Abstract

The HR Assistance Lecturer (superior) activity at Palangka Raya University carries out financial literacy education with a focus on the theme "Exploring the World of Credit Cards and Credit Wisely." This activity aims to provide employees with an in-depth understanding of financial management, credit card management, and credit intelligence. Through this program, employees will be provided with comprehensive educational materials in the form of guides, brochures, and presentation materials. A digital-based interactive learning platform is also being developed to facilitate self-learning. In addition, a tracking and evaluation system was designed to measure the effectiveness of the activities. The program also includes promotional campaigns and financial literacy campaigns to raise public awareness of the importance of financial literacy. In order to strengthen the program, counseling and support services were provided for employees facing difficulties managing debt. A partnership plan with the bank was implemented to provide support, resources, and access to relevant banking services. This activity is expected to provide direct benefits to employees in improving their financial literacy competencies and providing the best service to the community in civil registration aspects that involve financial aspects

Abstract

Cempedak (Artocarpus champeden) adalah tumbuhan asli Indonesia yang juga ditemukan di Malaysia dan Papua Nugini. Tanaman ini dapat ditemui di banyak wilayah Indonesia, termasuk Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, dan Jawa. Meskipun informasi detail tentang produksi cempedak dan nangka di Indonesia terbatas, pada tahun 2014, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat produksi keduanya mencapai 223.253 kuintal. Untuk mengembangkan cempedak lebih lanjut, penting untuk memahami preferensi pelanggan terhadap karakteristik buah ini. Evaluasi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap atribut buah cempedak juga krusial dalam menentukan area yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pembeli buah cempedak di Kabupaten Kapuas, Pulang Pisau, dan Kotawaringin Barat serta mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan mereka terhadap atribut buah. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan sampel 90 responden dari ketiga kabupaten tersebut, yang dipilih dengan metode accidental sampling. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada kesamaan dalam karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia dan perbedaan dalam tingkat pendidikan serta pendapatan di antara ketiga kabupaten. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, kepuasan konsumen terhadap buah cempedak di ketiga kabupaten tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai puas. Saran dari penelitian ini termasuk perluasan usaha untuk mempertahankan kualitas atribut seperti rasa, bentuk, dan ukuran buah cempedak oleh petani, serta perlunya pemerintah daerah melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menghasilkan varietas cempedak yang sesuai dengan harapan konsumen.

Abstract

Thoughtfully, this exploration depicts the impact of trust and administration quality on consumer loyalty. Obviously there are contrasts and similitudes between the few diaries considered and the viewpoints of every one of these diaries. As well as examining a few things with respect to Trust and Administration Quality, there are numerous points of view which will be examined exhaustively and consistently in this Exploration Diary. The Learning Writing Exploration Strategy is utilized for information assortment in this Exploration Diary. Abstract

This research presents SWOT analysis in Gamplong tourism village which has natural fiber craft agroindustry based on creative economy Sleman Regency. Internal and external conditions are needed to identify problems that occur to launch the best strategy in developing tourism villages. This reserach was conducted by doing an observation to figure out that tourism village based on creative economy has its own characteristics in developing the local potential especially in independent tourism villages because it can be role model for developing and growing tourism villages to develop their local potential. Conducting interviews to get internal and external factors of the tourism village The SWOT analysis is done by performing quantitative weighting and ranking against these factors by ten respondents from internal and external of tourism villages. The results of this research indicates that Gamplong Tourism Village is in cell V of Matrix IE where cell V presents growth and stability phase. The best strategy for this position is concentration through horizontal integration that is expanding the company how to develop business in other locations, and improve the types of products and services.

Abstract

Pineapple farmers and agro-processing businesses in Kapuas and Pulang Pisau face several risk. One significant risk is the lack of clarity regarding existing supply chain structures and performance, resulting in operational inefficiencies. This study aimed to identify and measure the performance of the pineapple agroindustry supply chain, analyze potential risks within the supply chain, and evaluate risk mitigation actions in the pineapple agroindustry located in Kapuas Regency and Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan. The method used to analyze supply chain performance was the SCOR-AHP (Supply Chain Operations Reference-Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, while risk analysis was conducted using the HOR (House of Risk) method. The results showed that the highest supply chain performance score was attributed to the distributor, with a total score of 72.89, categorized as "good." Conversely, the lowest performance was seen among farmers, with a score of 42.55, classified as "marginal." The highest risk for farmers was the low selling price of pineapples, for collectors was price fluctuations, and for pineapple SMEs was inaccurate production planning and scheduling. The prioritized risk mitigation actions for farmers included optimizing the implementation of proper SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) for pineapple cultivation and post-harvest processes, for collectors was the establishment of standards and agreements with farmers regarding pineapple quality, while the industry focuses on planning, optimizing, monitoring, and periodically evaluating the production process. Abstract

Penelitian mengenai analisis faktor penentu dalam pemilihan strategi promosi Universitas Palangka Raya (UPR) bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelebihan, kekurangan, peluang, dan acaman melalui analisis SWOT sehingga diketahui strategi dalam meningkatkan promosi UPR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan metode analisis SWOT melalui survei terhadap 702 mahasiswa di UPR. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan UPR, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni UPR memiliki kekuatan dalam pemanfaatan media sosial, kerjasama dengan sekolah, lokasi strategis, beragamnya jurusan, biaya kuliah terjangkau, dan diversifikasi jalur masuk. Untuk mengatasi kelemahan, UPR perlu mengurangi ketergantungan pada media sosial, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dan memperluas pertimbangan calon mahasiswa. Peluang UPR dapat dioptimalkan melalui perbaikan website, promosi di sekolah-sekolah, peningkatan jalur beasiswa, dan sosialisasi alumni. Peralihan status ke BLU dapat meningkatkan branding dan kualitas kampus. Ancaman terbesar adalah penurunan minat mahasiswa jika promosi tidak ditingkatkan, sehingga strategi promosi lebih efektif, dengan peningkatan fasilitas, pengajaran, dan jalur beasiswa.
