Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions online by consumers in Tapa-Bulango; 2) To identify the dominant factors that influence purchasing decisions online by consumers in Tapa-Bulango. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The number of informants used in this study was 7 people. The results show that (1) consumers choose to do online shopping because through online media consumers can get clear information about the products they need; (2) Consumers search for information through internet media and also ask friends or family who have bought the same product; (3) After obtaining clear information, the consumer evaluates the product to be purchased by comparing the quality and price of the goods; (4) In making transaction decisions, there are consumers who choose the COD method because they can still check the products purchased. And there are also consumers who follow the alternatives provided by the online store; (5) After making a purchase, there are consumers who actively comment on the products purchased in the online store comments column and there are also consumers who do not provide any comments.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village government communication with the community in providing social assistance during the COVID 19 pandemic in Raharja Village, Wonosari District.Method in this research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative approach is a research method that is directed at understanding social phenomena from the participant's perspective, by interviews, observation and documentation steps.Result showed that the village government communication with the community wasquite effective, but it still needs to be improved so that the community felt satisfied with the way of communication carried out by the village government in providing social assistance where the COVID-19 pandemic was in Raharja village, Wonosari district. The factors that hinder the effectiveness of village government communication with the community in providing social assistance in Raharja Village were the village government's ability to communicate, the language style used by the village government in conveying information to the community was still unclear, and different messages.

Abstract

This study intends to identify the Village Fund Allocation Management in Luhu Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo District. This research was conducted at the Luhu Village Office. The research method used is a descriptive study technique with a qualitative approach in which descriptive research describes the conditions and atmosphere of incidents in the field in a systematic and careful way. The research results prove that the results obtained are tied to the management of village fund allocations in Luhu Village, Telaga District, namely programming Village Fund Allocations, implementation of Village Fund Allocations, and accountability information in accordance with applicable determinations and listed villages that are fast both in administration or stipulations and speed on document collection.

Abstract

This research aims to know the quality of administrative services and inhibiting factors services in the Institute of Health Science, Bina Mandiri Gorontalo. Data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative, the data were obtained through field observation, interview, and documentation. While stage presentation of data with the data analysis, data reduction, and conclusions. The result of the research shows that Service Quality in the Institute of Health Science (STIKES ) Bina Mandiri Gorontalo, already well underway even meet the expectations of students and inhibiting factors services in Institute of Health Science, Bina Mandiri Gorontalo such as facilities and others while restyled. Suggested, that: 1) To better service and enhanced in terms of providing services to students, 2) Addition of human resources who has the capacity and competence in their respective fields, 3) find the solutions on how to be able to provide a comfortable waiting room and peaceful for students, 4) STIKES Bina Mandiri Gorontalo is expected to provide a safe parking place for vehicles, 5) For the development of the institution implemented gradually and continuously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal factors and social factors on online buying interest among Bina Mandiri University students, Gorontalo. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents of this study were students of the University of Bina Mandiri Gorontalo with a sample size of 90 people. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results showed that personal factors and social factors either partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on online buying interest among students at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) find out and analyze the evaluation of Village Government cooperation and BPD in the village development planning process in the Pinolsian District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. (2) find out and analyze the factors that determine the cooperation between the Village Government and BPD in the village development planning process in the Pinolsian District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive case study approach to study, analyze, and decrypt. Research result: (1) Preparation and stipulation of Village RPJM (Reviving the Village Medium-Term Development Plan) of all villages in Pinolosian District on time; (2) The preparation and stipulation of the Village RKP 2019 for all villages in the Pinolosian District was not on time; (3) The preparation and stipulation of the Village APB 2019 for all villages in the Pinolosian District was not on time; (4) Agreement between the Village Government and the BPD regarding the 2019 Ranperdes Village APB for all villages in the Pinolosian District was not on time; (5) The Village APB 2019 determination for all villages in the Pinolosian District was not on time; There are 7 (seven) villages for which the village APB determination is not following Permendagri 20/2018; (7) The factors that determine the cooperation between the Village Government and the BPD in the village development planning process, namely: Policy, Budget, Human Resources, Facilities, and Infrastructure, and Communication.

Abstract

This internship was carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing accountability in managing village funds (DD) in Pakuku Jaya Village, Tomini District, South Bolaanag Mongondow Regency Report method used is qualitative research using data collection techniques carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documents. The author shows the Accountability Analysis in Village Fund Management (DD) in Pakuku Jaya Village, Tomini District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Village Fund Management Analysis Is A Very Important Thing Because In The Implementation Of The Village Fund Management There Is A Process Of Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting, And Accountability.

Abstract

The objectives of this community service activity are: 1) to help BUMDes Luwo'o Posiga Subdistrict and develop a savings and loan unit based on an accounting information system with computer applications in making financial reports, 2) to improve the ability of BUMDes devices to operate accounting information systems with computer applications for making financial reporting. The method used is to provide training in the form of an introduction to the creation of a system in the savings and loan unit based on a technology-based accounting information system. Furthermore, the mentoring method is carried out on the implementation of a computer application-based accounting information system at the BUMDes Luwo'o savings and loan unit, Posigadan District, until the accounting information system can be run. The implementation of training and mentoring activities for the development of accounting information systems at BUMDes Luwo'o, Posigadan District has been running smoothly, both training activities and assistance in developing accounting information systems. The manager of BUMDes Luwo'o, Posigadan District, enthusiastically welcomed the implementation of community service activities, namely training and assistance in developing the accounting information system that had been designed.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of environment and satisfaction on student learning motivation at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Motivated students have a higher success rate in completing their studies. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence student learning motivation is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo students. The research sample consisted of 93 respondents who were randomly selected from various study programs. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study show that the university environment has a negative and insignificant influence on student learning motivation. While student satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation.

Abstract

The research objective is (1) Knowing how the management of the Puskesmas in improving the quality of service at the Dulukapa Puskesmas, North Gorontalo Regency. (2) To find out the factors that determine the management of the Puskesmas in improving the quality of service at the DulukapaPuskesmas, North Gorontalo Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The social situation used in this study is place, person, activity.In this study there are types and sources of data, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documents.Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, and data display, conclusion or verification. Test the validity of the data is done by testing the credibility. The results of the study are (1) Concerning the management of the Puskesmas in improving the quality of service at the Dulukapa Puskesmas, North Gorontalo Regency, it can be seen from the activities of planning, movement and implementation, supervision, control and performance evaluation that have not been carried out optimally, because it is not entirely rare that is contained in the implementation of management that is carried out consistently and continuously to realize quality Puskesmas governance. This is evidenced by the "Basic" accreditation status achieved by the Dulukapa Health Center in 2017. (2) The factors that determine the management of the Health Center in improving the quality of service at the Dulukapa Health Center, North Gorontalo Regency, are the absence of adequate human resources, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have not been fully implemented, and the facilities and infrastructure at the Puskesmas are inadequate and function optimally to support health services at the Puskesmas.
