Mental health education for teenagers is very important to increase teenagers' knowledge and awareness about mental health and prevent mental health disorders in teenagers. This research aims to increase students' knowledge about adolescent mental health. This research uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design to measure students' level of knowledge before and after conducting youth mental health education using leaflets and short presentations. The research was conducted on 58 junior high school students at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat, Pancur Batu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The results of this activity show a positive trend in increasing students' understanding and knowledge of Mental Health using leaflet media. This is shown by the increase in the percentage of students who have good abilities in the post-test results. As many as 86.6% of class VII students and 100% of class IX students have good abilities. The improvement in the abilities of class VII and class IX students was more significant in the post-test results. The conclusion is that educating using leaflet media can expand the knowledge and understanding of Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat Middle School students regarding mental health in adolescents.

Penganiayaan terhadap anak merupakan fenomena sosial yang kompleks dan memprihatinkan, dengan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi dan faktor-faktor pemicu yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya penganiayaan terhadap anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, studi literatur, dan analisis dokumen terkait kasus penganiayaan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pemicu penganiayaan terhadap anak meliputi tekanan ekonomi keluarga, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan orang tua, pola asuh yang tidak sesuai, serta pengaruh lingkungan sosial yang permisif terhadap kekerasan. Selain itu, lemahnya sistem perlindungan anak dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat juga menjadi faktor pendukung yang memperburuk kondisi ini. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya intervensi holistik melalui peningkatan edukasi orang tua, penguatan sistem perlindungan anak, dan upaya kolaboratif lintas sektor untuk mencegah dan menangani kasus penganiayaan anak secara efektif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pembuat kebijakan, praktisi sosial, dan akademisi dalam merancang strategi pencegahan dan penanganan yang komprehensif.

Logistics management analysis in pharmacies is an important process to ensure efficiency in the management of drugs and health products. This study aims to evaluate the logistics management system or logistics management cycle applied in the Bersama Tuntungan II II pharmacy, by analyzing the process of planning, budgeting, procurement, storage, distribution or distribution, control, recording and reporting, to monitoring and evaluation. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews with pharmacy staff and direct observation of the ongoing logistics process. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews with pharmacy staff as well as the owner of the pharmacy and direct observation of the logistics process that takes place. The results show that pharmacies have implemented most of the standard operating procedures, but there are still some weaknesses, such as the lack of an integrated record-keeping system and the reliance on manual record-keeping. In addition, drug demand planning is still intuitive and not fully data-based. Based on these findings, it is recommended to implement digital-based technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in logistics management in pharmacies and implement a pharmaceutical management information system (SIMF) to improve data efficiency and accuracy, as well as conduct training for pharmacy staff related to effective logistics management.

The digital era has transformed dietary behaviors among Generation Z, contributing to the triple burden of malnutrition. This study explored the experiences of health students at the Faculty of Public Health, State Islamic University of North Sumatra, focusing on the relationship between social media exposure, eating patterns, and self-efficacy. A qualitative phenomenological approach was applied with ten participants. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and 3x24-hour food recalls, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s framework. Findings revealed that seven participants consumed excessive calories, averaging 2,102 kcal/day, above recommended levels. Social media food content, particularly simulacra and mukbang, triggered increased appetite and grazing patterns, with frequent snacking episodes accounting for more than half of daily intake. Low self-efficacy in portion control further reinforced overeating behaviors, even among students with adequate nutrition knowledge. These patterns illustrate overnutrition within the broader triple burden of malnutrition. Social media creates a hyperreality that shapes consumption beyond biological needs, complicating nutritional challenges in the digital age. Strengthening digital literacy and enhancing self-efficacy are essential strategies to mitigate the risks of overeating and address the triple burden among Generation Z.

This research was conducted on employees of PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction at PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera. The research used in this research is quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires with the population in this study being employees at PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera using a sample of 37 employee at PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera. The analytical tool used is the Correlation Test. The results of the analysis show that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. This shows that the higher the level of Job Satisfaction expected by employees will influence the increase in Employee Performance

This study examines the impact of the Village Food Safety Movement (GKPD) program initiated by BPOM in improving the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of food safety cadres in stunting and non-stunting villages in North Sumatra. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the GKPD intervention on food safety understanding and practices among cadres. The method used was a retrospective analysis with data from pre-test and post-test surveys on cadre groups in six villages during the period January to December 2022. The results showed that there was a significant increase in cadres' knowledge on food safety, with an average increase in general knowledge from 26.5% to 57.4% after the intervention. In addition, attitudes and behavioral aspects also showed progress, although some areas such as food processor hygiene still require more attention. In conclusion, the GKPD program is effective in increasing cadres' awareness and ability to manage food safety, which is expected to contribute to food security at the village level.
