Abstract

Learning media is very important to support the success of teaching and learning, especially to develop student creativity. However, the learning media used by lecturers, especially geography education study programs, was not very applicable. The research aimed to examine the effectiveness of application-based learning media, namely Canva in making ePosters as geography learning media. This research was developmental research involving a classroom action research (PTK) framework. Participants in the research involved 27 students and 3 collaborators who volunteered to take part in the research project. Data collection was carried out by employing interviews and surveys. The interview results were transcribed and analyzed thematically and the survey results were analyzed usingn descriptive statistics. Small and large group answered closed-ended questionnaire showed 88.39% this model of teaching was very practical. The results of the interview analysis also indicated that all students agreed that project-based learning is very applicable. Abstrak Media pembelajaran sangat penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan belajar mengajar terutama untuk meningkatkan kratifitas mahasiswa. Namun saat ini media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh dosen, khusus prodi pendidikan geografi masih kurang aplikaitif. Penelitian bertujuan menguji keefektifan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikatif, yakni Canva dalam membuat ePoster.sebagai media pembelajaran geografi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan melibatkan kerangka kerja penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Partisipan dalam penelitian melibatkan 27 mahasiswa dan 3 kolabotor yang dengan sukarela mengikuti proyek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan survei. Hasil wawancara ditranskrip dan dianalisis secara tematik dan hasil hasil survei dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis angket pada kelompok kecil dan kelompok menunjukkan bahwa 88.39% sepakat bahwa pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi sangat praktis. Hasil analisis wawancara menunjukkan bahwa semua mahasiswa sepakat bahwa pembelajaran berbasis projek ini sangat aplikatif. Kata Kunci: pendidikan geografi, eposter, penelitian tindakan kelas, Canva.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Income, Tax Literacy, Tax Application Utilization on MSME Taxpayer Compliance. This research may contribute to explaining the Theory of Planned Behavior and Technology Acceptance Model. This research contribution is intended for taxpayers, especially MSME actors in fulfilling their tax obligations. As well as being an evaluation material for the government, especially at the Directorate General of Taxes in providing regulations or providing convenience for taxpayers, with the aim of improving in order to achieve the desired tax revenue target. The object used in this study is MSME Taxpayers in the Pondok Aren Pratama Tax Service Office Area. This study used quantitative research methods and used causal research design. Data collection in this study used primary data sourced from the distribution of questionnaires distributed directly and also through google form to respondents consisting of MSME owners. The determination of the number of samples was carried out using the Slovin formula and obtained the results of 100 samples and the sampling method in this study used random sampling. The data analysis used in this study used SmartPLS Version 3.0 software. The results of this study show that the effect of income, tax literacy and the use of tax applications has a positive and significant impact on the compliance of MSME taxpayers KPP Pratama Pondok Aren.

Abstract

A pause or signal used to make our sentences more clear is called punctuation.They serve as cuesto the reader to halt, emphasize a point, switch up the flow of the text, or show connections betweendifferent parts of the text. When writing, punctuation is a crucial tool that authors employ to make theirpoints concise and easy to understand. The most common punctuation marks used in writing have beencovered in this study along with examples. This research aims to give a concise summary of variousfindings that the author has looked up from multiple sources, as well as to pinpoint the most challengingpunctuation patterns in English writing and provide a number of punctuation marks that are frequentlyused in books, articles, and other written works.

Abstract

Change management is a very crucial aspect in maintaining the survival and growth of Mie Uda Bro Padang. Changes here can include changes in technology, market competition, regulatory policies, and consumer tastes. In this context, change management refers to the process of planning, implementing and monitoring changes that will help Mie Uda Bro Padang to remain relevant and competitive. In this context, effective change management will be the key to the success of Mie Uda Bro Padang. Efforts to identify needed changes, plan these changes, communicate changes to the entire team, provide necessary training, and monitor the results of changes are essential to ensure the success of these MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student creativity and collaboration in creating geography learning media, which was previously identified as low. This problem was seen in the 2017 and 2018 classes, where only a handful of students took an active role. To address this problem, Classroom Action Research (CAR) was implemented using the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, which adopted Kurt Lewin's design, including the stages of Planning, Action, Observation, and Reflection. The research subjects were 31 students from the Geography Education Study Program at PGRI Pontianak University. The results showed a very significant increase. In Cycle I, the level of student creativity that reached the new standard reached 48.38%, and cooperation was 48.38%. However, after intervention and improvements in Cycle II, there was a drastic increase, with 90.32% of students successfully achieving the established creativity criteria, and 87.09% of students achieving the cooperation criteria. This increase proves that the implementation of the PjBL model is very effective in encouraging essential 21st-century skills, namely creativity and cooperation, in an academic environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh merosotnya pembelajaran yang mengaitkan dengan pembelajaran etno, siswa kurang mengetahui secara pasti terkait kearifan lokal yang sesuai dengan tempat tinggalnya maupun kearifan lokal yang menjadikan kebudayaan asli Indonesia. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji seberapa penting dan efektif etnopedagogi di lakukan pada pelajaran di sekolah dasar. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan kajian literatur, penelti melakukan kajian terhadap beberapa artikel yang terindeks serta melakukan analisis didalamnya untuk mendapatkan informasi yang valid dan berguna. Kesimpulan dari penellitian ini adalah etnopedagogi memberikan dampak belajar yang baik bagi siswa, didalamnaya berkaitan erta dengan kearifan lokal dapat dikaitkan pada setiap muatan pelajaran terkhusus pada pelajaran, seperti belajar tentang suatu kearifan loakl yang memanfaatkan bahan alam di sekitar, mengaitkan materi ajar dengan kondisi alam sekitar, memberikan pengalaman secara langsung bagi siswa tentang ciri khas dari setiap kebudayaan di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Etnopedagogi, Kearifan lokal, Siswa sekolah dasar. STUDY ON ETHNOPEDAGOGY IN LEARNING PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the decline of learning that relates to ethno learning, students do not know for sure related to local wisdom in accordance with their place of residence and local wisdom that makes the original culture of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to assess how important and effective ethnopedagogy in doing in elementary school. The research method used is by literature review, the researcher conducts a study of several indexed articles and analyzes them to obtain valid and useful information. The conclusion of this research is that ethnopedagogy provides a good learning impact for students, in which it is related to local wisdom can be attributed to each lesson content especially in lessons, such as learning about a flea wisdom that utilizes natural materials around, associating teaching materials with surrounding natural conditions, providing direct experience for students about the characteristics of each culture in Indonesia. Abstract

The cosmetic industry is currently experiencing rapid growth and intense competition in the personal care and cosmetic market, both domestically and internationally. Purchasing decisions for cosmetics are influenced by various factors, including price, product quality, and advertising. In this era of globalization, companies face opportunities and challenges from external and internal factors. Marketing plays a crucial role in achieving company success by satisfying consumer needs. Implementing marketing strategies that consider the four elements of the marketing mix product, price, place, and promotion along with a SWOT analysis is necessary to adjust to changes in the market.. This research focuses on Guardian, a leading health and beauty retailer in Indonesia, specifically analyzing the marketing strategies of Wardah cosmetic products. Through qualitative descriptive research, including direct interviews with experts in the field, The analysis uncovers the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Wardah, along with its strategies related to the 4P strategies. Key findings highlight the strong brand reputation, challenges of price competition, and the continuous need for product innovation and market adaptation. By optimizing strengths, addressing weaknesses, leveraging opportunities, and anticipating threats, Wardah can enhance its marketing strategy at Guardian Ramayana Serang and maintain its competitive position in the cosmetic market. Effective marketing strategy integration, such as direct distribution, careful price monitoring, and diverse promotional channels, provides a solid foundation for Wardah's sustainable growth and positive image in the cosmetic market.
