Abstract

The development of the current digital era has affected the world of marketing. Where each company competes with each other to show who is the best. Where at this time in forming good promotions, they no longer use advertising in general but instead use content marketing. The rise of sales using content was seen during the pandemic. To survive in the midst of this pandemic, business actors must be able to work out how to keep their business running. Starting from focusing on digital marketing through websites that are used as e-commerce, social media, search engines, selling through marketplaces, and forming a reseller team to sell their products. This is the right time for business actors to maximize the marketing process with digital marketing services that will provide many benefits. Doing business online must be able to master digital marketing and social media. With good digital content, it is hoped that it will increase consumer buying interest and expand existing markets, because digital media has a very broad market. To explore the effect of digital marketing content on sales, a descriptive approach is used. The results of the study show that content marketing has a significant influence on customer engagement.

Abstract

In today's free competition, management information systems play a strategic role in designing good business processes that are the key to the success of an organization / company. The needs of management information systems are highly dependent on the components used to produce such information systems. Gaps in the implementation of this component reduce the accuracy, detail, timeliness and relevance of information, leading to errors in business or organizational decision-making. Therefore, to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage requires a deep understanding of the components of management information systems, especially hardware, software, and brainware. Over time, digital transformation continues to develop to face the revolutions that will develop in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of digital transformation in the success system of the company's sector.

Abstract

This paper aims to evaluate all aspects of the feasibility of the laundry business from Dilara Laundry. The increasing number of residents provides opportunities from various businesses, one of which is the laundry service business. Every housewife definitely needs these services because washing is a household need. Dilara Laundry is located in a strategic place that can be easily reached by consumers. Dilara laundry also provides very affordable prices and has various programs that can benefit consumers. In addition, Dilara Laundry provides shuttle facilities. Based on research from various aspects, it can be concluded that Dilara Laundry can be said to be feasible to run.

Abstract

This research aims to find out that management information systems play an important role in companies that have progressed to become an important part of the company or organization. Apart from that, management systems play an important role in business, in an organization or company it will not run smoothly if there is no proper information. Information systems with the aim of increasing productivity and effectiveness. This research also uses qualitative research methods to understand research procedures by utilizing descriptive data in the form of written or oral statements. Information systems are a collection of methods that can make companies more competitive and get better information to make decisions. Management information systems play an important role in the dissemination of data within a business. Information for business does not only come from within the organization but also from outside. The creation of management information systems makes it easier to meet the information needs of organizational decision makers and other users. Human work can be replaced by technological advances. As a result, a secretary must continue to learn to understand technology which greatly helps organizations in their operations. Information is an important element that must be addressed immediately. Companies need accurate information to make decisions and find solutions to problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the application of management information systems at the KFC fast food restaurant Rumah Setia Budi Branch Medan Pusat. Types of qualitative research whose data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Research informants consist of manager KFC, employee, public, And a number of journal supporters. Technique collection data through observation and interview. Results show that KFC use system information computers to develop ordering systems from telephone booking systems to systems social media to create communities and various discount offers via the Internet. KFC apply system information management with Good And efficient so that capable compete with company other.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management information systems at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach with literature studies in the form of library research and the company's official website in the form of library searches. The data collection method is taken from several references and does not require direct involvement in the field. A collection technique by paying attention, recording the desired information, then analyzing the data to organize data, present data and draw conclusions. Finally, the authors draw comprehensive conclusions about researching the literature and validating the data. the results of the study show that data input in the application of an online-based SIM has been implemented by PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance s from the management, operational and technical aspects of financing services. The online-based SIM data process has been well implemented to provide convenience to customers and the public through the use of the Adiraku application, so that community data that has been entered can be immediately processed by PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance. Output data in the implementation of an online-based SIM have been implemented to further improve work results in providing service.

Abstract

With advances in internet network technology, information and communication services are no longer constrained by time and place constraints. Online learning emphasizes distance learning to provide the best educational process possible. Online learning is a type of information technology advancement that can be used as a teaching aid. In this work, the authors use descriptive research techniques to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the theories and trends in advances in online learning. The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is a pioneer in the development of online education. In a computer-based education system, the University of Illinois has started e-learning by utilizing a computer called PLATO. The e-learning classroom learning model is a significant development in the teaching and learning process because it can reduce variations in teaching strategies and course materials and increase the consistency of learning. To prepare, with the help of technology, when everything shifts to the digital era, both in terms of methods and content, online learning systems are very important.

Abstract

Berkembangnya media Informasi di Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya bentuk iklan dan macam iklan Endorsement merupakan salah satu strategi kreatif dalam periklanan yang sering digunakan oleh para pengusaha ataupun online shop untuk memperkenalkan dan menyebarkan informasi dan mempromosikan produk yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa dampak Korean celebrity endorsement terhadap penjualan produk di e-commerce Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif. metode kualitatif lebih menekankan pada pengamatan fenomena dan lebih meneliti ke subtansi makna dari fenomena tersebut. fokus dari penelitian kualitatif adalah pada prosesnya dan pemaknaan hasilnya. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penetian ini menggunakan metode internet searching dan wawancara. Internet searching adalah proses pencarian data melalui media internet untuk memperoleh informasi berdasarkan referensi, jurnal, artikel ataupun perundang- undangan secara online yang berkaitan objek penelitian. Wawancara adalah kegiatan tanya jawab kepada narasumber untuk mendapatkan jawaban hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari wawancara terhadap narasumber, . Narasumber menyatakan bahwa penggunaan selebriti korea sebagai brand ambassador yang di endorse dapat menarik pelanggan untuk berberlanja. Dari hasil penelitian tanggapan responden nilai persentase skor total yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 71,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Blackpink telah memenuhi kriteria yang baik sebagai brand ambassador Shopee. E-commerce merupakan media jual beli online yang sedang sangat dibutuhkan pada masa ini. Hal ini karena dengan menggunakan e-commerce dalam berbelanja maka akan menghemat waktu dan mebuat pekerjaan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam memasarkan e-commerse agar memiliki daya saing yang unggul terhadap kompetitor maka perushaan haruslah melakukan promosi dengan strategi yang tepat dan relevan. Penggunaan brand ambassador dari korea dengan memanfaatkan kepopularitasan selebriti tersebut menjadi peluang berkembangnya e-commerce. Citra yang mereka miliki akan tertuang dalam brand image yag mereka endorse.
