Abstract

Penanggulangan penyakit menular dan penyakit tidak  menular antara lain dilakukan melalui upaya promosi kesehatan. Penyampaian pesan kesehatan prioritas melalui penayangan media luar ruang menjadi salah satu alternatif media promosi kesehatan dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat di saat pandemi Covid19.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas komunikasi perubahan perilaku pencegahan Covid19 melalui media luar ruang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi  penelitian adalah masyarakat yang ada di sekitar tempat penayangan visual baliho. Adapun Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling insidental. Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berada di sekitar tempat penayangan visual baliho dengan kriteria bersedia menjadi responden penelitian dan berusia minimal 17 tahun. Jumlah sampel yang akan diambil sebanyak 40 responden.Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%,  tujuannya untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penilaian visual baliho dengan keyakinan melakukan protokol kesehatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 40 total responden, sebagian besar responden adalah pria, usia rata-rata 46 tahun dan tingkat Pendidikan SMP. Terdapat hubungan antara penilaian visual baliho dengan keyakinan mampu melakukan protocol Kesehatan (memakai masker, mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun, dan menjaga jarak) dengan p value <0,05.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, media luar, baliho.

Abstract

Background: Children with mental retardation have below-average cognitive functions that can affect the overall level of intelligence, such as cognitive, motor, language, and social abilities. Improving skills in daily life, especially the use of clothing, is one of the important things that needs to be done. This case report aims to discuss how dressing skills and self-esteem in children with retardation with self-modeling videos. Subjects and Method: An 8-year-old child with moderate mental retardation has a learning disability with mild criteria, Initial complaints are known that the child has a dependence on parental assistance in terms of performing the skill of wearing clothes. Initial examination found that there was poor mental development which was characterized by low skills during the development period which affected cognitive ability, the patient also had a history of low self-esteem with a score of 12. Results: We reported the case of an 8-year-old child with moderate mental retardation who was given a self-modelling video to improve clothing and self-esteem skills. Patients were given modeling with videos that were assessed in 3 phases, namely the initial phase, the intervention phase, and the maintenance phase, the results showed an improvement curve in the ability to wear clothes and skills in patients. Conclusion: Self-modeling videos or Video Self Mondelin (VSM) is one of the effective and relatively simple interventions for children with mental retardation.

Abstract

Background: Recovery and long-term remission are the goals of treatment for substance use disorders. Though there are many pathways to recovery, the alcoholic/narcotic anonymous program is widely recommended for people with addiction as an adjunct to professional treatment services. However, not many studies reviewed the outcome resulting from alcoholic/ narcotic anonymous programs. This study aimed to systematically review the outcome of alcoholic/ narcotic anonymous programs. Subjects and Method: This article was a systematic review study conducted by searching for articles from online databases such as EBSCO, Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. PICO: 1) Populations: alcohol addict or illegal drug abuser who is a member or ever joined the alcohol or narcotic anonymous program; 2) Intervention: alcohol or narcotic anonymous program; 3) Comparison: alcohol or narcotic addict or illegal drug abuser who is not the member or never join the alcohol or narcotic anonymous program or etc; 4) Outcome: a variety of outcomes such as reduce of drinking. The dependent variable is the outcome of AA programs. The inclusion criteria for this study were full articles using an observational or experimental study, with the publication year from 2000 until 31st May 2023. The data extraction was focused on the relationship between AA/NA program with the outcome resulting and reported following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews. Results: A total of 9 articles reviewed in this study were from USA and UK. Six studies reported there is a significant relationship between attendance at the AA/ NA program with the increase in days of abstinence. Two studies explained that attending the AA/ NA program could lower the amount and frequency of illegal drug use. Only one study discussed that the AA/NA program could also lessen the depression that addiction causes. Conclusion: Our review suggested that attending the AA/ NA program has benefits such as abstinence, reduced frequency or amount of substance intake, and a reduction in depression or problems brought on by using illegal substances. Abstract

Background: Social capital is referred to as public resources and capital that can be accessed through social relationships and social involvement of the community to work together to achieve common goals in various groups and organizations. Burnout Syndrome experienced by health workers is a situation when health workers show behavior such as giving unpleasant responses to patients, delaying work, getting easily angry when colleagues or patients ask simple questions, complaining of feeling tired and dizzy quickly and worse, not caring about work and surrounding conditions. This research aims to estimate the relationship between social capital and burnout in professional health workers. Subjects and Method: This research is a systematic review and meta-analysis research using the PRISMA diagram. Article searches were carried out based on the PICO Model eligibility criteria. P= Health workers; I= Social capital; C= Low social capital; O= Fatigue. The articles used come from 3 databases, namely: PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. With keywords including "social capital" AND "burnout" AND "health workers" AND "cross section study". Filtered articles that met the requirements were analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 application. Results: A total of 11 case-control observational research articles as a source for meta-analysis of the relationship between social capital and burnout in professional health workers. This research shows that health workers with low social capital have a risk of experiencing burnout 1.86 times compared to health workers with high social capital, and the results are statistically significant (aOR= 1.86; 95% CI= 1.09 to 3.17; p< 0.02). Heterogeneity of research data shows I2= 89% so that the data distribution is declared heterogeneous (random effect model). Conclusion: Meta-analysis of 11 cross-sectional studies concluded that social capital increases burnout in health workers. Keywords: Social capital, burnout, health workers.

Abstract

BPJS Health is a public legal entity that is responsible to the president and functions to administer the health insurance program for all Indonesian residents, including foreigners who work for a minimum of 6 months in Indonesia. BPJS Health ensures that participants receive health maintenance and protection benefits in order to meet their basic health needs. The purpose of this service is to explain the benefits of BPJS Kesehatan membership. The place where the service is carried out is in the Surakarta City area on June 2022. The service uses lecture and discussion methods with the community. As a result of this service, the community's understanding of the benefits of BPJS Health membership has grown. obtained from the results of the pre-test value of 50% and the post-test value of 90%. Conclusion: The community is expected to make more use of its BPJS Health membership in supporting health and getting the best health service facilities.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Keselamatan pasien (patient safety) merupakan salah satu dimensi mutu yang saat ini menjadi pusat perhatian para praktisi pelayanan kesehatan dalam skala nasional maupun internasional (Limbong, 2018). Komunikasi efektif merupakan komunikasi yang tepat waktu, akurat, lengkap, jelas, dan dipahami oleh respon atau penerima pesan akan mengurangi potensi kejadian kesalahan serta meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan komunikasi yang efektif oleh perawat berdasarkan standar akreditasi rumah sakit di instalasi rawat inap Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 80 perawat. Analisi yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner sasaran keselamatan pasien tentang komunikasi yang efetif. Hasil : Karaktersitik responden diperoleh hasil presentase pada umur responden yaitu 26-35 tahun sebanyak 40 responden (50,0%), pendidikan terakhir yaitu D3 Keperawatan sebanyak 54 tahun (67,5%), Jenis kelamin sebanyak 29 responden (36,3%), Lama bekerja yaitu 1-5 tahun sebanyak 34 responden yaitu (42,5%), dan Status Kepegawaian yaitu 49 responden (61,3%). Kemudian diperoleh hasil komunikasi yang efektif dari 80 responden menunjukkan hasil dengan kategori baik sebanyak 69 responden (86,3%) sedangkan kategori kurang sebanyak 11 responden (13,6%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa mayoritas responden telah melaksanakan verifikasi komunikasi efektif baik lisan maupun telfon dengan writedown, red back, confirmation serta komunikasi SBAR dan Handover. Namun responden belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan penyampaian hasil pemeriksaan secara lisan maupun telfon secara maksimal dimana responden hanya menulis secara lengkap dan belum membaca ulang serta mengkonfirmasi kembali oleh pemberi pesan. Selain itu responden masih kurang dalam pelaporan hasil kritis dengan rentang waktu yang telah ditentukan yakni > 30 sejak hasil diverifikasi oleh PPA. Kesimpulan : Oleh sebab itu, dalam meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif perlu dibangun aspek kejelasan, ketepatan, kesesuaian dengan konteks baik dari segi bahasa dan infromasi, alur yang sistematis, dan budaya

Abstract

This research discusses the role of creative communication in Indonesia as a catalyst in the formation and development of urban areas. Adopting an interdisciplinary approach that integrates psychology, art, and communication, this study reveals the dynamics between creativity and urban development. Firstly, the research explores the influence of creative design in urban spaces on community psychology and behavior, including the effects of color, shape, and other visual elements. Secondly, a case analysis of art installations and interactive media in public spaces highlights their role as communication tools that enrich urban experiences. Thirdly, the research emphasizes innovation in urban planning that combines creative design and advanced technology. Fourthly, this analysis includes the impact of digital media and social platforms on urban perception, covering the use of social media in urban campaigns. Lastly, the study underscores the importance of community engagement through art and creativity in city development. This research provides evidence that well-designed urban environments can enhance mental health and social well-being.

Abstract

An increasing number of studies are identifying associations between adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and substances abuse. We aimed to review the association between multiple types of ACE with different kind of substance abuse among pregnant women. This research aims to determine the relationship between mother children's problems experiences and substance use. Method: We looked through the databases at ProQuest, PubMed, and Science Direct databases were utilized by the authors to do an extensive and methodical search of the English-language literature for studies on adverse childhood events that were published until January 31, 2024. The search phrases used are “adverse childhood experiences”, “maternal”, and “substances abuse”.Results: Most of the article were cohort studies conducted in the USA. All studies assessed ACEs retrospectively. The main conclusions of the studies were that there is a a positive association between ACEs with the development and severity of substance use disorder among pregnant women. Conclusions: We found that adverse childhood experiences exposure can result in different kind of substances abuse among pregnant women compared with those without adverse childhood experiences.
