Abstract

Some people agreed that trade transaction can give greatadvantages to develop the region. The transaction should bedone properly therefore both of the sides get the benefit. It willbe done if we apply the principle of Syari‟ah. Since Islamspread out by the Prophet Muhammad Saw, it is already wellorganized from the process until the detail things. Trade inIslam will be valid if they fulfilled all the requirements andobedient all the pillars. The problem is mostly happened inkhiyar. Most of the people do not understand well what it isand how to apply khiyar itself. They should be already knownabout it before they want to do the transaction. According toHadist of Moslem they are not allowed to enter the market ifthey do not know the rules. By applying Syari‟ah tradetransaction hopefully can give calm and pleasure to everyoneand the most important thing is get bless from Allah SWT.

Abstract

This research aims to find out to what extent and how the influences of marketing mix toward decision of Muslim consumers in using Travelug travel agency service. Based on data analysis using double linear regression from 92 respondents with accidental random sampling, it is found that marketing mix affects Muslim consumers in using Travelug service as much as 26,1%, while other 73.9% is affected by variables out of this research.

Abstract

AbstractThe article explained in detail about Islamic finance and the regulations in Indonesia. This is based on demand for sharia economic modernization in Indonesia which is expected to have an impact on the ease of transactions for all its countries. The literature study is based on the theory on the Qur’an and hadith to perfect  the regulations made by state institutions that are closely related to sharia finance in Indonesia. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) which had the function organizing a comprehensive system of regulation ans supervision the activities of financial services sector in Indonesia had a gread responsibility for the success and failure of Sharia financing company in Indonesia. Besides, OJK, it also includes the National Sharia Council (DSN) of the Indonesia Ulama Council (MUI) which stated halal and illegitimated financing transactions. The collaboration between two attributes of country that had a major contributions to sharia financial transactions in Indonesia has given birth to the products of sharia financing resulting from the development of contracts that strongly prohibit usury, garar, and maysir practioners. AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan secara detail dan rinci pembiayaan syariah dan regulasinya di Indonesia. Hal ini didasarkan pada tuntutan moderninasi ekonomi syariah di Indonesia yang diharapkan berdampak pada  kemudahan transaksi untuk seluruh warga negaranya. Kajian kepustakaan dilakukan berdasarkan pada teori yang disandarkan pada  Alquran dan hadis untuk menyempurnakan regulasi yang dibuat oleh lembaga-lembaga yang erat hubungannya dengan pembiayaan syariah di Indonesia. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang berfungsi  menyelenggarakan sistem pengaturan dan pengawasan secara menyeluruh terhadap kegiatan sektor jasa keuangan di Indonesia memiliki tanggung jawab besar atas berhasil dan gagalnya perusahaan pembiayaan syariah di Indonesia. Selain OJK, Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) yang memfatwakan halal dan haramnya transaksi pembiayaan tersbut. Kolaborasi kedua atribut negara yang memiliki andil besar terhadap transaksi keuangan syariah di Indonesia ini telah melahirkan produk-pruduk pembiayaan syariah hasil dari pengembangan akad-akadnya yang melarang praktik riba, garar, dan maysir.

Abstract

Abstract. This research analyses the influence of Islamic religiosity and the Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction of employees in Islamic Financial Institutions in Gorontalo Indonesia. Using a questionnaire method, this research had 137 employees as samples spreading in 14 Islamic financial institutions in Gorontalo Province. This research used multiple linear regression approach. Based on data analysis, the result showed that simultaneously the religiosity and Islamic work ethics variables affected the employee’s job satisfaction, whereas in partial, only the Islamic work ethics variable influenced the job satisfaction. Overall, the employees have not yet found a medium to explore their Islamic potential, thus their expressions of religiosity seemed to be scriptural and only limited to practices and rituals.Keywords : Islamic Religiosity, Islamic Working Ethics, Job Satisfaction Abstrak. Relevansi Religiusitas Islam, Etika Kerja Islam, dan Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Lembaga Keuangan Syariah di Gorontalo. Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh religiusitas Islam dan etika kerja Islam terhadap kepuasan kerja di lembaga keuangan syariah di Provinsi Gorontalo. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diolah dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 137 pegawai yang tersebar di 14 lembaga keuangan syariah di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa secara simultan variabel religiusitas dan etika kerja Islam berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan secara parsial hanya variabel etika kerja islam yang memberi pengaruh pada kepuasan kerja. Secara menyeluruh  bahwa pegawai belum memiliki wadah untuk mengeksplor potensi keberagamaan mereka sehinga ekspresi kebebasan keberagamaan masih terkesan kaku dan hanya terbatas pada praktik dan ritualisme semata.Kata Kuci: religiusitas islam, etika kerja Islam, dan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Keberhasilan ekonomi suatu negara sangat ditentukan oleh tepatnya penentuan kebijakan moneter. Kebijakan ini tercipta atas respon ekonomi mikro yang kemudian dikelola secara makro oleh pemangku kebijakan. Langkah pengambilan kebijakan ini harus sesuai dengan skenario syariah agar ekonomi yang diharapkan pertumbuhannya tersebut mendapatkan berkah sehingga falah yang menjadi tujuan akhir ekonomi segaligus terwujud seiring kebijakan diambil. Kajian secara kepustakaan akhirnya diambil dalam rangka mencari jawaban atas konsep kebijakan moneter yang hakiki ini. Tujuan akhir dari pembahasan kebijakan ekonomi syariah adalah menjaga dan merawat stabilitas ekonomi negara.

Abstract

The study aims to find out how much influence the type of leadership on employee morale at the Gorontalo city regional secretariat, sampling technique with a minimal sample so that the sample size is 54 people. Collecting basic data through a list of questions tested through two stages, namely the validity test and the reliability test for each question item contained in the questionnaire. The analytical method used is path analysis. Leadership types in the form of autocratic type, charismatic type and democratic type are proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee morale, the simultaneous effect of leadership type variables on employee morale is 60.9%. The calculation shows that there are still effects of other variables outside the leadership type variable that affect employee morale around 39.1%. The partial influence of the leadership type sub variable on employee morale shows that the democratic type sub variable is the variable with the greatest influence, which is 46.6%. Furthermore, the autocratic type is a sub variable that influences the second rank after the democratic type of employee morale which is 28.6%. This contribution shows a very low effect compared to the other sub variables. The third sub variable of the type of leadership that influences morale is the charismatic type. The magnitude of the influence of charismatic type on morale is 19.8%.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine and reveal the impact of the adoption of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar - PSBB) in Gorontalo province on the roles of women working as drivers of pedicab motorcycle (Becak Motor – Bentor) in addition to being a housewife. This study is qualitative research that gathered data through interviews with the drivers and related parties. Data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach with a thematic study of the Qur'an and Hadith. The results revealed that the family's economic needs became the main reason for women choosing to be Bentor drivers. The implementation of working hours and quantity controls, as well as the prevalence of staying at home, had decreased their income; however, their household duties were still performed, despite the worst economic conditions. Another fact is that the implementation of PSBB has succeeded in decreasing the introductory reproduction rate (R0) of the transmission of Covid-19. In addition, the Qur'an and Hadith allow women who want to work outside their houses but still follow religious instructions always to protect themselves and their dignity and not to ignore their household duties.==================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Pekerja Perempuan dan Peran Ekonomi Mereka pada Masa Covid-19 Ditinjau dari Perspektif Islam: Kajian pada Supir Bentor di Gorontalo, Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa dampak penerapan Pembatasan Sosisal Berskala Besar (PSBB) di Provinsi Gorontalo terhadap peran ganda perempuan berprofesi sebagai supir bentor selain sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Kajian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mengumpulkan data dari wawancara para supir bentor tersebut dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan fenomenologi ditambah dengan kajian Tematik Alqur’an dan Hadis dalam menyusun bahasannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan utama perempuan memilih berperan ganda adalah tuntutan ekonomi keluarga. Pemberlakuan aturan jam dan volume operasi serta adanya himbauan stay at home telah menurunkan pendapatan mereka, sementara tugas rumah tangganya berjalan normal meski kondisi ekonomi berada diposisi terburuk. Fakta lain adalah penerapan PSBB berhasil menurunkan tren angka reproduksi dasar (R0) penularan Covid-19. Sementara Alqur’an dan Hadis tidak melarang perempuan yang hendak bekerja di luar rumah namun dengan tetap mengikuti petunjuk agama untuk senantiasa menjaga diri dan kehormatan serta tidak menyia-nyiakan urusan rumah tangganya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of student organization financial management at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to student organizations at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo while the research is starting from the process of planning, organizing, supervising and reporting accountability. This phenomenon finds answers, namely the financial management of student organizations is not well organized, the campus provides the potential for student organizations to commit fraud resulting in organizational disorientation starting from cheating during the implementation process, manipulation of accountability reporting, as well as the potential for TGR (claims for compensation) against students.

Abstract

Although only four out of thirty-five regional apparatus organizations are led by women, women's participation in the regional revenue and expenditure budget in Gorontalo City has been so great. This can be seen in the strategic position in development budgeting and regional financial planning led by a woman. Therefore, in this study, researchers want to know and understand how the urgency of women leaders in government budgeting. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that is presented descriptively analytically and coupled with thematic studies of Islamic finance. The research location chosen is Gorontalo, which is nicknamed Serambi Madinah. The results showed that the choice of women to lead the regional planning, research and development agency is a proof of the existence of women in budgeting. The policy has provided space to voice the budget in favor of women themselves. In addition, the four female leaders who became the object of research succeeded in applying Islamic financial values in managing the regional budget, namely transparency (Siddiq) and accountability (Amanah). While in its dual function Islam does not prohibit women from appearing as leaders, but still pay attention to Islamic teachings and do not leave their main role in household affairs.
