Abstract

This study aim sto: (1) finding out the description of employees’ performance, works kills, and work experience, (2) analyzing the effect of Work Skills and Work Experience on employees’ performance either partially or simulataneously. The population in thisstuy were employees of Search and Rescue Agency Office Of Maumere as many as 40 people. Due to limited population, research was conducted by cencus or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hyptohesis testing was done through the F test and t test. The result of the descriptive analysis shiwed that the performance variabkes of Employees, Work Skills and Work Experience were categorized as good. The result of the t-test statistic showed that the variables of Work Skills and Work Experience hads a positive and signigiciant eeffect on e’ployees’e performance as partially. The statistical result of the F test showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on employees’ performance. The results of the analysis of determination showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to expla in the variation in the performance of the Maumere Search and Rescue Office employeesby 29.7%.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) determine the description of the physical work environment and work team on work performance (2) analyze the physical work environment and work team on work performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 30 employee participants at Cv Agung Mandiri Motor Maumere. Since the population was limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and 1- test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of Work Achievement, Physical Work Environment, and Work Team were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially the Work Environment variable had a positive and insignificant effect on Work Performance while the Work Team had a positive and significant effect on Work Performance. The statistical results of the F test showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on Work Performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation in the rise and fall of Work Performance by 50%.

Abstract

This research is grounded on the issue of the achievement of performance that has not reached the specified target. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, workability, and workmotivation; (2). analyse the work ability and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency both simultaneouslyor partial. The population in this research were employees who worked at the Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency as many as 57 people. Due to limited population, this research was carried out by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing done through the F test and t test. The results of the description analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, work ability, and work motivation were categorized as good. The results of the test statistics showed that the variables of work ability and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. The results of the F tes statistics showed that the variables of work ability and work motivation had a significant effect on employee simultaneously. The determination analysis result reveald that the two independent variablesin this study were able to explain the fluctuation of the employee performance at Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency by 38.7

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) find out the description of administrations’ Performance, Work Facilities, and Work Communication on Village Administrations in the Kewapante sub-district (2) analyze the influence of Work Facilities and Work Communication on the Village Administrations’ Performance in the Kewapante sub-district, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research was 32 people. This research was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. The descriptive analysis showed that the performance variables of administrations and work facilities were categorized as good enough while communication was categorized as not good. The t-test statistics showwed that partially the work facilities variable had a positive and significant effect on the official administrations’ performance. The results of the t-test statictic showed that partially the work communication variable had a signoficant and positive effect on the administration’s performance. The results of the f-test statistics showed that simultaneously the variables of work facilities amd work vommunication had a significant influence on the administrations’ performance. The results of the analysis of determination were able to explain the fluctuation of village administrations, performance in the Kewapante Sub-district by 47%.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the workload, self-efficacy and performance of health workers at the Bola Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency; (2) analyzing the effect of workload and self-efficacy on the performance of health workers at the Bola District Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was the health workers at the Bola Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency, totaling 50 people. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was carried out through F and t tests. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of health worker performance, workload and self-efficacy are categorized as quite good. The results of the t-test statistic show that partially the workload variable has no significant effect on the health worker performance variable, the self-efficacy variable has a significant effect on the health worker performance variable. The results of the F test statistic show that simultaneously the workload and self-efficacy variables have a significant effect on the performance of health workers. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variations in the ups and downs of the performance of health workers at the Bola Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency, amounting to: 86.2%.

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of product attributes, brandtrust and purchase interest: (2) analyze the significant influence of product attributes andbrand trust on purchase interest. The population in this research were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University, Maumere. The sample in this research was 96 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the descriptive inferential method, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test and test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the product attribute variables, brand trust and purchase interest were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that the product attribute variables partially had a significant effect on the purchase interest variable, while the brand trust variable partially did not have a significant effect or the purchase interest variable. The results of the F-test statistics showed that both independent variables had a significant effect on the purchase interest variable. The results of the determination analysis show that the magnitude of the contribution of product atribut variables and brand trust to the purchase interest of Vivo cell phone products among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University Maumere is 22.9% while 77.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

This reserch aimed to analyze the effect of social media marketing and product quality one the purchhasing for Woven Fabric at Sanggar Bliran Sina. This research method was used quantitatively by involing 108 respondents, who were consumers of sanggar Bliran Sina. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and data colllection was carried out throught filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis was done throught Multipple Linear Regresskion using 26 for Windowa softwere. The result showed that the social media marketing variable (X1) had no significan effect one the purchasing decision variable(Y). In contrash, the product quality variable partial the product quality varible (X2) had a subtantial effect one the purchasing decision variable (Y). The results of statistical tests based on Anova calculations showed that the F-count value of 66.332 with a significance value of 0.000. It can be concluded that the 2 independent variables, namely the social media marketing variable (X1) and product quality (X2) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction at UD. Usaha Bersama Magepanda. Products and Prices on Customer Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were consumers of UD. Usaha Bersama Magepanda, in Magepanda District, Sikka Regency. With an unlimited population, a sample of 100 people was taken. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Descriptive and Associative methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test and t test and the Determination Coefficient (R2). The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Service Satisfaction variable was in the fairly good criteria, the Service Quality variable was in the good criteria, then the Price variable was in the good criteria. Partially, the service quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on the satisfaction variable (Y). Partially, the price variable (X2) did not have a significant effect on the satisfaction variable (Y). Together, the two independent variables, namely the service quality variable (X1) and price (X2), had a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The magnitude of the contribution of the variables of Service Quality and Price, to Customer Satisfaction at UD. Usaha Bersama Magepanda (Case Study in Magepanda District) is 8.9% while 91.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) describe employee performance, work loyality, and work discipline ; (2) analize the influence of work loyality and work discipline on employee performance both partialiiy and simultaneously.The population in this research was 35 employees at The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Office In Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, this research was conducted using a census or saturated sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted through F-tests and t-tests.The descriptive analysis results indicated that the employee performance variable was categorized as adequate, the work loyality variable was categorized as adequate, and the work discipline variable was categorized as good. The t-test statical results showed thet the work loyality variable had a significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work discipline veriable had a positive effect on employee performance. The F- test stastical results indicated that, simultaneously, the work loyality and work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis revealed that these two independent variables could explain 44.1% of the variation in employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Office In Sikka Regency.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problem of purchasing decisions (Eban Watan Women’s Studio of Ian Tena Village, Sikka Regency). This study aimed to; (1) figure out the description of purcasing decisions, promotion, and location of the Eban Watan Farmer women’s groph studio; (2) analize promotion and lokation ond procasing both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all consumers who made procases of ikat weaving at the Eban Watan Farmwr Women’s Group Studio Ian Tena Village with a sampling of 70 people using The Non-Probability Sampling method which mean that the elements in the population did not heve an inherent probability of being slected as a subject person. Data were collected through questionnaires and analized using descritive and inferential statistical methods, namely multyple linear regrenssion. Hypothesis testing was done through F and t-tests. Descritive analysis showed that the varyables of buyer decisions, promotions and locations were categorized as good. The statical results of the t-test sha effect ond purcahasing decisions. The result of the F test showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Tha coefficient of determination that the contributiont of the promotion variable and the location variable to the purcases decision of the weaving studio Eban Watan Ian Tena Village, Sikka Regency was 49,9%, while it was infulenced by outher factors outside the research variables.
