Abstract

Learning is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and educational process so that students actively improve their abilities, so that the educational process should be able to produce a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to supporting the creation of a quality educational process. The methodology used to create this article is to use literature review procedures. Researchers use this method because researchers want to understand and master classroom management in producing positive educational areas using a literature research approach. grouping of students according to their development, which, among other things, is based on their respective chronological boundaries. A class in a broad sense is a small community which is part of a school community which is organized into a work unit that dynamically carries out creative teaching and educational activities for a purpose. Based on the results of literature research, it can be concluded that learning is a planned effort to realize the educational process so that students can actively improve their abilities, and teachers have an obligation to realize the dreams and goals of learning. A conducive educational process makes students more active, motivated and at home in learning.

Abstract

This research discusses face-to-face counseling services, both individually and in groups, as a strategic approach to support individual personal, social and academic development. Individual counseling provides personalized attention to address clients' specific problems, while group counseling utilizes social dynamics to create shared learning and improve interpersonal skills. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods to compare the effectiveness of these two types of services based on literature and empirical findings. The results of the analysis show that individual counseling is more effective in dealing with personal and deep-seated problems, while group counseling is superior in building social support and improving participants' social and emotional skills. In addition, these two approaches have integration that can be optimized in guidance and counseling practices to improve individual psychological well-being. The implications of this research highlight the importance of selecting a counseling approach that suits the client's needs and characteristics in order to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Abstract

One of the largest mining companies in the world is PT Freeport Indonesia, located in Mimika Regency, Papua. In its mining operations, PT Freeport Indonesia faces a number of environmental problems, one of which is the change of vegetated land into barren land. Environmental damage caused by mining activities can be restored through reclamation activities and monitored using remote sensing technology. In this study, the remote sensing images used were Sentinel-2 images collected from 2016 to 2023 to obtain the distribution of vegetation cover index and vegetation greenness in the Grasberg Reclamation Area. The variables used to analyze changes in vegetation cover during the revegetation process in the Grasberg Reclamation Area are Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), vegetation type, reclamation year, elevation, slope, and slope direction. This study shows that as the reclamation time increases, the area covered by vegetation with medium and high greenness levels increases. Changes in vegetation cover in the Grasberg Reclamation Area show an increasing trend covering 379.66 hectares or 98.71% of the total reclamation area and the others show a decreasing trend. Meanwhile, changes in vegetation cover in the Grasberg Reclamation Area based on the results of the correlation test are influenced by topographic conditions. The elevation of the area does not show a strong influence on vegetation cover but steep slopes will trigger a low level of vegetation cover greenness and vice versa. The vegetation on the east-facing slope has a high level of greenery because it gets enough sunlight. Monitoring changes in vegetation cover in ex-mining reclamation areas is very useful for land management policies in mining areas and reclamation planning.
