Abstract

Abstrak Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) merupakan masalah di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Ada 5 PTM kronis yang perlu perhatian khusus di Indonesia yaitu: Hipertensi, Stroke, Diabetes, Gagal ginjal kronik dan Kanker. PTM kronis sering menimbulkan akibat yang tidak menyenangkan bagi pasien. Salah satu akibat PTM kronis yang dirasakan adalah adanya gangguan rasa nyaman.  Gangguan rasa nyaman dapat diselesaikan dangan akupresur. Akupresur merupakan tindakan nonfarmakologis yang penting untuk diketahui dan dikuasi oleh perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendesain video tutorial akupresur untuk kenyamanan dan mengetahui potensi penerapan dalam pembelajaran.  Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) yang dimulai dari pengumpulan data sampai dengan uji coba terbatas. Instrumen penelitian meliputi: hand phone untuk merekam dan laptop untuk mengedit video. Evaluasi produk dilakukan melalui focus group discussion yang melibatkan 5 partisipan dan wawancara terhaadap 1 orang magister komputer. Hasil video secara umum dinilai baik, materi jelas, alur baik, gambar dan suara jelas. Video bermanfaat untuk pembelajaran dan dapat dilihat kembali jika lupa. Kesimpulan video tutorial akupresur untuk kenyamanan secara umum baik dan dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: akupresur, penyakit tidak menular, penyakit kronis, tutorial, video

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian di kalangan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana, dan regresi berganda dan pengumpulan datanya dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 90 responden dari pelanggan kedai kopi Coffeenomous Cilacap yang berasal dari kalangan milenial. Hasil penelitian akan membuktikan apakah hipotesis penelitian terbukti secara empiris atau tidak” Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Persepsi harga, gaya Hidup dan keputusan Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between product quality, price perceptions, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions among millennials. This study uses a quantitative approach, using simple regression analysis techniques, and multiple regression and collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents from millennial customers. Abstract

Instagram has become one of the most popular social media platforms for product promotion activities. The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of Instagram Difisi Coffee on visitor interest. The study was conducted using a correlation test technique to determine the relationship between variables (X) and variables (Y). The research that has been conducted obtained results stating that there are positive and negative influences from the Instagram content @difisicoffee on visitor interest.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian, di mana customer review dan rating memainkan peran penting sebagai bukti sosial (social proof). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer review dan rating terhadap keputusan pembelian produk lokal di Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer review dan rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk lokal. Secara parsial, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan, dengan rating menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan customer review. Secara simultan, kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 55,1% variasi keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain seperti harga, promosi, dan kualitas produk. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi strategi pemasaran digital melalui pengelolaan review dan rating untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di era digital.

Abstract

This service involves lecturers and students at Al-Irsyad Cilacap University (UNAIC) in product photography training for groups of street vendors on Jalan Cerme, Cilacap. This training aims to improve the quality of product photos and visual marketing skills to increase the competitiveness and sales of MSMEs, which according to data can increase purchasing interest by up to 40% and sales by up to 25%. This program is expected to create a positive impact on local economic growth and increase awareness of the importance of visual branding for MSMEs, with the support of data showing that structured training can increase the competitiveness of MSMEs by 30% and contribute to increasing the local economy by up to 15%.

Abstract

This community service program aims to implement the utilisation of eel fish oil (Anguilla spp.) as a health supplement and nutritional enhancer for the community, as well as to develop innovative branding strategies for locally based products in Kaliwungu Village. Eel fish oil is recognised for its high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA and EPA, which are highly beneficial for supporting heart health, brain development, and enhancing the immune system. However, this potential has not been optimally utilised by the local community, despite the abundant eel fish resources in Kaliwungu Village. The activities were carried out in several stages, including educating the community about the health benefits of eel fish oil, training in simple extraction techniques based on appropriate technology, and assisting in product packaging and marketing. In addition, the implementation team developed a branding strategy that highlights local value, product uniqueness, and sustainable economic potential. This approach was implemented through training in label design, brand naming, and the use of social media to expand market reach. The program's results showed increased community knowledge about the nutritional benefits of eel fish oil, improved technical skills in production processes, and enthusiasm for developing value-added local products. Eel fish oil products with local branding have now begun to be marketed within the village and surrounding areas. This program is expected to serve as a model for sustainable, local, potential-based economic development and to promote a healthy lifestyle through the utilisation of local biological resources.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the quality of packaging and digital marketing capabilities for MSME players in Karangkemiri Village, Jeruk Legi District, Cilacap Regency. This training was motivated by the low competitiveness of local products due to unattractive packaging and limited use of digital technology in promotion. The community service activity was held on August 7-8, 2025, and was attended by 21 SMEs in Karangkemiri Village, Jeruklegi, Cilacap Regency. The community service team consisted of a cross-institutional collaboration between Universitas Al-Irsyad Cilacap, Pemerintah Kecamatan Jeruklegi, Kelurahan Karangkemiri, Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Cilacap, Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Cilacap, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu. The community service methods included socialization, technical training on packaging design, and assistance in using social media. The results of the activity showed that the 21 MSME participants who took part in this activity were able to understand the principles of effective packaging design, such as aesthetics, functionality, and product identity, and began to implement digital marketing strategies through social media. This activity made a real contribution to building the capacity of local MSMEs to be more adaptive to the demands of the modern market. This community service activity can be a model for the development of innovative and highly competitive village MSMEs.
