Abstract

Job analysis is a crucial process in human resource management aimed at gaining aprofound understanding of the tasks, responsibilities, and qualifications associated with aspecific position within an organization. Within the management context, job analysis plays akey role in crafting clear job descriptions, determining necessary job specifications, andproviding a foundation for effective employee management. This article presents a holisticview of job analysis, exploring the steps involved, its objectives and benefits, as well asvarious types and methods that can be utilized in the process. Abstract

This research aims to delve deeper into the concept of leadership in Islam based on the verses of the Quran and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), as well as to determine the criteria that must be met by a leader in accordance with the teachings of Islam. The research methodology employed is textual analysis of the Quranic verses and hadiths related to this theme. This study highlights the importance of leadership based on the principles of Islam in carrying out the responsibility of leading the community. The results of the analysis indicate that the Quran and the sayings of the Prophet contain numerous guidelines regarding the qualities that should be possessed by a good and trustworthy leader. These criteria include integrity, justice, wisdom, responsibility, and exemplary behavior

Abstract

Teachers have a strategic role as the spearhead of human resource development, so teachers play a role in developing the curriculum. Objectives This research explores the role of teachers in developing an independent curriculum. This research method uses a literature review. The main source of this research data is research articles published through google scholar in the last 10 years. Data collection was carried out using the keywords "role of teachers" and "independent curriculum". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were obtained that the independent curriculum is a response to the improvement of the quality of education in Indonesia, especially during the covid 19 pandemic. The independent curriculum empowers students and develops 21st-century skills and accommodates a diversity of talents and interests, however, its implementation faces challenges such as the transformation of learning outcomes, the limitations of student textbooks, and the lack of variety in more inclusive and relevant learning methods. For this reason, the role of teachers is very necessary in the development of the independent curriculum. Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implementasi pendidikan karakter di SMP IT Sahabat Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku siswa, terutama dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan, kemampuan berkolaborasi dalam tim, dan kemampuan berinteraksi dengan baik dalam lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Meskipun beberapa siswa tidak mengalami peningkatan prestasi akademik secara langsung, siswa yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan karakter cenderung mencapai prestasi yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan. Mayoritas guru dan orang tua merasa puas dengan program pendidikan karakter, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dalam implementasi program dan resistensi dari sebagian siswa. Diperlukan komitmen yang kuat dari pihak sekolah untuk terus memperbaiki dan mengembangkan program ini, serta pelatihan tambahan bagi guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam kurikulum secara efektif. Secara keseluruhan, pendidikan karakter memiliki potensi besar untuk membentuk generasi masa depan yang berintegritas dan beretika, dengan manfaat jangka panjang yang signifikan bagi kemajuan sosial dan moral masyarakat

Abstract

Konsep integrasi-interkoneksi ilmu dalam pendidikan islam merupakan landasan teoritis yang penting dalam pengembangan pengetahuan modern. Konsep ini menyoroti hubungan yang kompleks antara berbagai cabang ilmu pengetahuan, mengarah pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang struktur dan dinamika pengetahuan manusia. Dalam abstrak ini, kami mengeksplorasi konsep integrasi-interkoneksi filsafat ilmu dengan pendekatan analitis, historis, dan filosofis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implikasi konseptual dan praktis dari konsep ini dalam konteks pembangunan pengetahuan lintas disiplin. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pemahaman kita tentang sifat dasar pengetahuan manusia dan meningkatkan efektivitas penelitian lintas disiplin serta kolaborasi ilmiah.

Abstract

Sejauh ini pelaksanaan pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah di Indonesia seringkali kurang bahkan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pada umumnya. Pola pembangunan yang dilaksanakan pemerintah kurang memeperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat sehingga bisa menimbulkan kesejahteraan masyarakat didaerah terjadi penurunan, hal tersebut dilihat dari besar ataupun kecilnya IPM dimana hal ini menjadi langkah pemerintah untuk melaksanakan pembangunan masyarakat yang tujuannya agar memiliki lebih banyak opsi, khususnya dalam menjalankan aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa informasi time series dari tahun 2017 - 2022. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dengan perangkat lunak analisis data. Penelitiian ini bertujuan menentukan kontribusi variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesempatan kerja dalam menentukan variabel yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan indeks pembangunan manusia. Besaran pengaruh variabel secara Bersama-sama (simultan) dari kedua variabel independen yang memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,79 (R-Square). Selain itu, hasil dari beberapa analisis menggambarkan variabel X1 (pertumbuhan ekonomi) mempunyai dampak paling negatif terhadap pembangunan manusia. Disimpulkan kesempatan kerja (variabel X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap IPM jika nilai koefisiennya 0,729 dan probabilitasnya < 0,05 yaitu 0,047.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of organizational structure on the behavior of the members of SMAN 1 Sawahlunto. Utilizing qualitative methods, this research involved direct observation and in-depth interviews with various stakeholders at the school, including the principal, teachers, students, and administrative staff. The results indicate that SMAN 1 Sawahlunto implements a hierarchical organizational structure, with the principal at the top, followed by vice principals, department heads, teachers, and administrative staff. This structure has several significant impacts on the behavior of the school community. Firstly, teachers tend to follow instructions from superiors without much debate, which can reduce their personal initiative and creativity in teaching. Secondly, students have a high level of respect for teachers and administrative staff, creating a disciplined environment, but they sometimes feel less confident in expressing their opinions or new ideas, which can limit active participation and the development of critical skills. Thirdly, the administrative staff strictly follows established procedures, ensuring efficiency and consistency in routine tasks, but they are less flexible in dealing with unexpected situations. In conclusion, the hierarchical structure at SMAN 1 Sawahlunto creates an orderly and disciplined environment, but it also presents challenges in terms of flexibility, initiative, and active participation. It is recommended that the school consider adopting a more participative and flexible approach to optimize the potential of all its members.
