Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of asset management in increasing the original income of villages in Sukamaju Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which is carried out for 3 months from July to September 2023 since the writing of the research design. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation to the head of Sukamaju village, village secretary, general office and subsequent administration of the people of Sukamaju Village. Furthermore, the data is managed and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that asset management in the original improvement of Sukamaju Village has been optimal from the procurement aspect because it has been in accordance with self-management and third parties in accordance with applicable regulations. However, it has not been optimal in terms of planning, utilization and maintenance due to incomplete asset data, the absence of regulations on the commercialization of village assets, concurrent managers and lack of asset management competence.

Abstract

The Minimum Service Standards (MSS) are the requirements and measures of success and quality of healthcare services in hospitals. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards and the influencing factors in hospitals. To achieve this goal, the study utilizes a literature review of relevant scientific articles published online from 2020 to 2022 based on issues, methodology, and the relevance of research results. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Minimum Service Standards has not been effectively applied in hospitals and is influenced by the support of human resources, facilities, infrastructure, as well as communication and coordination in service delivery.

Abstract

Bawalsu Gorontalo City Supervises the Submission of the Results of Administrative Verification of Documents for Candidates for the 2024 Gorontalo City DPRD. Abstract

This research aims to find out the workload of Doctors in the implementation of health services at Tani and Fishermen Hospital Boalemo regency. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples analyzed was 12 Doctors from 25 Doctors at Boalemo Regency Farmers and Fishermen Hospital with observation collection techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. Besides, the research results were analyzed with Workload Indicator Staffing Needs (WISN) analysis techniques. The results showed that the available working time of doctors in health services at Tani Hospital and Boalemo Regency Fishermen in each poly is different. The highest available working time in the implementation of health services is the Internal Medicine Specialist with 1,981 hours/year and the lowest Doctor of Heart and Blood Vessels with 161 hours/year. With the highest standard workload activities, doctors in 23,772 hours/year for old patients and 11,886 hours/year for new patients. The lowest workload was 1,806 hours/year for old patients and 1,204 hours/year for new patients. Minimum standard of at most 0.27 or 27% for Pediatricians, Internal Medicine Specialists, Surgical Specialists, Obgyn Specialists, Dental Specialists, Neurologists, Skin and Genital Specialists, and ENT Specialists. Then 0.28 or 28% of the standard of relaxation of ophthalmologists and 0.30 or 30% of the standard of the leniency of Heart and Blood Vessel Specialists from the total working time is available to perform additional activities so that the needs of Doctors in health services at Boalemo Regency Farmers and Fishermen Hospital are 1 Doctor in Poly Surgery, Eye, Heart and Blood Vessels and 2 Doctors in Dental Poly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the of Is there any effect of using social media on the work behavior of employees at the Wonosari sub-district office. To answer this research question, an associative type of research is used with a quantitative approach with social media facebook as a variable (X) and employee work behavior as a variable (Y). premiere data collection was used through questionnaires which were distributed to 30 respondents with saturated sampling technique or all members of the population, namely the Wonosari sub-district office employees as sample members. The results of data collection were then analyzed using correlation and regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS version 17 application program. The results showed that there was no significant effect of social media on the work behavior of employees at the Wonosari sub-district office, with an influence contribution of 7.70% and the rest explained by regulatory factors. So that the expected merit system of employee management can actually be realized in the Regional Government of Boalemo Regency, especially Wonosari District in order to realize a professional government bureaucracy.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of the task coordination system in the Kotaraja Village Government. As well as to determine the effectiveness of the task coordination system vertically and horizontally in the Kotaraja Village Government. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and a descriptive research type. The informants in this study were village secretaries, 6 village officials and 1 person from BPD. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data analysis technique by processing the data using the Miles and Huberman Models. The results of the study are 1) The vertical coordination system that was built between the village head and village officials has not gone well, due to a lot of pressure and various conditions that are not in accordance with village development plans so that the community gives an unfavorable impression. 2) The horizontal coordination system that was built between the Village Head and the Kotaraja Village BPD has not worked properly in carrying out task coordination but has not been effective, because the BPD sometimes does not receive clear information regarding the Kotaraja village development planning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the satisfaction of patient families in hospital services and analyze hospital strategies in improving the satisfaction of inpatient families at Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Regional Hospital. This research method uses a mix method approach, Data collection techniques are distributing questionnaires to patient families and conducting interviews with hospital managers or planners, and conducting interviews with patient families. The results of this study indicate that satisfaction with hospital services seen from five dimensions of service quality on average falls into the category of satisfied or good, The two dimensions with the highest assessment are Responsiveness of Service to Patient Families with a percentage of 87.91 in the satisfied category, Service Assurance to Patient Families with a percentage of 87.75 in the satisfied category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of village funds in Potugu village, Momunu District, Buol Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative method with case studies or field studies. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that planning in potugu village is carried out through village deliberations involving various elements of society. In this process, it is hoped that every proposal from residents can be considered, community participation in planning is still low. This is due to the lack of public understanding of the importance of village fund planning, so that some of the proposed programs do not fully reflect the urgent needs.

Abstract

Innovation is an effort to reform the management and administration of local government affairs. Bituo is an innovation in public financial sector of tax and retribution cashless payment in Boalemo Regency Government. This research aims to analyze the Bituo innovation program in managing cashless transactions using a logic model which limited to the dimensions of input, activities and output of innovation program. The research results show that the Bituo program is a form of top-down innovation in the public financial sector due to regulatory direction, the political will of local leaders, government resources supported, private sector partnership, and people literacy. Electronification of local tax and retribution payments made public financial management is more effective, efficient, and reduces the fund leaks potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan data stunting dalam penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) Kabupaten Bone Bolango, sekaligus mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat integrasi data tersebut ke dalam kebijakan perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Stunting merupakan salah satu isu strategis pembangunan manusia yang masih menjadi prioritas nasional, dan Kabupaten Bone Bolango termasuk daerah yang menghadapi tantangan dalam upaya penurunannya. Ketersediaan data terkait prevalensi stunting relatif memadai, namun belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi secara sistematis dalam dokumen perencanaan tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain case study, melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan kunci, analisis dokumen perencanaan, serta observasi partisipatif pada forum musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan (Musrenbang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan data stunting dalam RKPD masih terbatas karena fragmentasi sumber data, perbedaan metodologi pengukuran antarinstansi, serta koordinasi lintas perangkat daerah yang belum optimal. Di sisi lain, penerapan sistem informasi pembangunan dan dukungan regulasi memberikan peluang untuk memperkuat integrasi data dalam proses perencanaan. Kesimpulannya, penguatan tata kelola data stunting melalui koordinasi lintas sektor dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi yang terpadu merupakan prasyarat penting untuk menghasilkan perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih tepat sasaran serta mendukung pencapaian target penurunan stunting di Kabupaten Bone Bolango.
