundraising , (4) implementation of the "Madrasah Mandiri" program which empowers local potential to support madrasa operations, and (5) optimizing the budget through evidence-based financial management. These innovations not only reduce the financial burden on students and parents, but also improve the quality of educational services. This research provides strategic recommendations for madrasas and other educational institutions in implementing innovative policies to increase the accessibility of inclusive and quality education.
