<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan paradigma baru terhadap masyarakat khususnya masyarakat provinsi Lampung agar peduli terhadap pendidikan anak. Dengan adanya peraturan daerah provinsi Lampung nomor 18 tahun 2014 tentang program wajib belajar 12 Tahun disinyalir menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pendidikan wajib 12 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research). Fokus penelitian berdasarkan analisis kebijakan Peraturan daerah provinsi Lampung nomor 18 tahun 2014 di kawasan Lampung. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam bentuk data primer. Sedangkan dalam teknik pengumpulan data dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan penulis. Dalam penelitian ini, dihasilkan bahwa penerapan peraturan daerah provinsi Lampung nomor 18 tahun 2014 tentang program wajib belajar 12 tahun adalah minat dan bakat serta semangat untuk terus belajar dan mengasah potensi yang ada pada diri anak menjadi pemicu terwujudnya program wajib belajar. Dengan demikian program wajib belajar 12 tahun ini dapat terlaksana secara baik dan relevan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore an in-depth understanding of curriculum development, learning design, and educator competencies in the context of education in the era of independent learning. Qualitative research methods are used to gain a comprehensive understanding through in-depth analysis of the relevant text and material context. Data were collected through literature study, observation, and interviews. The results showed that effective learning design requires teacher involvement in designing learning that is relevant to student needs, as well as being able to integrate educational technology and innovative learning strategies. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of developing a curriculum that is responsive to changing times and pays attention to the needs of individual students. Educator competencies that include material understanding, pedagogical skills, and managerial abilities are also key factors in ensuring the effectiveness of curriculum implementation. The findings of this research make an important contribution in enriching the understanding of how curriculum development, learning design, and educator competencies can support each other in improving the quality of education in the era of independent learning]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the concept of time management in the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach using the literature review method. Various sources were analyzed, namely the Qur'an and Hadith as the main sources of research data, as well as research results published through various journals on the google scholar website. Data generation is carried out using the keywords "time management", and "time management in Islam. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that time management is a very important science to learn and apply in daily life, especially related to the use of time for learning. The Qur'an as a holy book that is used as a guideline for Muslims has provided a way to become a lucky person. Respecting time is a demand that must be done by every Muslim. In the Quran and Hadith, we can find many verses and hadiths that show the importance of respecting time. To make good use of our time, we can create a daily schedule, avoid things that hinder productivity, and pray for the ability to appreciate time. Thus, we can become better and productive Muslims.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic education. The research approach used is qualitative with a literature study method. The main source of research data is research articles published through various journals and indexed by google scholar. Data collection was carried out using the keyword "career in Islamic education". Articles used as primary data sources are articles published in the last 10 years. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that career planning in Islamic education begins with a deep understanding of oneself. Individuals are encouraged to understand their potential, interests, talents, and values, in line with Islamic teachings that emphasize the importance of introspection and self-discovery. With a deep understanding of themselves, individuals can identify career goals that align with religious values and qualified personal aspirations.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implementasi pendidikan karakter di SMP IT Sahabat Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku siswa, terutama dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan, kemampuan berkolaborasi dalam tim, dan kemampuan berinteraksi dengan baik dalam lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Meskipun beberapa siswa tidak mengalami peningkatan prestasi akademik secara langsung, siswa yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan karakter cenderung mencapai prestasi yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan. Mayoritas guru dan orang tua merasa puas dengan program pendidikan karakter, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dalam implementasi program dan resistensi dari sebagian siswa. Diperlukan komitmen yang kuat dari pihak sekolah untuk terus memperbaiki dan mengembangkan program ini, serta pelatihan tambahan bagi guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam kurikulum secara efektif. Secara keseluruhan, pendidikan karakter memiliki potensi besar untuk membentuk generasi masa depan yang berintegritas dan beretika, dengan manfaat jangka panjang yang signifikan bagi kemajuan sosial dan moral masyarakat]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to explore the strategies employed by dormitory leaders in developing students' self-reliance at SMP Negeri 2 Sawahlunto. The study adopts a qualitative case study approach with data collected through observation, interviews, document analysis, and triangulation to ensure data validity. Findings reveal that the strategies implemented by dormitory leaders at SMP Negeri 2 Sawahlunto in fostering students' self-reliance are centered around structured planning, thorough needs analysis, and holistic program implementation. Planning begins with specific and measurable goals aligned with core values such as honesty and responsibility. Needs analysis involves active participation from students, parents, teachers, and dormitory staff, supporting character development through a variety of intracurricular and extracurricular activities. These strategies aim to create a dormitory environment that nurtures students' independence, leadership, and social responsibility, contributing to broader educational objectives.]]>
