Abstract

Vaccination can increase the body's immunity and fight infectious diseases. The level of health of the Indonesian people is decreasing due to the high infant mortality rate, and one effort to overcome this is with a vaccination program for babies and young children. But this program still faces a problem: opposition from parents. Some say that parents' reluctance to vaccinate is caused by people's misunderstanding about vaccines, lack of education, lack of knowledge about vaccines, and the distance between Posyandu Nilla A and Posyandu Nila B, some argue that it is the same whether they want to carry out immunization or not, they will still experience fever, some say the reason is related to religion. This intervention aims to provide education to mothers who do not have access to basic health services. The method used is a lecture method using booklet media which provides direct information to mothers of babies and young children through open interaction. The results of the intervention showed that 81.0% of mothers had good knowledge and 19.0% of mothers had poor knowledge. The conclusion from this intervention is that most mothers know about vaccinations for their children, and it is hoped that good knowledge can help support good vaccinations for their children

Abstract

Program jaminan kehilangan pekerjaan (unemployment benefit) diperlukan untuk meminimalkan dampak dari krisis ekonomi di masa mendatang dan mengantisipasi perubahan struktur pekerjaan akibat percepatan laju otomatisasi. Unemployment benefit adalah sebuah mekanisme untuk menjaga tingkat konsumsi pekerja ketika sedang tidak bekerja dengan tujuan untuk menjaga taraf hidup sehingga tercipta stabilitas perekonomian makro. Fokus kajian ini adalah menentukan skema unemployment benefit yang dinilai tepat untuk diterapkan di Indonesia. Kajian ini mengelompokkan tiga skema unemployment benefit yaitu: (1) unemployment insurance atau UI; (2) unemployment assistance atau UA; dan (3) unemployment insurance saving account (UISA), untuk dijadikan sebagai pilihan dalam menentukan skema terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) dengan melihat variabel-variabel yang dikelompokkan menjadi empat kelompok yaitu kontingensi, metode perlindungan, durasi, dan cakupan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Unemployment Insurance merupakan skema yang paling tepat untuk diterapkan di Indonesia. Skema UI dinilai unggul dalam kategori kontingensi, metode perlindungan, dan durasi manfaat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini dimasa pandemi COVID-19 di TK Pertiwi 2 Rajabasa Lama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan menggambarkan secara objektif keadaan ditempat penelitian dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau kalimat. Alat pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode wawancara untuk mengetahui sejauh mana guru dalam meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak, metode observasi sebagai metode pengamatan atau metode pokok, sedangkan metode dokumentasi sebagai penunjang dalam penelitian. Data analisis dilakukan secara reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini di masa pandemi COVID-19 di TK Pertiwi 2 Rajabasa Lama untuk menambah pengetahuan mengenai strategi pembelajaran anak usia dini dimasa pandemi COVID-19 di TK Pertiwi 2 Rajabasa Lama dan dapat dijadikan informasi yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan belajar mengajar yaitu dengan merancang tujuan, bahan, metode, alat, serta evaluasi untuk mencapai tujuan dalam belajar. hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil survey peneliti bahwa guru telah semaksimal mungkin dalam meningkatkan mutu strategi pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini, sehingga perkembangan guru di TK Pertiwi 2 Rajabasa Lama telah menunjukkan hasil yang optimal dengan baik (80%).

Abstract

The Student Organization Capacity Building Program (PPK- ORMAWA) is a program designed to strengthen the capacity of student organizations in community service in Tambakrejo Village, Semarang City. This program aims to identify important issues that affect food security, financial literacy, waste management, and MSME empowerment, especially in Tambakrejo Village, through the application of six basic literacies. The approach used involves the stages of planning, implementation, and monitoring to solve problems in the village. The planning and preparation process is carried out in coordination with village officials, community leaders, and related partners, with a focus on solving problems through socialization regarding green mussel cultivation with a smart harvest system in Tambakrejo Village. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out after the program is implemented to collect feedback and make improvements. This monitoring and evaluation is an important part of ensuring the success and effectiveness of the program. Through this activity, the team succeeded in strengthening the capacity of the Tambakrejo Village community and providing a positive impact on literacy, the environment, and the local economy.

Abstract

Instagram has become a primary strategy for companies in reaching audiences, so that product or service promotion activities can be carried out effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the application of content based on unique selling point (USP) as a marketing communication strategy to win the marketing competition in the Wedding Organizer industry, with a case study on the Instagram account @adiandfriendsorganizer. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Data collection in this study involves in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, document analysis, and literature study. The research focuses on analyzing the strategy of content on the @adiandfriendsorganizer Instagram account and how Adi & Friends Wedding Organizer communicates its USP through consistent content marketing to attract audience attention. The result show that the use of USP in each piece of content posted on Adi & Friends Instagram is highly effective in strengthening brand identity and increasing audience engagement. Through a communication strategy that consistently uses USP-based content, Adi & Friends Wedding Organizer has successfully built a stronger market position, enhanced customer loyalty, and gained a competitive advantage in the increasingly tight competition. Instagram menjadi strategi utama bagi perusahaan dalam menjangkau audiens, sehingga aktivitas promosi produk atau jasa dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konten berbasis unique selling pointsebagai strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam memenangkan persaingan pemasaran di industri wedding organizer, dengan studi kasus pada akun Instagram @adiandfriendsorganizer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipatif, dokumen analisis serta studi kepustakaan. Dengan menganalisis strategi konten di Instagram Adi & Friends serta berfokus pada cara Adi & Friends Wedding Organizer dalam mengkomunikasikan unique selling point melalui konten marketing yang konsisten untuk menarik perhatian audiens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan USP dalam setiap konten yang diunggah di Instagram @adiandfriendsorganizer sangat efektif dalam memperkuat identitas merek dan membangun keterlibatan audiens yang lebih tinggi. Dengan strategi komunikasi menggunakan konten berbasis USP yang dilakukan secara konsisten, Adi & Friends Wedding Organizer berhasil membangun posisi yang lebih kuat di pasar, memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan dan memperoleh keunggulan yang kompetitif dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

While accounting for the price-earnings ratio, this study aims to isolate the effect of debt-to-equity, return-on-equity, and current ratios on stock prices. From 2020 to 2023, nine companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were selected for this study using a sample approach. The data was analyzed quantitatively using a variety of approaches in SPSS 23, including multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis. Aside from the current ratio, the results show that no other variable significantly affects stock price. Furthermore, the ratio of debt to equity to stock price is moderated by the ratio of stock price to net income. Keywords: Return On Equity; Current Ratio; Debt to Equity Ratio; Price Earning Ratio
