Abstract

The HR Assistance Lecturer (superior) activity at Palangka Raya University carries out financial literacy education with a focus on the theme "Exploring the World of Credit Cards and Credit Wisely." This activity aims to provide employees with an in-depth understanding of financial management, credit card management, and credit intelligence. Through this program, employees will be provided with comprehensive educational materials in the form of guides, brochures, and presentation materials. A digital-based interactive learning platform is also being developed to facilitate self-learning. In addition, a tracking and evaluation system was designed to measure the effectiveness of the activities. The program also includes promotional campaigns and financial literacy campaigns to raise public awareness of the importance of financial literacy. In order to strengthen the program, counseling and support services were provided for employees facing difficulties managing debt. A partnership plan with the bank was implemented to provide support, resources, and access to relevant banking services. This activity is expected to provide direct benefits to employees in improving their financial literacy competencies and providing the best service to the community in civil registration aspects that involve financial aspects

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether public consumption (RT), TPT, and income affect the poverty rate in Central Kalimantan between 2013 and 2022. Poverty is one of the problems that has always been the main concern of the community. Even though individuals who are touched by the issue of poverty are often unaware of it, it can have an impact on various aspects of human life (Pdrb et al., 2018). Unemployment is a condition where a person is actively looking for a job but has not got one. Monthly costs of food and non-food consumption Per capita expenditure is calculated as the total number of household members divided by the total number of household members. These results provide a comprehensive analysis by describing data (results), previous work or theory and testing multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, normality. To explain the results of multiple linear regression analysis based on traditional assumption tests, T-tests, F-tests, and coefficient tests are used. determination. The results of this study indicate that public consumption and unemployment do not have a significant impact on poverty. Meanwhile, the relationship between per capita expenditure has a significant influence on poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of certain leadership styles on the efficiency of student groups studying management, especially in HMJ management as an institution. The research respondents were students from class of 2022 majoring in Management, who were required to fill out a survey as part of this research. Using direct regression analysis, this study aims to identify whether a leader's views influence their organization's bottom line. The results of the study show that the views of leaders have a positive and significant influence on the performance of student organizations in management or HMJ management. This research makes an important contribution to leadership development in management student association organizations or HMJ management, especially in developing effective leadership attitudes. Therefore, organizational leaders need to pay attention to the needs and expectations of organizational members and obtain feedback from them to improve the quality of their leadership attitudes and overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Palangkaraya's economic growth to date has only reached 2.95%. The aim of this study is to examine the magnitude of the increase in unemployment rates and its impact on economic progress. Variable X1: effect of unemployment, X2: unemployment and Y: economic growth. Literature studies were used in this research using a number of journals as a focus point for analysis and comparing research results. A number of studies show how high unemployment rates affect economic growth.

Abstract

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies. This calls for further future research using large samples and deeper analysis to understand this more complex context and help run businesses better in the ever-evolving e-commerce market.

This community dedication in the form of career and entrepreneurship guidance webinars aims to provide guidance and advice to the community in preparing for careers and running their business. In this webinar activity, participants will be given an understanding of how to choose a career and develop the right business through presentations and discussions with experts in the field of career and entrepreneurship. In addition, the webinar activities also allow participants to expand their network with people who are experienced and have expertise in the fields of career and entrepreneurship so that they can help them build a successful career or business in the future.

Abstract

The study examines the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) strategy in developing Ka mbariat Tuah Pahoe Campsite as an ecotourism destination in Central Kalimantan. Using a mixed-method approach combining quantitative analysis through logistic regression and qualitative descriptive analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of community involvement and environmental sustainability in increasing tourist visits. The quantitative findings, supported by a goodness-of-fit test (Hosmer-Lemeshow test p-value: 0.7861) and model accuracy of 91.34%, demonstrate that both community ownership and management (coefficient: 0.413853) and environmental sustainability (coefficient: 0.664741) positively influences visitation rates. Qualitative analysis reveals that the visitor demographic is predominantly young adults aged 18-22 years, indicating potential for youth-oriented tourism development. The study concludes that CBT implementation at Kambariat Tuah Pahoe shows significant promise, particularly when focusing on community empowerment and environmental sustainability, although requiring strategic planning for optimal economic benefit distribution and sustainable environmental management.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan kepuasan kerja merupakan dua faktor yang saling berkaitan dalam kehidupan seseorang. Pendidikan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup serta kepuasan seseorang karena pendidikan dapat memberikan dan meningkatkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta kemampuan dari seseorang untuk berpikiran kritis dalam memecahkan masalah, dan memungkinkan komunikasi yang lebih efektif. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan, pemikiran, atau kecenderungan dari tindakan seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya. Itu berarti kepuasan kerja sangat berkaitan dengan proses mental serta tindakan yang dilakukan oleh pekerja. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana peran pendidikan seseorang berpengaruh terhadap taraf kepuasan kerjanya. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan via kuesioner yang diedarkan pada 30 responden di Kelurahan Menteng Kota Palangka Raya. Eviews 12 digunakan sebagai alat analisis untuk mengevaluasi data yang telah dikumpulkan. Responden Masyarakat yang tinggal di Kelurahan Menteng, Kota Palangka Raya menjadi subjek penelitian ini sebagai responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa hipotesis dapat dikatakan signifikan sebab temuan dalam penelitian dapat membuktikan bahwa (1) Pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja masyarakat Kelurahan Menteng, Kota Palangka Raya; (2) Pendidikan terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan simultan pada kepuasan kerja masyarakat Kelurahan Menteng, Kota Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh variabel IPM, jumlah penduduk, dan pengangguran terbuka terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Seruyan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan digunakan sebagai dokumentasi penelitian. Regresi linier berganda pada data deret waktu adalah metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menilai dampak simultan dan parsial dari faktor independen terhadap variabel dependen. Untuk analisis data, digunakan Excel dan Eviews 12. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian ini, tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Seruyan dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh indeks pembangunan manusia dan jumlah penduduk di wilayah Seruyan. Tingkat pengangguran terbuka, di sisi lain, tidak memiliki dampak yang terlihat pada kemiskinan. Pada saat yang sama, variabel Ipm,tingkat penganguran terbuka,jumlah penduduk berpengaruh secara bersama -sama terhadap kemiskinan di kabupaten seruyan

Abstract

In summary, this research aimed to investigate the implementation of the KIP-K program at Palangkaraya University. The author used a qualitative approach with primary data types and analyzed the data using descriptive processed data from a Likert scale questionnaire. The findings revealed that the use of the KIP-K program was considered very useful, particularly in the field of education for those who are still incapable of fulfilling their needs. However, the study also identified some obstacles in terms of submitting requirements, which may hinder the implementation of the program. Overall, the implementation of the KIP-K program at Palangkaraya University was found to be going well. To improve the program's effectiveness, the author suggested that more focused efforts are needed to socialize the program and provide clearer and more accessible information to all students who meet the program's requirements.
