Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi berprestasi dalam mengikuti latihan di klub futsal sman 11 bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif, dan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner melalui google form. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistitk deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berprestasi dalam mengikuti latihan di klub futsal sman 11 bekasi termasuk dalam kelompok 102-111 dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 108,67. Secara rinci motivasi berprestasi pada kelompok 122-131 sebanyak 6 orang dengan presentase sebesar 20%. Motivasi berprestasi pada kelompok 112-121 sebanyak 8 orang dengan presentase sebesar 26,7%. Motivasi berprestasi pada kelompok 102-111 sebanyak 9 orang dengan presentase sebesar 30%. Motivasi berprestasi pada kelompok 92-101 sebanyak 2 orang dengan presentase sebesar 6,7%. Motivasi berprestasi pada kelompok 82-91 sebanyak 5 orang dengan presentase sebesar 16,7%. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Berprestasi, Futsal ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the motivation to excel in participating in training at the sman 11 bekasi futsal club. This research is conducted using quantitative approaches, descriptive types of research, and using survey methods.Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires through google form. The sample in this study was 30 people. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistite and were presented in the form of percentages. The results showed that the motivation to excel in participating in training at the futsal club sman 11 bekasi belonged to the group of 102-111 with an average score of 108.67. In detail, the motivation to achieve in the group of 122-131 as many as 6 people with a percentage of 20%.Motivation to achieve in the group of 112-121 as many as 8 people with a percentage of 26.7%. Motivation to achieve in the group of 102-111 as many as 9 people with a percentage of 30%.Motivation to achieve in the group of 92-101 as many as 2 people with a percentage of 6.7%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of interest of grade VIII Junior High School students in badminton at Barunawati 3 Junior High School North Jakarta. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. The research population and sample were grade VIII students at Barunawati 3 Junior High School North Jakarta, with a total of 106 students. Furthermore, data collection was collected by giving instruments to respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 31 questions. Validation of this instrument uses a content validity test. The data analysis used is a descriptive statistical analysis by translating the research results into scores and percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that students' identification of great interest in badminton at Barunawati 3 Junior High School North Jakarta tends to be in the low category. These results are shown in the following details. The very high category was 10.7%, followed by the high category at 37.9%, then the low category at 47.1%, and the very low category at 4.3%. The results of the research carried out were based on indicators from internal and external factors as a reference for identifying students' interest in participating in badminton so as to obtain these results.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, educational institutions such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah are faced with the challenge of maintaining Islamic and traditional values. This qualitative research investigates Madrasah Ibtidaiyah's efforts to face globalization by strengthening the integration of Islamic values in the curriculum, promoting local culture, community participation, and teacher training. With a balanced approach between global and local values, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has the potential to maintain the integrity of students' Islamic identity and traditional culture. These strategic steps aim to prepare students to face global challenges while adhering to the values they profess. Through the development of forward-looking strategies, it is hoped that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah can become an effective agent in promoting education rooted in Islamic values and strengthening social cohesion amidst global dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Tangram media on improving students' creative thinking skills in mathematics subjects in grade V. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method (Quasi-Experimental Design) more specifically Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. After the data is collected, the hypothesis testing is carried out using a two-sample independent t-test or Independent Samples t-test. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with class V A as the experimental class using Tangram media and class V B as the control class not using additional media. The results of this study indicate that Based on the results of SPSS version 20 calculations, the parametric hypothesis test with the Independent Samples t-test obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, then as the basis for decision making in the independent sample t-test it can be concluded that  is rejected and   is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the use of tangram media on improving students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

The digital revolution has changed the business landscape, and E-commerce is one of the most affected sectors. In recent years, the application of AI in digital marketing has created a revolution in the way businesses either interact with consumers or market products. This article explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in revolutionizing E-commerce, particularly in digital marketing. Additionally, this article discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in integrating AI into marketing strategies. Through a review using a systematic method of literature review, this research provides insight into how AI can advance E-commerce businesses due to competition in an increasingly dynamic market.
