Abstract

Public Health Nursing (Perkesmas) is one of the health centers' efforts that supports the improvement of public health status by integrating nursing knowledge/practice with public health through the support of active community participation. Perkesmas service activities can be carried out inside and outside the Puskesmas building. Nurses provide nursing care for individuals who come to the puskesmas, provide family nursing care and nursing care for special groups/health-prone groups in the Perkesmas target area (home visits to vulnerable families). The problem for partners who are appointed in this community service program is the Documentation of Individual Nursing Care in the Perkesmas program which is less than optimal. This program offers solutions that are expected to help solve partner problems. The method used is to develop an application system in the documentation of individual nursing care in the health care program. As a result of this community service program, partners have an application system that will make it easier for community health workers in documenting individual nursing care in the community health program. The results of this program will also be published in accredited national or international journals.

Abstract

One of the health problems that can cause anxiety is hypertension and the psychological aspects that accompany it. Anxiety is a feeling of worry as if something bad is going to happen and a feeling of discomfort as if there is a threat accompanied by physical symptoms such as heart palpitations, cold sweats, and shaking hands. One alternative relaxation for hypertensive patients is five-finger hypnosis, which aims to program oneself, relieve anxiety, and reduce the increase in heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of complementary therapy with the five-finger hypnosis method on the reduction of anxiety in elderly hypertensive patients (Elderly) at the Sliyeg Health Center, Indramayu Regency. Research method: This research is a type of pre-experiment with a one-group Pre-test Post test design. The population of this study is all elderly hypertension patients who use health services at the Sliyeg Health Center, Indramayu Regency, as many as 263 people, and the sample used is accidental sampling, as many as 32 respondents. The data collection instrument in this study is the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire, which is standard and according to the standard operating procedure of 5-finger hypnosis. The data analysis techniques used are univariate and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon sign rank test because the data of nominal free variables and ordinal-bound variable data are ordinal. Results: Before being given 5-finger hypnosis therapy, the majority of respondents were at a severe anxiety level of 28 respondents (87.5%); after being given 5-finger hypnosis therapy, the majority of respondents were at a mild anxiety level of 20 respondents (62.5%), and the results of the paired sample t-test statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: There was a very significant or meaningful change in anxiety level before and after being given five-finger hypnosis (p-value < α 0.05). Suggestion: elderly hypertension patients should be given complementary therapy with the 5-finger hypnosis method to complement conventional treatment.

Abstract

Adolescent resilience to premarital sexual behavior refers to the ability of individuals (adolescents) to face and overcome the pressure of premarital sexual behavior in everyday life in a healthy and productive way, namely the ability to adapt to situations by providing responses to improve themselves. Adolescents' permissive attitude towards premarital sexual behavior is associated with low levels of reproductive health knowledge, higher exposure to pornographic media, strong negative group influences, weak parental roles, low religious beliefs and negative environmental influences. This study aims to analyze and explain the relationship between the characteristics of D3 nursing students in Indramayu Regency, internal and external factors, and adolescent resilience to premarital sexual behavior, and to identify the most dominant types of variables. This type of research is an explanatory study with a cross-sectional approach. The respondents were D3 nursing students at both universities in Indramayu Regency totaling 175 respondents. Data were collected using a survey instrument. Data analysis: The analytical approach to this study used univariate techniques, bivariate techniques using the chi-square test, and multivariate techniques using multiple logistic regression tests. This study shows intermediate results, in the univariate test of survey recapitulation of 175 respondents, the majority are: female 140 people (80%), have studied MK Kep. Maternity 113 people (64.6%), live with parents 120 people (68.6%), have high low resilience levels 88 people (50.3%), have good knowledge 119 people (68%), have a permissive attitude 75 people (42.9%), have a strong understanding of religious norms 107 people (61.1%), strong role of parents 118 people (67.4%), positive role of peers 126 people (72%), positive influence of pornographic media 104 people (59.4%) and positive environmental influence 117 people (66.9%)
