Abstract

Di era globalisasi komunikasi saat ini, peran media sosial sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain. Media sosial adalah media untuk bersosialisasi satu sama lain secara online, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain tanpa dibatasi oleh waktu dan ruang. Media sosial ini memiliki pengaruh besar pada masyarakat terutama kaum muda yang merupakan konsumen utama. Pengaruh media sosial sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran, di mana pengguna dapat memberikan pendapat dan memberikan informasi satu sama lain. Di sisi lain media sosial juga dapat mengubah karakter konsumen, terutama remaja yang tidak stabil dan cenderung mudah terpengaruh. Penelitian ini menguji peranan website dan youtube dalam mempengaruhi karakter konsumen dalam membeli produk atau jasa. Populasi penelitian dipilih Mahasiswa Universitas di Bandung dan Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 (seratus) mahasiswa di Universitas X di Kota Bandung yang aktif dalam bersosial media. Hasil kuisioner diolah dengan metode partial least square.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Features and Perceived quality affect Samsung Mobile Consumer satisfaction in Makassar City. The population in this study are consumers who use Samsung mobile phones in Makassar City. Based on the research results, the regression equation is obtained as follows Y = 5.308 +0.389 X1 + 0.321 X2. Based on statistical data analysis, each indicator in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. In testing the classical assumptions, the regression model is multicolonierity free, heteroscedasticity does not occur, and is normally distributed. The results of hypothesis testing, namely the T test results prove that all independent variables, namely Features and Perceived Quality, have a positive effect on Consumer satisfaction on Samsung Mobile Phones in Makassar City and the F test shows that features and perceived quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer satisfaction, with a calculated F value of 13.976 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.536. This means that 53.6% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by the features and perceived quality variables, the remaining 45.3% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Innovation management and supply chain performance in textile MSMEs in Sukamurni, Balaraja are not optimized enough. This has an impact on sales figures that have not increased in the last few periods. On that basis, and considering theoretical studies, it is necessary to optimize innovation management and supply chain performance. This activity is included in the action category, which is carried out in the community service program scheme. To help MSME actors increase turnover from time to time through innovation management and supply chain performance, the community service team held a workshop to optimize innovation management and supply chain performance. The achievement of this community service activity is to increase the ability of MSME actors. In principle, based on the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores, this activity has achieved the target expected from the beginning, namely increasing community knowledge and skills. The workshop activities in this community service were held according to plan and schedule. Likewise, the completion of tasks by participants who can produce products according to the targets set by the community service team. The workshop activities in this community service showed satisfactory results. The average post-test score (after attending the workshop) is an indication that skills and knowledge have increased significantly. This can be seen from the increase in the results of the pretest posttest workshop from 74 to 80.

Abstract

The main challenges faced by MSMEs in Bandung include low purchasing power, increasingly tight competition, and risks related to customer loyalty. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of product image and attributes on customer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach in Bandung City, with the observation unit being Sambal Bakar Lengkong customers. The sample used consisted of 235 respondents taken using the Multistage Random Sampling technique. Causality analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study indicate that: The image and product attributes of Culinary MSMEs in Bandung City contribute to forming customer satisfaction, but do not have a direct effect on customer loyalty; Customer satisfaction plays an important role in creating customer loyalty; Customer satisfaction functions as a mediator between the influence of image and product attributes on customer loyalty; Product attributes have a more significant influence than image in increasing customer satisfaction, which in turn will create customer loyalty. This study provides managerial insights to improve customer loyalty of Sambar Bakar Lengkong, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction supported by the development of product attributes and image.

Abstract

Personal selling merupakan strategi promosi yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dalam menghadapi era globalisasi saat ini. Personal selling berfungsi untuk menarik minat konsumen, dengan pertimbangan konsumen lebih merasa diperhatikan dan lebih mudah untuk memahami produk yang ditawarkan. PT. Kalbe Nutritional Bandung juga melakukan promosi yang sama untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, yaitu menggunakan personal selling. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah personal selling berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen susu Prenagen di kota Bandung, lokasi penelitian adalah di salah satu gerai ritel di kota Bandung selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu bulan Maret – April 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode deskriptif dipergunakan untuk menggambarkan berbagai gejala dan fakta yang terdapat dalam faktor personal selling PT. Kalbe Nutritional Bandung secara mendalam. Hasil pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas kuisioner untuk 27 (dua puluh tujuh) pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan layak untuk digunakan dalam penelitian, hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa personal selling berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Hasil dari uji hipotesis dinyatakan signifikan memenuhi kriteria uji. Besarnya pengaruh personal selling terhadap minat beli adalah sebesar 38,1%.

Abstract

Peluang pendapatan usaha restoran dan makanan cepat saji melemah seiring pandemi Covid-19 yang menurunkan daya beli masyarakat. Unit bisnis dapat ditutup untuk waktu yang lebih lama atau bahkan permanen karena biaya non-pendapatan. Di masa pandemi Covid-19, manfaatkan lebih banyak waktu luang untuk menghindari ke tempat ramai seperti restoran dengan membuat sembako sendiri atau membelinya dari penjaja terdekat dengan rumah. Menurunnya daya beli masyarakat Indonesia secara keseluruhan akibat penurunan pendapatan juga berdampak pada biaya makan di restoran. Molin's adalah salah satu UMKM Indonesia yang berbasis di kota Bandung dan telah terpengaruh oleh kebiasaan konsumsi baru ini. Untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan pola konsumsi produk, pengemasan ulang disertai dengan efisiensi biaya dan perubahan kontrol produksi, serta perhitungan stok Molin yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan niat beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah strategi turnaround dan repackaging dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode partial least squares untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemasan baru dan strategi turnaround meningkatkan minat beli sebesar 84,92% pada sampel 150 orang.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of innovation management and supply chain performance on the development of textile MSMEs in Banten Province. The increasingly intense competition following the COVID-19 pandemic demands MSME actors to innovate and manage their supply chains efficiently to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability. The study also explores the synergy between these two variables. Adopting a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 180 respondents, consisting of textile MSME owners or managers. The research instrument, a structured questionnaire, was analyzed using multiple regression to examine the effects of the variables. The findings reveal that innovation management has a significant positive effect on MSME development (β=0.45; p=0.000). Factors such as product innovation frequency, technology adoption, and employee training significantly contribute to business growth. Supply chain performance also demonstrates a significant impact (β=0.38; p=0.002), with raw material procurement efficiency, distribution speed, and supplier relationships identified as key factors. Notably, the interaction between innovation management and supply chain performance exerts an even greater influence (β=0.60; p=0.000), underscoring the critical importance of synergy between these aspects. These findings align with Schumpeter's (1934) innovation theory and Christopher's (2016) supply chain theory, while also corroborating prior studies, such as Tidd and Bessant (2020), which emphasize the role of innovation in enhancing MSME competitiveness. This research provides a novel contribution by highlighting the importance of integrating innovation and supply chain efficiency in the context of Indonesian textile MSMEs. Future studies are recommended to expand geographic scope, explore other sectors, and adopt mixed-method approaches to deepen the understanding of these dynamics.

Abstract

Legal counseling at Pondok Dayung is considered crucial because low legal understanding can hinder the development of the cadets' character and increase the risk of behavior that deviates from established legal norms. The methods used in this program include socialization, training, and group discussions involving students as facilitators. The results of the program show a significant increase in basic legal knowledge, awareness of the importance of rules, and a more positive attitude toward the law among the adolescent cadets. This activity also contributes to strengthening the character and discipline of the cadets, which can ultimately lead to the creation of a more orderly and productive environment. In conclusion, legal counseling through the Independent Learning Campus (KKN Mandiri) Law students from Universitas Tangerang Raya plays a strategic role in cultivating legal awareness and improving the quality of human resources at Pondok Dayung.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari Kecamatan Tigaraksa Kabupaten Tangerang dibentuk sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dari sampah. Dengan periode bulanan, Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari melakukan kegiatan penimbangan sampah yang dikumpulkan oleh warga yang menjadi nasabah Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk melihat efektivitas pengelolaan sampah di Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari. Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama dalam hal pendanaan, sementara dari sisi regulasi masih diperlukan aturan pendukung guna memperkuat operasionalnya. Partisipasi masyarakat telah menunjukkan perkembangan positif, namun belum mencapai tingkat optimal akibat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman. Dari aspek teknis, operasional bank sampah telah berjalan dengan baik, tetapi keterbatasan lahan menjadi tantangan utama. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan keterampilan pengurus Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari melalui pemberian edukasi serta wawasan mengenai sistem bank sampah digital yang berbasis Aplikasi Mobile Bank Sampah. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memuat tahapan yang terdiri dari sosisalisasi, pelatihan,dan penerapan teknologi.

Abstract

Sustainable waste management has become a major challenge in urban areas, including in Pondok Dayung, North Jakarta. The academic concern in this research relates to the low level of community awareness and the lack of effective regulations for environmentally friendly waste management. The purpose of this research is to strengthen legal regulations in waste management by using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes community empowerment in managing local resources. The methods used in this assistance involved a series of activities, starting with mapping local assets and understanding the challenges and potential within the community. The assistance was carried out over four months, with stages including situational analysis, designing community-based regulations, training and capacity building for the community, and evaluation of the implementation of these regulations. Throughout this process, active participation from the Pondok Dayung community was prioritized, ultimately resulting in a draft of waste management regulations based on local potential and community participation. The results of this activity showed an increase in community awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly waste management and the establishment of regulations that better support environmental sustainability. In conclusion, strengthening legal regulations accompanied by community empowerment can create more effective and sustainable waste management.
