Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pembuatan kain batik eco-print menggunakan pewarna dan motifnya berasal dari berbagai bentuk daun, batang, dan akar dari tanaman alami. Motif batik dengan berbagai warna menarik dan terkesan berbeda karena polanya yang unik dan nilai jualnya yang tinggi. Sebagai mitra adalah Gapoktan Mekar Makmur di kelurahan Krapyak Semarang. Tujuan: untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mengetahui cara managemen usaha, mengetahui cara pemasaran hasil produksi serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode: Desain pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode ceramah tentang tahapan dalam pembuatan batik eco-print, managemen usaha dan praktek pembuatan batik eco-print. Tes dilakukan sebelum dan setelah kegiatan, sehingga diperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini mendukung tujuan indikator kinerja utama yaitu dosen untuk mengajar di luar kampus dan menerapkan temuan penelitiannya di masyarakat. Mahasiwa mendapatkan pengalaman belajar di masyarakat dan dapat menerapkan pengetahuan mereka dari kampus ke masyarakat. Hasil: Kegiatan pembuatan eco-print pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2023 di Balai RW6 dengan jumlah peserta 19 orang, meliputi anggota Gapoktan dan PIKK Maratushsholihah. Nilai rata-rata responden sebelum pelatihan adalah 63,16 dan setelah pelatihan 94,21. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang eco-print dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan anggota Gapoktan dan PIKK Maratushsholihah. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan dilanjutkan untuk keberlangsungan program PKM. Kata kunci: gapoktan, pelatihan eco-print, PIKK Maratushsholihah _____________________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Making eco-print batik cloth uses dyes and motifs derived from various forms of leaves, stems, and roots from natural plants. Batik motifs with various colors are attractive and seem different because of their unique patterns and high selling value. As a partner is Gapoktan Mekar Makmur in the Krapyak sub-district, Semarang. Objective:  To increase knowledge and know how to manage a business, know how to market production, and increase income. Method: The community service design uses a lecture method about the stages of making eco-print batik, business management, and the practice of making eco-print batik. Tests are carried out before and after the activity so that increased knowledge is obtained. This community service supports the goal of the main performance indicator, namely lecturers to teach outside campus and apply their research findings in the community. Students gain learning experience in the community and can apply their knowledge from campus to the community. Result: Eco-print-making activity on October 1 2023 at Balai RW6 with 19 participants including members of Gapoktan and PIKK Maratushsholihah. The average score of respondents before the training was 63.16 and after the training 94.21. Conclusion: Community service activities regarding eco-print can increase knowledge and skills and can increase income. It is recommended that this activity be continued for the sustainability of the PKM program. Keywords: gapoktan, eco-print training, PIKK Maratushsholihah

Abstract

The need for English language learning for early childhood is very high, especially in the context of developing students' skills at the PAUD level. The progress of a nation requires its people to be proficient in using English. Therefore, the Indonesian education system is currently trying to introduce English as an international language to early childhood students. English language education is highly recommended if introduced to young children. Especially before the age of 12 years. The early childhood category includes those aged 2 to 7 years. This age stage is a golden moment for the development of children's language skills. They can understand various languages like native speakers, so this opportunity needs to be utilized to the maximum. Therefore, learning English requires an effective and appropriate teaching process and methods. There are several methods used to teach English, including context which includes game media, experience using cards, namely the flashcard method and storytelling methods using songs and story methods. Storytelling and flashcard methods are suitable and successful methods in the English language learning process for early childhood.

Abstract

The Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), or the Family Hope Program, is a conditional social assistance initiative targeting poor and vulnerable families listed in the integrated data system for handling the poor, who have been designated as beneficiary families of the program. The low level of public understanding regarding the benefits and objectives of the Family Hope Program has hindered the achievement of its intended goals. This study aims to examine the role of extension communication in disseminating information about the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Riding Panjang Village, Belinyu District. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, using interviews with informants from recipient families of the PKH program. Data analysis was conducted descriptively. The results of the study indicate that there are obstacles in the community's comprehension of messages conveyed through the extension communication efforts. Moreover, community participation remains weak, especially in decision-making related to the Family Hope Program. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the government carry out regular evaluation and monitoring activities, and enhance the capacity of extension officers to ensure effective communication in delivering the objectives of the Family Hope Program.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial dan teknologi digital telah mengubah perilaku konsumen, khususnya dalam belanja online di platform seperti TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh strategi konten dan peran influencer terhadap loyalitas pembelian konsumen di TikTok Shop. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kausal digunakan dengan sampel 50 pengguna aktif TikTok Shop di Indonesia yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan data memenuhi syarat normalitas (Monte Carlo Sig. 0,118), bebas multikolinearitas (VIF 1,609), dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas (sig. > 0,05). Regresi berganda mengungkapkan bahwa strategi konten dan peran influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen secara parsial dan simultan (R Square 0,507; F hitung 25,123; sig. 0,000). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan konten kreatif dan kolaborasi dengan influencer dalam membangun loyalitas konsumen di era digital.
