Abstract

Community service focus on training translation skill for our people or the translator in Indonesia which become from difference background (province and culture). The purposes of conducting of community service by online to Improvement knowledge, each share one to other participants and also the keynote speaker. Community service method used Training because the servant used some of sequence event likes: gives materials, Question and answer session, Quiz and Evaluation. by conducting Training Translation skill by online many participants are more understanding about how to good translation, more confidence while doing translation and participants suggested that there should be online and scheduled translation classes facilitated by the ngampooz platform

Abstract

Budaya kerja pegawai adalah kebiasaan yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang oleh pegawaidalam suatu organisasi, pelanggaran terhadap kebiasaan ini memang tidak ada sanksi tegas,namun dari pelaku organisasi secara moral telah menyepakati bahwa kebiasaan tersebutmerupakan kebiasaan yang harus ditaati dalam rangka pelaksanaan pekerjaan untuk mencapaitujuan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi danpengembangan kompetensi terhadap budaya kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan SemakaKabupaten TanggamusJenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, keterangan penelitian inibermaksud membuat pemaparan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-faktadan sifat-sifat populasi tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 26 responden penelitian. Adatiga variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 2 (dua) Variabel bebas (X1 dan X2) dan 1 (satu)variabel terikat dimana pengembangan kompetensi (X1) dan pengembangan kompetensi (X2)sebagai variabel bebas dan budaya kerja pegawai (Y) sebagai variabel terikat.Dari hasil pengolahan data telah berhasil ditemukan jawaban hipotesis yakni sebagai berikut;terdapat pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi (X1) terhadap budaya kerja guru (Y), dengantingkat pengaruh (R-square) sebesar 50,6%. Terdapat pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi(X2) terhadap budaya kerja pegawai (Y), dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 41,3%. Terdapatpengaruh kepemimpinan (X1), pengembangan kompetensi (X2) dengan budaya kerja guru (Y),dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 54,6%.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of health makes most people change their lifestyles into healthier lifestyles. One of them is making fitness as a means to achieve these healthy goals. Limited time and level of practicality, is one of the reasons why people prefer fitness to other physical sports. The spread of the number of fitness centers and fitness centers has made the level of competition even tighter, so consumers have a high bargaining position on product or service quality, product prices, strategic locations, and promotions carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix (product, price, location and promotion ) on customer of centra fitness Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were all consumers of Centra Fitness Bandar Lampung. Data Analysis method used in this study is the validity and reliability test, where for data analysis itself uses quantitative analysis methods The study was conducted using the statement method of 30 respondent in Bandar Lampung Centra Fitness where 83,3% were male and the remaining 16,7% were female. From testing using the SPSS 22 program, it was found that there was a marketing mix effect of 41,8% on customer loyalty of Centra Fitness Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Pilkada is one of the main mechanisms in the local democratic system in the region which aims to elect regional leaders directly by the people. The implementation of regional elections in various regions is still marred by various problems such as money politics, administrative violations and vote manipulation. Low public awareness of the importance of active participation in the election process also worsens the quality of local democracy. In this context, academics as an independent element have a strategic role in providing education to voters and monitoring regional elections in order to realize clean and dignified elections. The service article seeks to identify the role of academics in increasing public political awareness through voter education as well as evaluating the effectiveness of monitoring carried out by academics during the regional elections in Pesawaran Regency. The service methods used include seminar-based education and outreach, direct monitoring in the field, as well as interviews with various related parties, such as regional election organizers and the voting public. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively to provide a comprehensive picture of the impact of these activities on improving the quality of regional elections. The results of the service show that the education carried out succeeded in increasing the public's understanding of their rights and obligations in regional elections and reducing the potential for violations, such as money politics and intimidation. Academics involved in monitoring are also able to make real contributions by recording various violations and providing data-based input to Pilkada organizers. Apart from that, the success of this program is also measured by the increasing political awareness of the community and their active participation in monitoring the running of the regional elections. Based on existing findings, it can be concluded that the involvement of academics has a significant impact in increasing the transparency and integrity of regional elections. Therefore, it is recommended that academic involvement in the election process continue to be increased, both through continuous education and building a network of independent observers based on the academic community in various regions. In this way, it is hoped that future regional elections can run more cleanly, honestly and fairly.
