Abstract

— Digital transformation in the education sector requires institutions to adopt web-based information systems that serve as the backbone of academic and administrative operations. While these platforms improve efficiency and accessibility, they also introduce a growing number of cyber threats that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of institutional data. This study seeks to identify, analyze, and prioritize information security risks associated with web-based systems at SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency. The research adopts the NIST SP 800-30 framework as the methodological foundation for risk assessment, ensuring a systematic and comprehensive evaluation process. A quantitative approach was implemented by distributing questionnaires to key stakeholders, including administrators, IT staff, and teachers, in order to capture diverse perspectives on vulnerabilities and threats. The results revealed 15 significant risk factors spanning governance, operational, and technical domains. Among these, the absence of a formal information security policy, the lack of data encryption mechanisms, and the absence of continuous monitoring systems were identified as the highest-priority risks, each reaching a risk score of 12. To address these challenges, the study recommends the development of structured mitigation strategies, such as formulating security policies, implementing encryption protocols, and establishing proactive monitoring tools. The contribution of this research lies in producing a scalable risk assessment model that can be applied to other educational institutions. By doing so, it provides practical guidance for decision-makers and educators in creating a more secure, resilient, and trustworthy digital learning environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for the guarantee company to improve the management of the availability of information technology services to all company stakeholders in the guarantee company data centre migration project. The guarantee company is currently collaborating with data centre colocation service providers to support information technology infrastructure needs as a location for placing hyper-converged infrastructure servers. One of the objectives of this study is to provide recommendations to company management regarding improvements related to operational efficiency, increased scalability and capacity, reliability, increased availability, increased security factors, compliance with regulations, and the ability to increase data recovery in the event of a disaster by evaluating and maintained for enterprise data centre migration plans. This research focuses on how the benefits of data centre migration are currently at the highest level, which will be explained in this paper, where the author will provide a systematic and measurable visualisation regarding facts and relationships in carrying out the stages of activity, starting with data collection, analysis, and making suggestions in improving colocation data services in the area of the country of Indonesia.

Abstract

The application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in greenhouses provides innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of chrysanthemum cultivation for the Primadona farmer’s group in Tomohon. The application of the automated system created is a condensation system that activates when the average temperature inside the greenhouse reaches 28 °C during the vegetative phase and 23°C during the generative phase, a drip irrigation system that turns on automatically when the average soil moisture value reaches 50%, as well as UV lights and exhaust fans that operate at night. The application of IoT also enables farmers to monitor and control greenhouse climate conditions in real-time using the Blynk application. The research method employed is experimental, incorporating a literature study to understand the application of IoT in greenhouses for chrysanthemum cultivation, as well as analysis of hardware and software requirements, system design, and system testing for real-world operations. The evaluation of the results provides insights into the effectiveness of IoT implementation in greenhouses for chrysanthemum cultivation, particularly for the Primadona Tomohon farmer group.

Abstract

Abstract — Netflix is a pioneer in the video on demand subscription platform in Indonesia and remains the most popular video streaming service in the world, but Netflix has been forced to relinquish its position as the SVOD provider with the highest subscribers to become the fourth position in Indonesia. The SI DeLone and McLean success model modified by Hudin and Riana in 2016 is used in this study to determine Netflix's success factors and can be used for sustainability progress. The Smart PLS software program was used to evaluate survey data from 410 respondents, which indicated that information quality had a significant effect on system usage (Statistics T=2.85; P-Values=0.005; F-Square=0.023) and user satisfaction ( Statistics T=2.927; P-Values=0.004; F-Square=0.024). However, the quality of the system has no significant effect on system use (T-Statistics=2.628; P-Values=0.009; F-Square=0.018) but has a significant effect on user satisfaction (T-Statistics=5.219; P-Values =0.000; F-Square = 0.086). In addition, service quality has a significant effect on system usage (T-Statistics=3.447; P-Values=0.001; F-Square=0.032) and user satisfaction (T-Statistics=3.654; P-Values=0.000; F-Square = 0.043 ). The use of the system also has a significant effect on net benefits (Statistics T=6.625; P-Values=0.000; F-Square=0.16) and user satisfaction (Statistics-T=7.417; P-Value=0.000; F-Square= 0, 14). The last factor is user satisfaction which has a significant effect on net profit (T-Statistics=6.509; P-Values=0.000; F-Square=0.124). Suggestions for further research are to develop a model with other models to achieve better research results and to find out more independent variables that influence the success rate of the Netflix platform in Indonesia.
