Abstract

Developments in the smartphone industry are currently very fast and varied. A smartphone product is required to have a good perspective for consumers because it is not uncommon for the depiction of a particular brand to be related to a person's lifestyle, therefore companies must always innovate, maintain quality, and create good smartphone products so that the products offered sell well on the market and are in demand among people. lots of consumers. The target of this study is to examine the influence of brand image, product quality, price and hedonistic lifestyle on purchasing decisions. Data was collected from 162 respondents in the SoloRaya area who met certain criteria. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method, then the data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools with SPSS analysis software version 22. The results of the study show that 1) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 3) Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 4) The hedonistic lifestyle has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. Suggestions for company managers to always maintain high product quality and always innovate in design and features as well as launch effective marketing and pay attention to consumer needs and desires. So this has an impact on creating higher purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphones. Researchers who are interested in carrying out similar research titles are expected to add other variables, for example: Brand love, Brand equity, social factors, and Promotion.

Abstract

Good management of medical records to support hospital services and useful if the informationcontained therein is complete and accurate. Medical record data is needed in the process of recordingand reporting routine hospitals. The purpose of this research is to treat and manage medical records ofinpatients at RSKIA Umi Khasanah Bantul. descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Researchsubjects Director, medical record personnel, midwives and doctors. Data collection using in-depthinterview techniques supported by documentation. Data analysis technique with reduction,presentation, conclusion. The results of the patient's medical research using a manual system. Medicalrecords are more than 2 x 24 hours because the medical record documents are not completely filled,the storage space is not sufficient, the SOP for medical records is not complete, the length of providingmedical records according to the law is <15 minutes, supervision medical records seen from theassessment indicators. The problem is that there is still a lack of medical record personnel, insufficientinfrastructure.Keywords: Evaluation, Management, Medical Records

Abstract

Good barn management is one of the important factors in supporting pig productivity. This study aims to analyze the impact of barn management on pig productivity, including growth, health, and reproduction. The research method used was direct observation at pig farms implementing various barn management systems, such as ventilation, sanitation, feeding, and temperature management. The results of the study show that optimal barn management can improve the quality of life of pigs, accelerate growth, and reduce mortality and disease rates. On the other hand, poor barn management can reduce productivity and increase the risk of infections. Therefore, proper barn management plays a significant role in the efficiency and success of pig farming.

Abstract

This study investigates how service and product quality impact consumer loyalty, with a focus on the Mie Gacoan Pekalongan Branch, using quantitative methods. The target group comprises all customers of Mie Gacoan at the Pekalongan Branch. The study used purposive sampling, with 144 respondents participating. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, shared through Whatsapp and Instagram Direct. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 software was used for data analysis. Results show that service quality and customer satisfaction positively and significantly influence consumer loyalty, whereas product quality does not have a significant impact on consumer loyalty. Both service quality and product quality positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between service quality, product quality, and consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price perception, promotion, and product quality on product purchasing decisions vans indonesia. This study is included in the category of survey research using questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The population in this study is all FEB UMS students who have made purchases and who have used Vans Indonesia products. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The results can be concluded that partially brand image and product quality does not significantly affect the purchase decision, while the perception of price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision
