Abstract

Caregivers who care for schizophrenic clients are at risk of experiencing psychological problems, one of which is high levels of stress, so good adaptation skills are needed. This study aims to determine the effect of threat coping on caregivers' adaptability in caring for schizophrenic clients in Aceh using a cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique used a multistage random sampling technique with a sample size of 180 respondents. Data collection uses instruments, namely demographic data which includes age, gender, marital status, education, employment, relationship with clients, and income. The next instruments are the Coping Scale and Occupational Adaptation Questionnaire of Family Caregiver (QAQC) to assess coping mechanisms on caregiver adaptation abilities. . The results showed that the majority of caregivers were women (97.8%), aged between 46 and 55 years (71.7%), marital status was widower (66.1%), the relationship between caregiver and patient was mother (69, 4%), basic income education (72.2%) and below the provincial minimum wage (83.3%). Bivariate tests showed that there was a relationship between coping mechanisms (p=0.024) and caregivers' adaptability in caring for schizophrenic clients (p=0.000). It can be concluded that coping mechanisms can influence caregivers' adaptability in caring for schizophrenic clients. Abstract

Generation Z, who grew up in the digital age, has unique characteristics and is different from previous generations. As digital natives, Gen Z has the ability to utilize technology but tends to lack social sensitivity. This study aims to explore the role of parents in shaping the character of Gen Z that is balanced between technical competence and social care. Qualitative method with literature study was used in this study. The results suggest that parents should be role models in the healthy and responsible use of technology, as well as encouraging Gen Z to engage in social activities. Collaboration between parents and Gen Z is very important to prepare the next generation who are competent and have good social care

Abstract

Ketahanan komunitas menjadi indikator penting keberlanjutan sistem kesehatan nasional, namun tantangan seperti literasi digital rendah, keterbatasan akses teknologi, dan lemahnya integrasi administrasi kesehatan masih menghambat pencapaian layanan yang inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi administrasi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan komunitas melalui penerapan inovasi teknologi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mendukung keberlanjutan layanan kesehatan. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis Participatory Action Research (PAR) diterapkan dalam kegiatan kolaboratif antara KABA Academic Society (Indonesia) dan KRIRK University (Thailand), yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid di Bangkok pada 30 Juni–2 Juli 2025. Program mencakup empat tahap: identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan teknologi tepat guna (komposter rumah tangga, digitalisasi pemasaran UMKM), pelatihan literasi digital, dan evaluasi dampak sosial-lingkungan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan manajemen lingkungan, adopsi teknologi digital, serta partisipasi komunitas hingga 75% dengan penurunan limbah organik ±30%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi administrasi yang mengintegrasikan inovasi teknologi dan pemberdayaan komunitas mampu memperkuat kapasitas lokal dan keberlanjutan layanan kesehatan, sekaligus menjadi model kolaborasi internasional yang efektif.

Abstract

Stres akademik telah menjadi fenomena yang mengakar di kalangan mahasiswa, berdampak signifikan pada kesejahteraan psikologis dan pencapaian akademik. Dalam konteks ini, resiliensi berperan sebagai faktor protektif yang memungkinkan individu untuk beradaptasi dan bangkit dari tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mindfulness (kesadaran penuh) terhadap tingkat resiliensi pada mahasiswa yang mengalami stres akademik. Penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif ini melibatkan 250 mahasiswa dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia yang teridentifikasi mengalami tingkat stres akademik sedang hingga tinggi berdasarkan skala *Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10)*. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan dua instrumen utama: Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) untuk mengukur mindfulness dan *Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-25)* untuk mengukur resiliensi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi (β = 0.673, p < 0.001), menjelaskan 45.3% varians dalam skor resiliensi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa praktik mindfulness, seperti kemampuan untuk mengamati pengalaman internal tanpa menghakimi dan tidak bereaksi berlebihan, dapat menjadi fondasi dalam membangun ketahanan psikologis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya integrasi pelatihan mindfulness ke dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling kampus sebagai intervensi berbasis bukti untuk meningkatkan resiliensi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik yang penuh tekanan.
